Online teaching is conducted by selecting the main teacher with professional knowledge, and on-site tutor is responsible for classroom management and personalized guidance. Utilizing high-definition video streaming technology ensures clear and smooth remote teaching, combined with interactive platforms to enhance classroom participation. Based on this, the paper puts forward the reform and innovation of dual-teacher classroom model, that is, the construction of dual-teacher teaching can effectively integrate the functions of dual-teacher teaching, clear the structure of classroom teaching relationship, promote the flow of knowledge to be efficient, fill the gap of classroom emotional interaction, and put forward new ideas for “educational innovation”.展开更多

In this way, engineers (tutors) with rich practical experience are introduced into the tradi-tional theory classroom, and real-time teaching is carried out by using Internet technology, so that the theory teaching and field practice are carried out simultaneously. In the research, the method of combining classroom teaching and field operation is adopted. The theoretical lecturer is responsi-ble for imparting the theoretical knowledge, and the tutor demonstrates the actual operation on the project site through remote video. Students participate in interactive learning through the audio and video functions of the smart classroom and directly observe the actual operation process. The results show that “dual-teacher classroom” significantly improves students’ learning participation and practical ability, optimizes the allocation of educational resources, and promotes the deep in-tegration of education and industry. It is concluded that this method not only enhances the com-prehensive quality and application ability of students, but also provides a new way to train innova-tive talents, which is expected to be popularized in more subject areas.展开更多
