摘要
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)患者不同发病时期血清亲环素A(cyclophilin A, CyPA)的水平及临床意义。方法选取2014~2015年在连云港市第二人民医院确诊的108例COPD 患者,其中急性加重期患者63例(急性加重组),稳定期患者45例(稳定期组);另择同期健康体检者60例作为对照组。应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清 CyPA 水平,免疫比浊法检测血清C 反应蛋白(C-creactive protein,CRP)。多组样本均数的比较采用方差分析,进一步两组间的重复比较采用q 检验;相关分析采用Pearson 相关分析。结果急性加重组、稳定期组及对照组血清CyPA 水平分别为(2.45±0.56)ng/ml、(1.61±0.56) ng/ml、(0.49±0.15)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(F=4.121,P <0.05);急性加重期患者血清CyPA 水平明显高于稳定期患者及对照组(q=3.962、4.079,P <0.01),稳定期患者血清CyPA 水平明显高于对照组(q=4.154,P <0.01)。急性加重组、稳定组患者CRP 水平分别为(29.52±3.26)mg/L、(11.35±2.13)mg/L。急性加重组患者血清CyPA水平与CRP水平呈显著正相关(r=0.718,P<0.01),稳定组患者血清CyPA 水平与C 反应蛋白水平无明显相关(r=0.000,P >0.05)。结论 CyPA 可能参与了COPD 急性加重的发病过程,CyPA 有可能成为COPD 治疗的潜在靶点。
ObjectiveTo detect the levels of serum Cyclophilin A (CyPA) and the association between clinical signiifcance in patients with COPD in different stages of the diease.MethodsSerum CyPA were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 108 patients with COPD who were diagnosed in Lianyungang city second people's hospital from 2014 to 2015. Among them, 63 were at acute attacks, 45 were at convalescence stages, and another 60 normal controls were enrolled. Serum C-reactive proteins were measured with immune nephelometry. Multiple sets of sample means were compared by variance analysis, and further performed within groups q test and Pearson correlation analysis.Results Serum CyPA level in acute patients,stationary patients and normal controls were (2.45±0.56) ng/ml vs (1.61±0.56) ng/ml vs (0.49±0.15) ng/ml, and had signiifcant difference (F=4.121,P< 0.05). Serum CyPA level in acute patients was signiifcantly higher than that in stationary patients and normal controls (q=3.962、4.079,P <0.01). Serum CyPA level in stationary patients was signiifcantly higher than normal controls (q=4.154,P <0.01). Serum C-reactive protein level in acute patient and stationary patient were (29.52±3.26) mg/L vs (11.35±2.13) mg/l. The serum CyPA level had significant positive correlation with C-reactive protein level (r=0.718,p< 0.01), but not in stationary patient (r=0.000,P> 0.05).ConclusionCyPA may contribute to the acute onset of COPD and may be a potential therapeutic target.
