摘要 剧烈塑性变形法(Severe Plastic Deformation,简称SPD)能够高效制备出块体超细晶材料。通过综述高压扭转、多向锻造、累积叠轧、等径角挤压法四种SPD工艺制备块体超细晶材料的技术原理、特点、应用及研究发展中存在的问题,总结该领域材料的强韧性、反Hall-Petch现象、超塑性等力学特征,为今后SPD技术的研究方向与应用前景提供了思路。 Block ultrafine-grained materials can be processed by severe plastic(SPD)deformation efficiently.The technical principle,characteristics and situations of UFG materials processed by SPD,including High Pressure Torsion,Multiple Forging,Accumulative Roll-Bonding and Equal Channel Angular Pressing were reviewed in paper.The mechanical performance characteristics of UFG after SPD,including strength and toughness,inverse HallPetch,superplasticity were summarized.In the end,the defects of SPD were analyzed and future development were discussed.
