摘要
在教育领域,学分银行是一种创新的教育管理模式,旨在通过学分的认证、累积和转移,为学习者提供灵活的学习选择,从而促进学习者自主性学习,全面性发展。本研究以学分银行促进个性化学习为研究视角,通过文献综述、案例分析探讨学分银行在促进学生自主性学习的积极作用、对个性化学习的保障以及可能面临的挑战等内容,得出学分银行是一个具有巨大潜力的工具,能够有效地促进个性化学习的发展,但要充分发挥其作用,还需要不断探索和实践的结论。
In the field of education, the credit bank system, as an innovative educational management tool, aims to provide learners with flexible learning options through the certification, accumulation and transfer of credits. From the perspective of promoting personalized learning by, this study through literature review and case analysis discusses the positive role of credit bank in promoting students’ independent learning, the credit bank’s guarantee of personalized learning and the possible challenges of credit bank. It is concluded that credit bank is a tool with great potential that can effectively promote the development of personalized learning;but how to use it properly, which still needs continuously explore and practice.
