目的:检测程序性死亡受体-1(programmed death receptor-1,PD-1)在胃癌细胞株及临床胃癌患者肿瘤组织中的表达。方法:采用蛋白质印迹法检测6种胃癌细胞株及3例胃癌配对标本中PD-1的表达。免疫组织化学法检测3对临床胃癌患者癌组织及相...目的:检测程序性死亡受体-1(programmed death receptor-1,PD-1)在胃癌细胞株及临床胃癌患者肿瘤组织中的表达。方法:采用蛋白质印迹法检测6种胃癌细胞株及3例胃癌配对标本中PD-1的表达。免疫组织化学法检测3对临床胃癌患者癌组织及相应癌旁组织中PD-1的表达。流式细胞术定量分析PD-1在4种胃癌细胞株中的表达。结果:6种胃癌细胞株中均有PD-1的表达,其中SGC-7901和HGC-27细胞PD-1的表达量相对较高。胃癌患者胃癌组织及相应的癌旁组织中也有PD-1的表达。结论:各种胃癌细胞株均有PD-1的表达,PD-1在胃癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织。展开更多
