A HPLC method was established for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Fructus Ligustri lucidi and Zhenqi Liyan granules. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol- water (87∶13, cont...A HPLC method was established for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Fructus Ligustri lucidi and Zhenqi Liyan granules. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol- water (87∶13, containing 0.2%phosphoric acid and 0.04% triethylamine) at the detection wavelength of 215nm. The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 0.3 - 12 and 0.1 - 4μg, respectively. Theaverage recoveries were 99.2% and 97.5% in Fructus Ligustri lucidi, 97.8% and 97.4% in ZhenqiLiyan granules,respectively.展开更多
