The rare earth oxide Y2O3 was added to the system Li2O—Al2O3—SiO2 glass—ceramics and the effects of Y2O3 on the properties of melting, crystallizing, microstruoture as well as thermal expansion coefficient of the g...The rare earth oxide Y2O3 was added to the system Li2O—Al2O3—SiO2 glass—ceramics and the effects of Y2O3 on the properties of melting, crystallizing, microstruoture as well as thermal expansion coefficient of the glass was studied by DTA, SEM and XRD. The results indicate that, adding YZO3 to Li2O—Al2O3—SiO2 systems glass could increase the viscosity of glass melt, in6rease the melting temperature and the crystallization temperature of glass,increase the volume fraction of crystals while the crystal types are not changed, and the coefficient of thermal expansion of glass-ceramics decreases with the increasing of Y2O3 content.展开更多
