The structures,mechanical properties and electronic structures of M metals(M=Ti,V,Cr,Mn and Fe)dopedβ-Si_(3)N_(4) were investigated by First-principles calculations within CASTEP.The calculated lattice parameters of...The structures,mechanical properties and electronic structures of M metals(M=Ti,V,Cr,Mn and Fe)dopedβ-Si_(3)N_(4) were investigated by First-principles calculations within CASTEP.The calculated lattice parameters ofβ-Si_(3)N_(4) were consistent with previous date.The cohesive energy and formation enthalpy show that initialβ-Si_(3)N_(4) has the highest structural stability.The calculated elastic constant and the Voigt-Reuss-Hill approximation indicate that elastic moduli ofβ-Si_(3)N_(4) are slightly reduced by M doping.Based on Poisson’s and Pugh’s ratio,β-Si_(3)N_(4) is a ductile material and the toughness ofβ-Si_(3)N_(4) increases with M doping,and Fe doping exhibited the best toughness.The results of density of states,charge distributions and overlapping populations indicate thatβ-Si_(3)N_(4) has the strong covalent and ionic bond strength between N and Si.展开更多
目的:观察阿魏酸哌嗪联合谷胱甘肽治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取在我院确诊并治疗的糖尿病肾病患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均予以控制血糖、血脂、血压等一般治疗,对照组患者在一般治...目的:观察阿魏酸哌嗪联合谷胱甘肽治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取在我院确诊并治疗的糖尿病肾病患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均予以控制血糖、血脂、血压等一般治疗,对照组患者在一般治疗的基础上加服谷胱甘肽片,每次400 mg,tid;观察组患者在对照组的基础上加服阿魏酸哌嗪片,每次100 mg,tid。两组患者均治疗12周。检测两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、血压、血脂、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿总蛋白及尿白蛋白、尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)等指标,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者FPG、2 h PG、血压、血脂、Scr、BUN、24 h尿总蛋白及尿白蛋白、尿β2-MG、尿NAG等指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者上述指标均显著改善,且观察组显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:阿魏酸哌嗪联合谷胱甘肽能明显改善糖尿病肾病患者血糖、血压、血脂水平及肾功能,且安全性较好。展开更多
目的:研究不同核型特纳综合征(TS)的临床特点及诊治过程。方法:对本院收治的2例不同核型TS患儿的临床特征、诊疗经过进行回顾总结并结合文献进行分析。结果:两例TS患儿均表现为身材矮小及性腺发育不良,同时合并生长激素缺乏症(GHD)、维...目的:研究不同核型特纳综合征(TS)的临床特点及诊治过程。方法:对本院收治的2例不同核型TS患儿的临床特征、诊疗经过进行回顾总结并结合文献进行分析。结果:两例TS患儿均表现为身材矮小及性腺发育不良,同时合并生长激素缺乏症(GHD)、维生素D缺乏、桥本甲状腺炎及高尿酸血症。例1患儿为单体型,向心性肥胖,且存在高胰岛素血症及胰岛素抵抗,鞍区MR增强显示垂体后份囊性小结节,对该患儿性腺发育基因再分析发现2个未报道的MCM3AP基因突变:c.4927G > A (p.G1643S)和c.2524C > G (p.Q842E)。例2患儿为TS嵌合型,合并原发性甲状腺功能亢进症(Graves病)。两例患儿经雌激素治疗后子宫及卵巢发育,例2患儿月经来潮。结论:不同类型TS临床表现差异很大,临床中应加强鉴别,尽早诊断并发现其存在的合并症。展开更多
