In response to the problems of excessive greenhouse-gas and particulate emissions and the low traction efficiency of conventional diesel tractors in the field,a purely electric wheel-side drive tractor was studied,inc...In response to the problems of excessive greenhouse-gas and particulate emissions and the low traction efficiency of conventional diesel tractors in the field,a purely electric wheel-side drive tractor was studied,including an electric motor drive system,a battery ballast system,and an electro–hydraulic suspension system.This paper develops a dynamics model of an electric tractor-ploughing unit under complex soil conditions,leading to the proposal of an active control method for drive wheel torque and a joint control method for the traction force of the suspension system and the front-and rear-axle loads of a tractor.Finally,the tractor is prototyped and assembled,and ploughing tests are carried out.The ploughing results show that the active torque-distribution control method proposed in this study reduces the tractor slip by 14.83%and increases the traction efficiency by 10.28%compared with the average torquedistribution mode.Compared with the conventional traction control mode,the joint control method for traction and ballast proposed in this paper results in a 3.7%increase in traction efficiency,a 15.05%decrease in slip,and a 4.9%reduction in total drive motor energy consumption.This study will help to improve the operation quality and traction efficiency of electric tractors in complex soil conditions.展开更多
Thermal management of nanoscale quantum dots(QDs)in light-emitting devices is a long-lasting challenge.The existing heat transfer reinforcement solutions for QDs-polymer composite mainly rely on thermal-conductive fil...Thermal management of nanoscale quantum dots(QDs)in light-emitting devices is a long-lasting challenge.The existing heat transfer reinforcement solutions for QDs-polymer composite mainly rely on thermal-conductive fillers.However,this strategy failed to deliver the QDs’heat generation across a long distance,and the accumulated heat still causes considerable temperature rise of QDs-polymer composite,which eventually menaces the performance and reliability of lightemitting devices.Inspired by the radially aligned fruit fibers in oranges,we proposed to eliminate this heat dissipation challenge by establishing long-range ordered heat transfer pathways within the QDs-polymer composite.Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers(UPEF)were radially aligned throughout the polymer matrix,thus facilitating massive efficient heat dissipation of the QDs.Under a UPEF filling fraction of 24.46 vol%,the in-plane thermal conductivity of QDs-radially aligned UPEF composite(QDs-RAPE)could reach 10.45 W m^(−1) K^(−1),which is the highest value of QDs-polymer composite reported so far.As a proof of concept,the QDs’working temperature can be reduced by 342.5℃ when illuminated by a highly concentrated laser diode(LD)under driving current of 1000 mA,thus improving their optical performance.This work may pave a new way for next generation high-power QDs lighting applications.展开更多
Objectives:The Kirsten rat sarcoma virus(KRAS)G12D oncogenic mutation poses a significant challenge in treating solid tumors due to the lack of specific and effective therapeutic interventions.This study aims to explore...Objectives:The Kirsten rat sarcoma virus(KRAS)G12D oncogenic mutation poses a significant challenge in treating solid tumors due to the lack of specific and effective therapeutic interventions.This study aims to explore innovative approaches in T cell receptor(TCR)engineering and characterization to target the KRAS G12D7-16 mutation,providing potential strategies for overcoming this therapeutic challenge.Methods:In this innovative study,we engineered and characterized two T cell receptors(TCRs),KDA11-01 and KDA11-02 with high affinity for the KRAS G12D7-16 mutation.These TCRs were isolated from tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)derived from tumor tissues of patients with the KRAS G12D mutation.We assessed their specificity and anti-tumor activity in vitro using various cancer cell lines.Results:KDA11-01 and KDA11-02 demonstrated exceptional specificity for the HLA-A*11:01-restricted KRAS G12D7-16 epitope,significantly inducing IFN-γrelease and eliminating tumor cells without cross-reactivity or alloreactivity.Conclusions:The successful development of KDA11-01 and KDA11-02 introduces a novel and precise TCR-based therapeutic strategy against KRAS G12D mutation,showing potential for significant advancements in cancer immunotherapy.展开更多
To better understand the community patterns mediated by connectivity in artificial reefs of coastal areas, it is necessary to understand the distribution and coexistence of organisms with artificial reefs area and adj...To better understand the community patterns mediated by connectivity in artificial reefs of coastal areas, it is necessary to understand the distribution and coexistence of organisms with artificial reefs area and adjacent waters. This study was conducted to examine main catches assemblages collected by trawls in Haizhou Bay,which included five habitats: the artificial reef area(AR), aquaculture area(AA), natural area(NA), estuary area(EA) and comprehensive effect area(CEA). The result shows that the total abundances of species in the five habitats were highly different(univariate PERMANOVA: P = 0.001, n = 24), but some species were also unique in their habitat(e.g. Scapharca subcrenata and Glossaulax didyma in AA). The body size distribution of specific species between habitats are different. For Collichthys lucidus, their body size in AR(14.63 cm ± 1.64 cm) and EA(14.3 cm ± 0.85 cm) is higher than that in NA(10.65 cm ± 1.64 cm), CEA(11.28 cm ± 1.85 cm) and AA(12.1 cm ±0.43 cm), which indicates the potential connection from AR to EA mediated by their adult population. We concluded that artificial reefs in AR can be considered key components that have the ability to support species assemblages in adjacent habitats. This study has implications for the conservation and monitoring of species assemblages in coastal areas in terms of that artificial reefs can be applied in different stages of habitat protection implementation and in different combinations of scenarios.展开更多

Methods: Patients w...Objective: To study the effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell combined with platelet-rich plasma treatment of bone nonunion after long bone fracture surgery on bone metabolism and cytokines. Methods: Patients who were treated in our hospital due to bone nonunion after long bone fracture surgery between March 2011 and October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, combined group received bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell combined with platelet-rich plasma therapy, and control group received bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell therapy. The levels of bone metabolism markers and growth cytokines in serum as well as the expression of bone metabolism-related signal molecules in peripheral blood were determined before treatment and 1 month after treatment. Results: Compared with those of same group before treatment, serum PINP, OPG, BALP, VEGF, TGF-β1, IGF-I, IGF-II and bFGF levels as well as peripheral blood Runx2, Wnt1, Wnt3a and β-catenin expression intensity of both groups of patients significantly increased whereas serum β-CTX and RANKL levels as well as peripheral blood NOX4 and NF-κB expression intensity significantly decreased after treatment, and serum PINP, OPG, BALP, VEGF, TGF-β1, IGF-I, IGF-II and bFGF levels as well as peripheral blood Runx2, Wnt1, Wnt3a and β-catenin expression intensity of combined group after treatment were higher than those of control group whereas serum β-CTX and RANKL levels as well as peripheral blood NOX4 and NF-κB expression intensity were lower than those of control group. Conclusion: Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell combined with platelet-rich plasma treatment of bone nonunion after long bone fracture surgery can be more effective than bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell monotherapy to improve the bone metabolism and increase the cytokines.展开更多
BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is the sixth most common cancer and third leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide.Current treatments mainly rely on surgery-and chemotherapy-based systemic;however,the prognosis r...BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is the sixth most common cancer and third leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide.Current treatments mainly rely on surgery-and chemotherapy-based systemic;however,the prognosis remains poor for advanced disease.Recent studies have suggested that immunotherapy has significant potential in cancer therapy;thus,GC immunotherapy may improve quality of life and survival for patients with this disease.AIM To provide a comprehensive overview of the knowledge structure and research hotspots of GC immunotherapy.METHODS We conducted a bibliometric analysis of publications on immunotherapy related to GC in the Web of Science Core Collection database.We analyzed 2013 publications from 1999 to February 1,2023,using the VOSviewer and CiteSpace software.We assessed publication and citation distributions using the WoS platform and explored research countries,institutions,journals,authors,references,and keywords(co-occurrence,timeline view,and burst analysis).In addition,we examined 228 trials on immunotherapy,137 on adoptive cell therapy,274 on immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),and 23 on vaccines from ClinicalTrials.gov and the International Clinical Trials Registry Platform.The Impact Index Per Article for the top ten high-cited papers collected from Reference Citation Analysis(RCA)are presented.RESULTS Our bibliometric analysis revealed that the study of immunotherapy in GC has developed rapidly in recent years.China accounted for almost half the publications,followed by the United States.The number of publications in recent years has been growing continuously,and most institutions and authors with the most publications are from China.The main keywords or clusters identified were“tumor microenvironment”,“adoptive immunotherapy”,“dendritic therapy”,and“microsatellite instability”.CONCLUSION Our analysis of 2013 publications indicated that immunotherapy for GC has led to several new developments in recent years.Considerable progress has been made in vaccinations,immune checkpoint therapy,and adoptive cellular therapy.In particular,ICIs and chimeric antigen receptor T-cells are novel options for the treatment of GC.We suggest that the combination of ICIs,chemotherapy,targeted therapy,and other immunotherapies should be the primary research direction in the future.展开更多
Background:Lung cancer is one of the most lethal cancers worldwide,but studies have shown that the higher the expression of programmed cell death protein 1 ligand 1(PD-L1)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),the more ...Background:Lung cancer is one of the most lethal cancers worldwide,but studies have shown that the higher the expression of programmed cell death protein 1 ligand 1(PD-L1)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),the more likely it will benefit from anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy.The purpose of our study was to collect and analyze abundant clinical samples in order to provide evidence for clinicians and patients who might consider anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy while jointly formulating treatment plans.Methods:On the one hand,we obtained cases from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database,including 498 lung squamous cell cancer(LUSC)patients and 515 lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)patients.We studied the lung caner driver gene in LUSC and LUAD.On the other hand,PD-L1 expression was detected in lung cancer tissues of 1,008 NSCLC patients with immunohistochemistry staining(IHC),and we studied the correlation between PD-L1 protein expression and clinicopathological characteristics.Results:PD-L1 expression was higher in LUSC than in LUAD at the mRNA level.In univariate analysis,PD-L1 expression at the protein level was higher in patients who were males,were LUSC,were smokers,had a tumor diameter>3 cm,had poor differentiation,or had stages Ⅲ-Ⅳ disease.In multivariate analysis,PD-L1 expression was higher in patients who were LUSC or in poor differentiation.Conclusion:In term of protein level,PD-L1 expression was higher in NSCLC patients who were LUSC or in poor differentiation.We recommend that PD-L1 IHC detection can be routinely performed in such populations that are likely to benefit most from PD-L1 immunotherapy.展开更多
Squeeze casting(SC)is an advanced net manufacturing process with many advantages for which the quality and properties of the manufactured parts depend strongly on the process parameters.Unfortunately,a universal effic...Squeeze casting(SC)is an advanced net manufacturing process with many advantages for which the quality and properties of the manufactured parts depend strongly on the process parameters.Unfortunately,a universal efficient method for the determination of optimal process parameters is still unavailable.In view of the shortcomings and development needs of the current research methods for the setting of SC process parameters,by consulting and analyzing the recent research literature on SC process parameters and using the CiteSpace literature analysis software,manual reading and statistical analysis,the current state and characteristics of the research methods used for the determination of SC process parameters are summarized.The literature data show that the number of pub-lications in the literature related to the design of SC process parameters generally trends upward albeit with signifi-cant fluctuations.Analysis of the research focus shows that both“mechanical properties”and“microstructure”are the two main subjects in the studies of SC process parameters.With regard to materials,aluminum alloys have been extensively studied.Five methods have been used to obtain SC process parameters:Physical experiments,numeri-cal simulation,modeling optimization,formula calculation,and the use of empirical values.Physical experiments are the main research methods.The main methods for designing SC process parameters are divided into three categories:Fully experimental methods,optimization methods that involve modeling based on experimental data,and theoreti-cal calculation methods that involve establishing an analytical formula.The research characteristics and shortcomings of each method were analyzed.Numerical simulations and model-based optimization have become the new required methods.Considering the development needs and data-driven trends of the SC process,suggestions for the develop-ment of SC process parameter research have been proposed.展开更多
Direct ink writing(DIW)holds enormous potential in fabricating multiscale and multi-functional architectures by virtue of its wide range of printable materials,simple operation,and ease of rapid prototyping.Although i...Direct ink writing(DIW)holds enormous potential in fabricating multiscale and multi-functional architectures by virtue of its wide range of printable materials,simple operation,and ease of rapid prototyping.Although it is well known that ink rheology and processing parameters have a direct impact on the resolution and shape of the printed objects,the underlying mechanisms of these key factors on the printability and quality of DIW technique remain poorly understood.To tackle this issue,we systematically analyzed the printability and quality through extrusion mechanism modeling and experimental validating.Hybrid non-Newtonian fluid inks were first prepared,and their rheological properties were measured.Then,finite element analysis of the whole DIW process was conducted to reveal the flow dynamics of these inks.The obtained optimal process parameters(ink rheology,applied pressure,printing speed,etc)were also validated by experiments where high-resolution(<100μm)patterns were fabricated rapidly(>70 mm s^(-1)).Finally,as a process research demonstration,we printed a series of microstructures and circuit systems with hybrid inks and silver inks,showing the suitability of the printable process parameters.This study provides a strong quantitative illustration of the use of DIW for the high-speed preparation of high-resolution,high-precision samples.展开更多

AIM: To investigate the microRNA(miRNA) expression profile in gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) tissues that could serve as a novel diagnostic biomarker for GIST detection.METHODS: We performed a quantitative real-...AIM: To investigate the microRNA(miRNA) expression profile in gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) tissues that could serve as a novel diagnostic biomarker for GIST detection.METHODS: We performed a quantitative real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction assay to analyze the expression of 1888 miRNAs in a sample set that included 54 GIST tissue samples.RESULTS: We found that dysregulation of several miRNAs may be related to the malignant potential of GISTs. Six of these miRNAs, hsa-let-7c, miR-218,miR-488#, miR-4683, miR-34c-5p and miR-4773, were selected as the final list of biomarkers to separate the malignant GISTs(M group) from the benign GISTs(B group). In addition, MiR-29b-2#, hsa-let-7c, miR-891 b, miR-218, miR-204, miR-204-3p, miR-628-5p,miR-744, miR-29c#, miR-625 and miR-196 a were used to distinguish between the borderline(BO group) and M groups. There were 11 common miRNAs selected to separate the benign and borderline(BB) group from the M group, including hsa-let-7c, miR-218, miR-628-5p,miR-204-3p, miR-204, miR-891 b, miR-488#, miR-145,miR-891 a, miR-34c-5p and miR-196 a.CONCLUSION: The identified miRNAs appear tobe novel biomarkers to distinguish malignant from benign GISTs, which may be helpful to understand the mechanisms of GIST oncogenesis and progression,and to further elucidate the characteristics of GIST subtypes.展开更多

So far, there are 2 cases of WE reported after liver transplantation. Here, we report a case of a 45-year-old nonalcoholic male patient who developed psychiatric and neurological disturbance 15 d after receiving orthotopic liver transplantation because of hepatitis B-related cirrhosis and portal hypertension. Brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) showed symmetric high-signal intensities in the periaqueductal area. The patient was diagnosed with WE and given intravenous high-dose vitamin B1 immediately. His neurological disturbance resolved in 7 d after receiving the vitamin B1. Brain MRI after 5 mo showed nearly complete recovery. Most WE cases may be misdiagnosed in patients after liver transplantation, and we should pay more attention to its onset.展开更多

This study was conducted to examine main catches assemblages collected by trawls in Haizhou Bay,which included five habitats: the artificial reef area(AR), aquaculture area(AA), natural area(NA), estuary area(EA) and comprehensive effect area(CEA). The result shows that the total abundances of species in the five habitats were highly different(univariate PERMANOVA: P = 0.001, n = 24), but some species were also unique in their habitat(e.g. Scapharca subcrenata and Glossaulax didyma in AA). The body size distribution of specific species between habitats are different. For Collichthys lucidus, their body size in AR(14.63 cm ± 1.64 cm) and EA(14.3 cm ± 0.85 cm) is higher than that in NA(10.65 cm ± 1.64 cm), CEA(11.28 cm ± 1.85 cm) and AA(12.1 cm ±0.43 cm), which indicates the potential connection from AR to EA mediated by their adult population. We concluded that artificial reefs in AR can be considered key components that have the ability to support species assemblages in adjacent habitats. This study has implications for the conservation and monitoring of species assemblages in coastal areas in terms of that artificial reefs can be applied in different stages of habitat protection implementation and in different combinations of scenarios.
文摘Objective: To study the effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell combined with platelet-rich plasma treatment of bone nonunion after long bone fracture surgery on bone metabolism and cytokines. Methods: Patients who were treated in our hospital due to bone nonunion after long bone fracture surgery between March 2011 and October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, combined group received bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell combined with platelet-rich plasma therapy, and control group received bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell therapy. The levels of bone metabolism markers and growth cytokines in serum as well as the expression of bone metabolism-related signal molecules in peripheral blood were determined before treatment and 1 month after treatment. Results: Compared with those of same group before treatment, serum PINP, OPG, BALP, VEGF, TGF-β1, IGF-I, IGF-II and bFGF levels as well as peripheral blood Runx2, Wnt1, Wnt3a and β-catenin expression intensity of both groups of patients significantly increased whereas serum β-CTX and RANKL levels as well as peripheral blood NOX4 and NF-κB expression intensity significantly decreased after treatment, and serum PINP, OPG, BALP, VEGF, TGF-β1, IGF-I, IGF-II and bFGF levels as well as peripheral blood Runx2, Wnt1, Wnt3a and β-catenin expression intensity of combined group after treatment were higher than those of control group whereas serum β-CTX and RANKL levels as well as peripheral blood NOX4 and NF-κB expression intensity were lower than those of control group. Conclusion: Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell combined with platelet-rich plasma treatment of bone nonunion after long bone fracture surgery can be more effective than bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell monotherapy to improve the bone metabolism and increase the cytokines.

文摘BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is the sixth most common cancer and third leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide.Current treatments mainly rely on surgery-and chemotherapy-based systemic;however,the prognosis remains poor for advanced disease.Recent studies have suggested that immunotherapy has significant potential in cancer therapy;thus,GC immunotherapy may improve quality of life and survival for patients with this disease.AIM To provide a comprehensive overview of the knowledge structure and research hotspots of GC immunotherapy.METHODS We conducted a bibliometric analysis of publications on immunotherapy related to GC in the Web of Science Core Collection database.We analyzed 2013 publications from 1999 to February 1,2023,using the VOSviewer and CiteSpace software.We assessed publication and citation distributions using the WoS platform and explored research countries,institutions,journals,authors,references,and keywords(co-occurrence,timeline view,and burst analysis).In addition,we examined 228 trials on immunotherapy,137 on adoptive cell therapy,274 on immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),and 23 on vaccines from ClinicalTrials.gov and the International Clinical Trials Registry Platform.The Impact Index Per Article for the top ten high-cited papers collected from Reference Citation Analysis(RCA)are presented.RESULTS Our bibliometric analysis revealed that the study of immunotherapy in GC has developed rapidly in recent years.China accounted for almost half the publications,followed by the United States.The number of publications in recent years has been growing continuously,and most institutions and authors with the most publications are from China.The main keywords or clusters identified were“tumor microenvironment”,“adoptive immunotherapy”,“dendritic therapy”,and“microsatellite instability”.CONCLUSION Our analysis of 2013 publications indicated that immunotherapy for GC has led to several new developments in recent years.Considerable progress has been made in vaccinations,immune checkpoint therapy,and adoptive cellular therapy.In particular,ICIs and chimeric antigen receptor T-cells are novel options for the treatment of GC.We suggest that the combination of ICIs,chemotherapy,targeted therapy,and other immunotherapies should be the primary research direction in the future.

文摘Background:Lung cancer is one of the most lethal cancers worldwide,but studies have shown that the higher the expression of programmed cell death protein 1 ligand 1(PD-L1)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),the more likely it will benefit from anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy.The purpose of our study was to collect and analyze abundant clinical samples in order to provide evidence for clinicians and patients who might consider anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy while jointly formulating treatment plans.Methods:On the one hand,we obtained cases from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database,including 498 lung squamous cell cancer(LUSC)patients and 515 lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)patients.We studied the lung caner driver gene in LUSC and LUAD.On the other hand,PD-L1 expression was detected in lung cancer tissues of 1,008 NSCLC patients with immunohistochemistry staining(IHC),and we studied the correlation between PD-L1 protein expression and clinicopathological characteristics.Results:PD-L1 expression was higher in LUSC than in LUAD at the mRNA level.In univariate analysis,PD-L1 expression at the protein level was higher in patients who were males,were LUSC,were smokers,had a tumor diameter>3 cm,had poor differentiation,or had stages Ⅲ-Ⅳ disease.In multivariate analysis,PD-L1 expression was higher in patients who were LUSC or in poor differentiation.Conclusion:In term of protein level,PD-L1 expression was higher in NSCLC patients who were LUSC or in poor differentiation.We recommend that PD-L1 IHC detection can be routinely performed in such populations that are likely to benefit most from PD-L1 immunotherapy.

文摘Squeeze casting(SC)is an advanced net manufacturing process with many advantages for which the quality and properties of the manufactured parts depend strongly on the process parameters.Unfortunately,a universal efficient method for the determination of optimal process parameters is still unavailable.In view of the shortcomings and development needs of the current research methods for the setting of SC process parameters,by consulting and analyzing the recent research literature on SC process parameters and using the CiteSpace literature analysis software,manual reading and statistical analysis,the current state and characteristics of the research methods used for the determination of SC process parameters are summarized.The literature data show that the number of pub-lications in the literature related to the design of SC process parameters generally trends upward albeit with signifi-cant fluctuations.Analysis of the research focus shows that both“mechanical properties”and“microstructure”are the two main subjects in the studies of SC process parameters.With regard to materials,aluminum alloys have been extensively studied.Five methods have been used to obtain SC process parameters:Physical experiments,numeri-cal simulation,modeling optimization,formula calculation,and the use of empirical values.Physical experiments are the main research methods.The main methods for designing SC process parameters are divided into three categories:Fully experimental methods,optimization methods that involve modeling based on experimental data,and theoreti-cal calculation methods that involve establishing an analytical formula.The research characteristics and shortcomings of each method were analyzed.Numerical simulations and model-based optimization have become the new required methods.Considering the development needs and data-driven trends of the SC process,suggestions for the develop-ment of SC process parameter research have been proposed.

文摘Direct ink writing(DIW)holds enormous potential in fabricating multiscale and multi-functional architectures by virtue of its wide range of printable materials,simple operation,and ease of rapid prototyping.Although it is well known that ink rheology and processing parameters have a direct impact on the resolution and shape of the printed objects,the underlying mechanisms of these key factors on the printability and quality of DIW technique remain poorly understood.To tackle this issue,we systematically analyzed the printability and quality through extrusion mechanism modeling and experimental validating.Hybrid non-Newtonian fluid inks were first prepared,and their rheological properties were measured.Then,finite element analysis of the whole DIW process was conducted to reveal the flow dynamics of these inks.The obtained optimal process parameters(ink rheology,applied pressure,printing speed,etc)were also validated by experiments where high-resolution(<100μm)patterns were fabricated rapidly(>70 mm s^(-1)).Finally,as a process research demonstration,we printed a series of microstructures and circuit systems with hybrid inks and silver inks,showing the suitability of the printable process parameters.This study provides a strong quantitative illustration of the use of DIW for the high-speed preparation of high-resolution,high-precision samples.
文摘Evaluation of calligraphic copy is the core of Chinese calligraphy appreciation and in-heritance.However,previous aesthetic evaluation studies often focussed on photos and paintings,with few attempts on Chinese calligraphy.To solve this problem,a Siamese regression aesthetic fusion method is proposed,named SRAFE,for Chinese calligraphy based on the combination of calligraphy aesthetics and deep learning.First,a dataset termed Evaluated Chinese Calligraphy Copies(E3C)is constructed for aesthetic evalu-ation.Second,12 hand‐crafted aesthetic features based on the shape,structure,and stroke of calligraphy are designed.Then,the Siamese regression network(SRN)is designed to extract the deep aesthetic representation of calligraphy.Finally,the SRAFE method is built by fusing the deep aesthetic features with the hand‐crafted aesthetic features.Experimental results show that scores given by SRAFE are similar to the aesthetic evaluation label of E3C,proving the effectiveness of the authors’method.

文摘AIM: To investigate the microRNA(miRNA) expression profile in gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) tissues that could serve as a novel diagnostic biomarker for GIST detection.METHODS: We performed a quantitative real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction assay to analyze the expression of 1888 miRNAs in a sample set that included 54 GIST tissue samples.RESULTS: We found that dysregulation of several miRNAs may be related to the malignant potential of GISTs. Six of these miRNAs, hsa-let-7c, miR-218,miR-488#, miR-4683, miR-34c-5p and miR-4773, were selected as the final list of biomarkers to separate the malignant GISTs(M group) from the benign GISTs(B group). In addition, MiR-29b-2#, hsa-let-7c, miR-891 b, miR-218, miR-204, miR-204-3p, miR-628-5p,miR-744, miR-29c#, miR-625 and miR-196 a were used to distinguish between the borderline(BO group) and M groups. There were 11 common miRNAs selected to separate the benign and borderline(BB) group from the M group, including hsa-let-7c, miR-218, miR-628-5p,miR-204-3p, miR-204, miR-891 b, miR-488#, miR-145,miR-891 a, miR-34c-5p and miR-196 a.CONCLUSION: The identified miRNAs appear tobe novel biomarkers to distinguish malignant from benign GISTs, which may be helpful to understand the mechanisms of GIST oncogenesis and progression,and to further elucidate the characteristics of GIST subtypes.

文摘Wernicke encephalopathy(WE) is an acute neurological disorder resulting from vitamin B1 deficiency, which is common in chronic alcoholism and is rare in acute liver failure. So far, there are 2 cases of WE reported after liver transplantation. Here, we report a case of a 45-year-old nonalcoholic male patient who developed psychiatric and neurological disturbance 15 d after receiving orthotopic liver transplantation because of hepatitis B-related cirrhosis and portal hypertension. Brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) showed symmetric high-signal intensities in the periaqueductal area. The patient was diagnosed with WE and given intravenous high-dose vitamin B1 immediately. His neurological disturbance resolved in 7 d after receiving the vitamin B1. Brain MRI after 5 mo showed nearly complete recovery. Most WE cases may be misdiagnosed in patients after liver transplantation, and we should pay more attention to its onset.
