摘要
结合南宁华润中心东写字楼项目重型平臂塔式起重机安装实例,分析重型平臂塔式起重机的安装难点与应对措施,结合现场实际情况从塔式起重机基础设计、场地使用、安装顺序、安装设备选择等方面选择最优安装工艺,降低了成本,并保证了安装的工期节点,实际效果良好。
Based on installation of horizontal-jib heavy tower crane in east office building project of Nanning Huarun Center,this paper analyzed the difficulties and relevant measures for installation of horizontal-jib heavy tower crane.Optimal installation processes were introduced on the aspects of tower crane base design,site arrangement,installation sequence,installation equipment selection according to practical site conditions.Installation cost was reduced and installation schedule nodes were guaranteed,realizing favorable practical effect.
