Methods 32 tubercle of tibia from 25 cases with CP were treated with forward--interior transmigration(l. scm) along an angle of 45° and the theraputic effect was reviewed and analysed. Results 32 knee joints from 25 cases were treated by elevation and Interior tranmigration of tubercle of tibia and a follow--up survey of 1-5 years showed that of all the 32 knee joints treated,21 were excellent(65. 63% ), 9 good(28. 12% ) and 2 passable without any failure. The fine rate was 93. 75 st with 100% of effective rate. Conclusion Treatment for CP by elevation and interior transmigration of tubercle of tibia would simultaneously reduce the contact pressure on patellar ]olnt, regulate the Q angle, loosen the lateral tissue of the patella,and remove the main pathogenic factors of CP,and therefore the treatment is obviously superior to any other methods.展开更多
