摘要
采用美国OSHA70方法对室内空气质量进行采样和采用气相色谱–电子捕获器(GC-ECD)法进行挥发性杀虫剂中四氟甲醚菊酯的测定。以毒死蜱为内标物,DB-17石英毛细管柱分离,气相色谱–电子捕获器(GC-ECD)检测。分析结果表明,四氟甲醚菊酯的线性相关系数为0.9995,相对标准偏差为0.007。以甲苯作解析剂,采样管中四氟甲醚菊酯的回收率在95%以上。在各采样点喷洒杀虫剂后不同时间段内,空气中的四氟甲醚菊酯的衰减速率逐渐降低。
The method of Occupational Safety and Health Administration 70 and GC-ECD method were developed for determination of dimefluthrin with dursban as internal standard. The sample was separated with DB-17 capillary column, detected with ECD. The linear correlation of dimefluthrin was 0.9955, relative standard deviation was 0.007. Using toluene as analytical agent, the recovery rate of dimefluthrin in the sample tube was above 95%. The decay rate of dimefluthrin in air decreased gradually in different time periods after spraying insecticides at each sampling point.
