The results showed that sustaining time in load swimming tes...The resisting fatigue effects of Xueao capsule(X.O.C made of Ganoderma Lucidum and Hirsutella hepiali Chen et Dia sp.Nov)on male Kunming mice were reported. The results showed that sustaining time in load swimming test was significantly longer in mice fed with 250 and 500 mg/kg·bw X.O.C than that in mice fed with distilled water(P<0.05);the sustaining time in grasping club glass test was significantly longer in mice fed with 167 and 500 mg/kg·bw X.O.C than that in mice fed with distilled water(P<0.01);the content urea of serum test was all significantly lower in mice fed with 167、250 and 500 mg/kg·bw X.O.C than that in mice fed with distilled water(P<0.05);the contents of liver glycogen test was significantly higher in mice fed with 250 and 500 mg/kg·bw X.O.C than that in mice fed with distilled water(P<0.05);and the contents of lactic acid of blood in mice fed with three groups were not difference compared with distilled water(P>0.05).Conclusion:these findings suggest that there were resisting fatigue effects of Xueao capsule on male Kunming mice.展开更多
