摘要
我国博物馆事业的发展面临诸多机遇,但影响博物馆发展的关键因素——博物馆人才培养的实际情况却不容乐观。博物馆尤其基层博物馆人力资源不足的现状已经凸显,严重抑制了博物馆综合职能的充分发挥。国际博物馆协会长期关注博物馆专业人才的培养,在理念和方法上形成了一定的规律,对国内博物馆人才培养有重要的借鉴意义。
Museum industry development in China is facing chances and opportunities at the moment. But the key of museum development, the talents, are lacking of good opportunity of training. The shortage of staff in museum, especially the basic level, restrained the functioning of museum. In this essay, we not only explain the international museum institute talent training mode, but also give some opinions about problems with domestic museum talent training base on that. Hopefully will be helpful to future museum development industry.
