成本控制是项目成本管理的核心,项目施工阶段成本控制是项目成本控制的关键环节。因此,应认真分析项目施工过程中的各种问题,采用切实可行的措施,对施工成本进行有效控制并达到成本管理的目标。
Cost control is the core of the project cost management. Project construction cost control is a key link in the process of project cost control. Therefore, it should be carefully analyzed of the various problems in the process of project construction, adopt practical measures, to control the construction cost effectively and achieve the goal of cost management.
