急性中毒致呼吸衰竭患者行无创正压机械通气急救治疗的效果分析

摘要 目的探讨急性中毒致呼吸衰竭患者行无创正压机械通气急救治疗的效果分析。方法此次实验对象为2014年1月至2016年9月本院收治的10例中毒致呼吸衰竭患者,依照就诊时间先后将10例患者随机分为实验组和对照组进行探讨,每组各5例。对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予鼻导管吸氧,实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予无创正压机械通气,比较两组患者治疗后血气指标差异,以及患者痊愈、气管插管和死亡的概率。结果两组患者治疗后血气指标比较,实验组明显优于对照组;实验组患者痊愈率明显高于对照组,行气管插管和患者死亡的概率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用无创正压机械通气治疗重度致呼吸衰竭患者效果显著,能有效降低气管插管率和患者死亡概率,具有实践价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of non-invasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation in acute respiratory failure patients with respiratory failure. Methods The subjects were 10 patients with respiratory failure who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to September 2016, and 10 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the time of treatment. Each group 5 cases. Patients in the control group were given nasal oxygenation on the basis of routine treatment. Patients in the experimental group were given noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation on the basis of routine treatment. The difference of blood gas after treatment between the two groups was compared, and patients recovered. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group. The cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The probability of tracheal intubation and death was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation in patients with severe respiratory failure caused by significant effect, can effectively reduce the probability of tracheal intubation and patient mortality, with the promotion of practical value.
