基于B样条曲线的玻璃纤维长丝纱条干不匀对织物外观影响的模拟研究

摘要 采用条干不匀纱线的B样条曲面造型技术,模拟平纹织物由于纱线不匀所形成的外观效果。首先,利用USTER ME 100测试玻璃纤维长丝纱线的条干均匀度,并将相关数据转化为符合纱线B样条曲面造型技术要求的参数,代入纱线模拟数学模型,完成对玻纤长丝纱的三维模拟;其次,根据Peirce机织物结构模型计算其几何结构,作为纱线关键控制点设置的依据;最后,对每根经向纱线的起始点进行随机设置得到其控制曲面,对纬纱第一根纱线起始点进行随机设置,对后面所有纬纱的起始点位置则根据织物幅宽依次进行设置。当所有的纱线模拟完成后,玻纤长丝纱均匀度对织物外观的影响程度在计算机屏幕上自动显示,从而预测玻纤长丝纱的布面效果。 This study intends to use the three-dimensional uneven yarn B-spline surface modeling technology to simulate the effect of the plain fabric,which comes from the yarn unevenness.First of all,the evenness data of glass fiber filament yarn which are tested by USTER ME 100 are transformed into parameters of the yarn B-spline surface modeling,and then substitute it into yarn simulation mathematical model to realize threedimensional computer simulation for filament yarn of glass fiber.Secondly,the geometry structure is calculated by Peirce woven structure model,as the basis of key point setting yarn;Finally,the starting point of each warp yarn is set at random to get the control surface;the first weft starting points in a similar way,and the starting point of the remaining weft are set in turn by the fabric width.After all the yarn simulation completed,the degree of influence on the appearance of fabric which is caused by the uniformity of fiberglass filament yarn can display automatically on the computer screen;meanwhile,the effect of its cloth cover is also predicted exactly.
