The finding of the robust ferroelectricity in HfO_(2)-based thin films is fantastic from the view point of both the fundamentals and the applications.In this review article,the current research status of the future pr...The finding of the robust ferroelectricity in HfO_(2)-based thin films is fantastic from the view point of both the fundamentals and the applications.In this review article,the current research status of the future prospects for the ferroelectric HfO_(2)-based thin films and devices are presented from fundamentals to applications.The related issues are discussed,which include:1)The ferroelectric characteristics observed in HfO_(2)-based films and devices associated with the factors of dopant,strain,interface,thickness,defect,fabrication condition,and more;2)physical understanding on the observed ferroelectric behaviors by the density functional theory(DFT)-based theory calculations;3)the characterizations of microscopic and macroscopic features by transmission electron microscopes-based and electrical properties-based techniques;4)modeling and simulations,5)the performance optimizations,and 6)the applications of some ferroelectric-based devices such as ferroelectric random access memory,ferroelectric-based field effect transistors,and the ferroelectric tunnel junction for the novel information processing systems.展开更多
Cs_(2)TiBr_(6) nanocrystals(NCs)are a type of promising optoelectronic materials,owing to their high photoelectric properties and non-toxicity.Here,we synthesize the colloidal Cs_(2)TiBr_(6)NCs using a hot-injection a...Cs_(2)TiBr_(6) nanocrystals(NCs)are a type of promising optoelectronic materials,owing to their high photoelectric properties and non-toxicity.Here,we synthesize the colloidal Cs_(2)TiBr_(6)NCs using a hot-injection approach.The temperaturedependent absorption data shows that its energy band changes about 30 me V with temperature,reflecting that its energy band structure is much stable.The excitation intensity-dependent transient absorption data confirms its linear absorption cross-sections and carrier recombination rate constants,involving monomolecular and bimolecular recombination,which are all superior to those of conventional perovskite bromide counterparts.In addition,its nonlinear absorption cross-sections are also measured based on femtosecond Z-scan.Our results suggest that Cs_(2)TiBr_(6)NCs can be extensively applied in the field of optoelectronics,owing to its excellent carrier dynamics and nonlinear optical properties.展开更多
In the field of public security,the standardized use of police equipment can better assist the public security police in performing their duties.With the advancement of science and technology of the times,police equip...In the field of public security,the standardized use of police equipment can better assist the public security police in performing their duties.With the advancement of science and technology of the times,police equipment is also constantly developing,and more and more new types of police equipment have appeared.Nowadays,there are a large number and variety of police equipment,and public security police are facing the challenge of mastering and updating equipment knowledge.This article builds a knowledge base of police equipment based on the knowledge of opening source data on the Internet,uses a variety of databases to store knowledge,and presents knowledge of police equipment in the formof knowledge queries,innovatively applying the concept of knowledge base to police Knowledge of equipment in science.Knowledge is presented in three modules:encyclopedia knowledge,question answering knowledge,and product knowledge,which can answer the description questions and experience questions of police equipment.The query accuracy rate for the physical problems of police equipment is 70%,and the query accuracy rate of the experience problems of police equipment is 90%.The design and implementation of the system solves the problem of knowledge fusion in the field of police equipment in opening source data,and at the same time can help the police to sort out the knowledge structure of police equipment,fully understand the police equipment,and better serve public security Field related work.展开更多
Short stature is among the most common endocrinological disease phenotypes of childhood and may occur as an isolated finding or in conjunction with other clinical manifestations.Although the diagnostic utility of clin...Short stature is among the most common endocrinological disease phenotypes of childhood and may occur as an isolated finding or in conjunction with other clinical manifestations.Although the diagnostic utility of clinical genetic testing in short stature has been implicated,the genetic architecture and the utility of genomic studies such as exome sequencing(ES)in a sizable cohort of patients with short stature have not been investigated systematically.In this study,we recruited 561 individuals with short stature from two centers in China during a 4-year period.We performed ES for all patients and available parents.All patients were retrospectively divided into two groups:an isolated short stature group(group I,n=257)and an apparently syndromic short stature group(group II,n=304).Causal variants were identified in 135 of 561(24.1%)patients.In group I,29 of 257(11.3%)of the patients were solved by variants in 24 genes.In group II,106 of 304(34.9%)patients were solved by variants in 57 genes.Genes involved in fundamental cellularprocess played an important role in the genetic architecture of syndromic short stature.Distinct genetic architectures and pathophysiological processes underlie isolated and syndromic short stature.展开更多
