摘要
阿卡铁路路基基床顶面封层工艺是依据海外特定市场特点将路面表处的施工工艺创新引用至铁路路基基床,其设计施工标准为强基薄面,封层后的基床顶面具有较高的防水性和耐磨性,同时保护路基承重层免受行车及其它外力作用的破坏。在完成路基基床表层的施工后即可进行基床顶面的封层施工。阿卡铁路项目的设计施工是依据中国铁路工程设计规范标准,本文主要阐述阿卡铁路路基基床顶面封层的施工工艺及质量控制,同时对施工过程中易出现的问题进行分析和总结。
According to the characters of the overseas construction market,the Abuja-Kaduna Railway Project innovates the construction techniques of surface dressing to the subgrade bed of the railway.The design and construction criteria of the technique is strong base thin coating,after seal coat,the top layer of subgrade bed has the characteristics of water-proof and abrasion-proof which protect the subgrade from destructed by traffic and other forces.The seal coat on the top layer of subgrade follows the completion of subgrade bed.The design and construction of Abuja-Kaduna Railway Project is introdu-cing the China railway engineering design specification standard.This article is mainly relating the construction methodology and quality control of seal coat on the top layer of railway subgrade bed,meanwhile,the issues probably occurred during the process of construction are analyzed and summarized.
