摘要
自SmFeN系稀土永磁材料于1990年在实验室发现以来,20年间国内外科研工作者对其开展了一系列的研究工作,并取得了一定的科研成果。目前限制钐铁合金发展的主要因素是合金渗氮,渗氮工艺主要围绕钐铁合金粉体的固态渗氮,固态渗氮会造成合金渗氮速率慢、渗氮不均匀等一系列问题。钐铁合金渗氮方面的这些问题严重影响着钐铁氮的磁性能。由于受渗氮工艺限制,对钐铁氮的研制还处于实验室研究阶段。该项研究提出液态钐铁合金高压底吹渗氮工艺,旨在解决当前存在的渗氮慢、渗氮不均匀等问题。
Since the discovery of SmFeN series rare earth permanent magnetic materials in the laboratory in1990,researchers at home and abroad have carried out a series of research work in the past 20 years,and has obtained the certain scientific research achievements.Currently a major factor restricting the development of Sm-Fe alloy is alloy nitriding,solid state nitriding is the main process of Sm-Fe alloy,it will cause the nitriding rate is slow,uneven nitriding and a series of problems.These problems of Sm-Fe alloy nitriding seriously affect the SmFeN magnetic properties.Due to restrictions on the development of nitriding process,SmFeN is still in the stage of laboratory research.For the study presented liquid Sm-Fe alloy nitriding process with high-pressure and bottom blowing,aimed at solving current slow nitriding,nitriding unevenness and other problems.
