Compound 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pbcm with a = 5.9833(12), b = 22.333(5), c = 24.571(5)A, V = 3283.3(12) A^3, Z = 4, C34H30N4OTSCu, Mr = 702.22, Dc = 1.388 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1396,μ(MoKa) = 0.780 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0599 and wR = 0.1767 for 3416 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Compound 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 22.9549(4), b = 12.2443(3), c = 17.8687(4)A, β = 110.873(1)°, V = 4692.69(18)A^3, Z = 8, C26H18N2O7SCu, Mr = 566.02, Dc = 1.602 g/cm^3, F(000) = 2312,μ(MoKa) = 1.078 mm^-1, the final R =0.0697 and wR = 0.1330 for 3452 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In both structures, the Cu^Ⅱ metal centers adopt five-coordination in slightly distorted tetragonal pyramidal geometries, while the second N-donor ligands bond or chelate to Cun ions as the terminal moiety. The weak interactions extend the two structures into high-dimensional supramolecular coordination-polymers.展开更多

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=20.6880(5), b=14.2584(4), c=13.4776(4)A°, β=113.434(2)°, C46H28CdiN2O10, Mr=881.10, V=3647.68(17)A°^3, Z= 4, Dc=1.604 g/cm3^, F(000)=1784, μ=0.668 mm^-1, the final R=0.0576 and wR=0.1157 for 2631 observed reflections with I〉 2σ(I). The centrosymmetric Cd(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated in a slightly distorted octahedral geometry The intermolecular hydrogen bonds extend the mononuclear structure into a one-dimensional supramolecular framework. Three coordination polymers based on the V-shaped 4,4'-dicarboxybiphenyl sulfone (H2sdba) ligands, [Zn3(μ-OH)2(sdba)2]n·2nH2O 1, [Zn2(sdba)2(4,4'-bipy)]n·2nH2O 2 and [Zn3(sdba)3(py)2]n·...Three coordination polymers based on the V-shaped 4,4'-dicarboxybiphenyl sulfone (H2sdba) ligands, [Zn3(μ-OH)2(sdba)2]n·2nH2O 1, [Zn2(sdba)2(4,4'-bipy)]n·2nH2O 2 and [Zn3(sdba)3(py)2]n·n(py)·nH2O 3 (4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipydine), were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex 1 features the 2D planes constructed by the sdba ligands linking infinite Zn-O-C SBUs. The 4,4'-bipy ligands in 2 bridge the Zn^II-sdba chains into interpenetrated 2D planes. The 3D network of α-Po topology in 3 is built from tri-nuclear Zn3 units with a [Zn3(OOC)6] structure. The intense blue and yellow luminescence was observed in complexes 1~3 which may result from ligand-to-metal charge transfer (LMCT).展开更多
