摘要
西安某钢厂改造为创意产业园需对工业厂房内部空间的改造,在满足新功能需求的情况下,采用保持空间原结构、加建局部空间、整体空间重塑等三种形式,作为展演会议、办公商务、休闲创意、产业服务及艺术创作等用途,并进一步提出了单层厂房改造再利用的五方面注意事项。
The study combines of transforming a steel mill in Xi'an into a creative industrial park to probe on a good remolding of the internal space.The study finds that on the premise of meeting the new functional requirements,we could adopt three recasting alternatives:to keep the original structure,to add local space,to reshape the overall space so as to achieve various functions such as for exhibition,performance and meeting,office business,leisure originality,industrial service and artistic creation,and further put forward five matters to note.
