The government is using digital technology to reform its work methods and organizational structure, using digital technology to make up for inherent shortcomings in operation, enhance departmental collaboration, and improve governance synergy, achieving significant results. However, at the practical level, grassroots social governance faces practical obstacles and challenges such as weak digital awareness, constraints from traditional block relationships, and incomplete platform construction.
