In this paper, to improve the sense of security among residents during the renovation project, a framework of influencing factors was constructed based on a systematic investigation into the specific impacts of old community renovation on residents’ sense of security. The Fuzzy-DEMATEL and other methods were comprehensively utilized to analyze the complex causal logic and interdependencies among various influencing factors. The research findings can provide references for further enhancing the efficiency of old community renovation.展开更多
