新质生产力视域下应用心理学专业产教融合的现实困境与实践路径

摘要 新质生产力是高质量发展的象征。与传统生产力相比,新质生产力对新素质劳动者提出了更高的要求。产教融合是高校开展高素质应用型人才培养的重要议题,为破解应用型专业发展瓶颈、增强教育新质生产力提供新思路。以宁夏大学应用心理学国家级一流本科专业人才培养为例,探讨该专业人才培养现状,发现其在新质生产力视域下该专业产教融合所面临的问题,并针对人才培养模式老旧、产教融合不深入以及科研成果转化存在卡点三个典型问题提出新质人才培养举措,以期为提高应用心理学专业人才素质、助力新质生产力形成提供参考依据。New quality productivity is a symbol of high-quality development. Compared with the traditional productive forces, the new quality productive forces put forward higher requirements for the new quality workers. The integration of production and education is an important issue for colleges and universities to develop high-quality applied talents, which provides new ideas for breaking the bottleneck of applied professional development and enhancing the new quality productivity of education. Taking the talent training of the national first-class undergraduate major of applied psychology in Ningxia University as an example, this paper discusses the current situation of the talent training of this major, finds out the problems faced by the integration of production and education in this major from the perspective of new quality productivity, and proposes new quality talent training measures in view of three typical problems: the old talent training model, the insufficient integration of production and education, and the bottleneck in the transformation of scientific research achievements, in order to improve the quality of applied psychology professionals and help the formation of new quality productivity.
