Methods: 289 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who underwent non-emergency coronary angiography in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from October 2021 to October 2022 were retrospectively collected as study objects, and according to Gensini scores, there were 69 cases in the observation (non-CCS) group (Gensini score = 0), 77 cases in the low score group (2.5 points ≤ Gensini score P P P P < 0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the ROC curve plotted with the combined application of serum phospholipase A2 and TyG index and TyG-BMI were 0.767 (95%CI 0.704~0.831) and 0.789 (95%CI 0.727~0.851), respectively. Phospholipase A2 combined with TyG index predicted the highest value of MACEs in CCS patients. Multi-factor Cox proportional risk model showed that changes in serum phospholipase A2 level and TyG index may be influencing factors for major cardiovascular adverse events in CCS patients with diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: Serum phospholipase A2 and TyG index are risk factors for the increase of coronary Gensini score, and the combination of phospholipase A2 and TyG index and TyG-BMI may have a certain predictive value for the occurrence of major cardiovascular adverse events in CCS patients combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus.展开更多
