To explore the inhibiting tumor effect of D.denneanum in vivo.The tumor S180 loading mouse model was established.Investigated the antitumor activity of D.denneanum by observing the tumor、spleen and thymus weight of t...To explore the inhibiting tumor effect of D.denneanum in vivo.The tumor S180 loading mouse model was established.Investigated the antitumor activity of D.denneanum by observing the tumor、spleen and thymus weight of these mice after administrating the drug for 10 days.Results: The ratio of inhibiting tumor of polysaccharides are over 50%,the ratio of inhibiting tumor of ethanol extracts are 64.81%,57.26%.Compared with the positive group,the index of spleen and the index of thymus of polysaccharides have obviously rise.Conclusion: The polysaccharides of D.denneanum can inhibiting tumor and advance immunity of mouse bearing tumor.The ethanol extracts of D.denneanum can inhibiting tumor too,and can advance immunity of mouse bearing tumor in some degree.展开更多
