Camus named the different stages of his writing after characters from Greek mythology.The first stage is the“absurd”cycle represented by the myth of Sisyphus.The second stage,the cycle of“rebellion”,is represented by the myth of Prometheus,and the myth of Nemesis represents the unfinished third stage,known as the cycle of“moderation.”Prometheus is a crucial mythological figure and an ideal figure of rebellion as outlined in the second cycle of Camus’work.Prometheus;under Camus’pen,contained an ethical truth,which he carried to the end of his life.The author used a negative way to define the extension of the image of Prometheus,not only to resist negatively in the face of nihilism but also to reflect his self-contradiction from the mainstream discourse as an intellectual engaged in public discussion.He was determined to disassociate himself from the“progressive”address of the French left-wing intellectuals and speak his truth,though his point of view was not very popular then.Through portraying Prometheus,Camus attempted to dismantle the underlying basis and logic of nihilism by taking the other as the starting point and“moderation”and“tension”as the methods.At the same time,he tried to build a stable way to end the violence that was generally legitimized and establish a solid and absolute ethical value that created a relationship of solidarity among human beings. 展开更多

血清中铜、锌、镍、镉、锰等微量元素对稽留流产影响的研究 被引量:7

目的探讨孕早期血清中汞、锰、镍、铜、锌、砷、镉、铅水平对稽留流产的影响,为稽留流产病因研究提供线索。方法选取同年龄段、同孕周的稽留流产患者及正常早孕者21对,检测两组孕妇血清汞、锰、镍、铜、锌、砷、镉、铅水平。采用1∶1配... 目的探讨孕早期血清中汞、锰、镍、铜、锌、砷、镉、铅水平对稽留流产的影响,为稽留流产病因研究提供线索。方法选取同年龄段、同孕周的稽留流产患者及正常早孕者21对,检测两组孕妇血清汞、锰、镍、铜、锌、砷、镉、铅水平。采用1∶1配比Logistic回归分析模型分析稽留流产可能的影响因素。结果与正常早孕组相比,稽留流产组血清镍(t=3.57,P=0.002)、铜(t=7.94,P<0.001)、锌(t=3.60,P=0.002)、镉(t=4.74,P<0.001)、砷(t=2.82,P=0.011)、铅(t=3.46,P=0.002)水平较高,血清锰水平较低(t=-8.24,P<0.001);二元多因素Logistic回归分析模型分析结果显示,高血镍(OR=7.83,95%CI:1.03~59.68,P=0.037)、高血镉(OR=3.51,95%CI:2.53~4.87,P=0.004)为稽留流产的危险因素,高血锰(OR=0.68,95%CI:0.41~0.97,P=0.030)为保护性因素。结论孕妇血清中镍、镉、锰水平对稽留流产的发生有一定的影响,其机理有待于进一步研究。 展开更多

目的评价典型重金属污染地区学龄前儿童镉(Cadmium,Cd)暴露健康风险。方法采集某典型重金属污染地区土壤样本和蔬菜可食用部位并检测其Cd浓度,查阅当地空气、小麦、水稻和水的Cd浓度,通过美国国家环境保护局推荐的健康风险评价模型评价... 目的评价典型重金属污染地区学龄前儿童镉(Cadmium,Cd)暴露健康风险。方法采集某典型重金属污染地区土壤样本和蔬菜可食用部位并检测其Cd浓度,查阅当地空气、小麦、水稻和水的Cd浓度,通过美国国家环境保护局推荐的健康风险评价模型评价当地学龄前儿童的Cd暴露健康风险,分别采用危险系数(hazard quotient,HQ)和终生增量致癌风险(incremental lifetime cancer risk,ILCR)评估非致癌风险和致癌风险。结果该地区学龄前儿童总的非致癌风险HQ_(总)为4.14,HQ_(经口)为4.10,HQ_(小麦)为2.77,其他途径和介质HQ均<1.00。该地区学龄前儿童总的致癌风险ILCR_(总)为1.54×10^(-3)。各途径中ILCR_(经口)为1.53×10^(-3),各媒介中ILCR_(小麦)>ILCR_(蔬菜)>ILCR_(水稻)>1.00×10^(-4)。结论该典型重金属污染地区学龄前儿童存在Cd暴露的非致癌风险和致癌风险。经口是Cd暴露的主要途径,小麦是非致癌风险的主要贡献者,小麦、蔬菜和水稻是致癌风险的主要贡献者。 展开更多
