The effect of concentration of suIfate acid, Ce(Ⅳ) and Ru(bipy) on the CL intensity was studied. The results showed that CL intensity was linearly related to the concentration of pyruvate over the range of 4. 0 ×10-8~8. 0×10-6 mol/L under the optimum conditions. The method was applied successfully to determine pyruvate in normal human serum.展开更多

A ccording to The fragment ions and related knowledge, The molecule structure is characterized.
