The ecosystems of China seas and coasts are undergoing rapid changes under the strong influences of both global climate change and anthropogenic activities.To understand the scope of these changes and the mechanisms behind them is of paramount importance for the sustainable development of China,and for the establishment of national policies on environment protection and climate change mitigation.Here we provide a brief review of the impacts of global climate change and human activities on the oceans in general,and on the ecosystems of China seas and coasts in particular.More importantly,we discuss the challenges we are facing and propose several research foci for China seas/coasts ecosystem studies,including long-term time series observations on multiple scales,facilities for simulation study,blue carbon,coastal ecological security,prediction of ecosystem evolution and ecosystem-based management.We also establish a link to the Future Earth program from the perspectives of two newly formed national alliances,the China Future Ocean Alliance and the Pan-China Ocean Carbon Alliance. 展开更多

许多研究认为,只有北大西洋涛动(NAO)是一种具有物理意义的模态,而北极涛动(AO)则是EOF分解得到的一种统计假象模态。为了从一个新的角度进一步探讨二者的差别,我们运用附条件的最大协方差分析(CMCA)统计了前期北极边缘海冰密集度(MSCI... 许多研究认为,只有北大西洋涛动(NAO)是一种具有物理意义的模态,而北极涛动(AO)则是EOF分解得到的一种统计假象模态。为了从一个新的角度进一步探讨二者的差别,我们运用附条件的最大协方差分析(CMCA)统计了前期北极边缘海冰密集度(MSCI)与来年冬季NAO之间的跨季节遥相关关系,其中的ENSO信号和线性趋势已经在分析之前被去除。统计显著性结果表明:冬季负位相的NAO信号可以追溯到6个月前自盛夏开始至早冬季节北极MSCI异常的逐步演变。然而根据先前的研究,北极海冰异常仅可以超前冬季AO大概4个月表现出显著信号。这表明盛夏北极MSCI的持续异常对来年冬季NAO的影响比对AO更强,同时也从另一个角度证实了AO与NAO确实存在差异。进一步分析还表明,前期MSCI异常的逐步演变主要与海表面热通量及气温异常有关。此外,我们还重新审视了负位相的NAO对北半球冬季气候异常的影响以及可能的物理机制。 展开更多

Understanding the drifting motion of a small semi-submersible drifter is of vital importance regarding monitoring surface currents and the floating pollutants in coastal regions. This work addresses this issue by establishing a mechanistic drifting forecast model based on kinetic analysis. Taking tide–wind–wave into consideration, the forecast model is validated against in situ drifting experiment in the Radial Sand Ridges. Model results show good performance with respect to the measured drifting features, characterized by migrating back and forth twice a day with daily downwind displacements. Trajectory models are used to evaluate the influence of the individual hydrodynamic forcing. The tidal current is the fundamental dynamic condition in the Radial Sand Ridges and has the greatest impact on the drifting distance. However, it loses its leading position in the field of the daily displacement of the used drifter. The simulations reveal that different hydrodynamic forces dominate the daily displacement of the used drifter at different wind scales. The wave-induced mass transport has the greatest influence on the daily displacement at Beaufort wind scale 5–6; while wind drag contributes mostly at wind scale 2–4. 展开更多

目的评价颐和春口服液联合西医常规治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎(肾阳虚型)合并不育症的临床疗效。方法选取2019年11月—2021年1月温州市人民医院就诊的120例患者为研究对象,按照1∶1的比例,随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组给予生精胶囊联合西医常... 目的评价颐和春口服液联合西医常规治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎(肾阳虚型)合并不育症的临床疗效。方法选取2019年11月—2021年1月温州市人民医院就诊的120例患者为研究对象,按照1∶1的比例,随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组给予生精胶囊联合西医常规治疗,治疗组给予颐和春口服液联合西医常规治疗,疗程均为12周。观察两组的临床疗效,对比两组患者治疗前后的美国国立卫生院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptoms index,NIH-CPSI)评分、中医证候评分、炎症指标、精液常规指标。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的总有效率86.7%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NIH-CPSI的疼痛或不适评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分、总评分及中医症状评分均显著低于治疗前,且治疗组上述评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组前列腺液白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-2水平均显著低于治疗前,且治疗组前列腺液炎症指标水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组精液量、精子密度、精子总数、精子活力、精子存活率均显著高于治疗前,且治疗组精液指标水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应情况无显著性差异。结论颐和春口服液联合西医常规治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎(肾阳虚型)合并不育症患者临床疗效好、安全性高,值得临床推广。 展开更多
