With the development of artificial intelligence(AI)and 5G technology,the integration of sensing,communication and computing in the Internet of Vehicles(Io V)is becoming a trend.However,the large amount of data transmission and the computing requirements of intelligent tasks lead to the complex resource management problems.In view of the above challenges,this paper proposes a tasks-oriented joint resource allocation scheme(TOJRAS)in the scenario of Io V.First,this paper proposes a system model with sensing,communication,and computing integration for multiple intelligent tasks with different requirements in the Io V.Secondly,joint resource allocation problems for real-time tasks and delay-tolerant tasks in the Io V are constructed respectively,including communication,computing and caching resources.Thirdly,a distributed deep Q-network(DDQN)based algorithm is proposed to solve the optimization problems,and the convergence and complexity of the algorithm are discussed.Finally,the experimental results based on real data sets verify the performance advantages of the proposed resource allocation scheme,compared to the existing ones.The exploration efficiency of our proposed DDQN-based algorithm is improved by at least about 5%,and our proposed resource allocation scheme improves the m AP performance by about 0.15 under resource constraints. 展开更多

Viral diseases represent one of the major threats for salmonids aquaculture.Early detection and identification of viral pathogens is the main prerequisite prior to undertaking effective prevention and control measures.Rapid,sensitive,efficient and portable detection method is highly essential for fish viral diseases detection.Biosensor strategies are highly prevalent and fulfill the expanding demands of on-site detection with fast response,cost-effectiveness,high sensitivity,and selectivity.With the development of material science,the nucleic acid biosensors fabricated by semiconductor have shown great potential in rapid and early detection or screening for diseases at salmonids fisheries.This paper reviews the current detection development of salmonids viral diseases.The present limitations and challenges of salmonids virus diseases surveillance and early detection are presented.Novel nucleic acid semiconductor biosensors are briefly reviewed.The perspective and potential application of biosensors in the on-site detection of salmonids diseases are discussed. 展开更多

The rapid spread of viral zoonoses can cause severe consequences,including huge economic loss,public health problems or even global crisis of society.Clinical detection technology plays a very important role in the prevention and control of such zoonoses.The rapid and accurate detection of the pathogens of the diseases can directly lead to the early report and early successful control of the diseases.With the advantages of being easy to use,fast,portable,multiplexing and cost-effective,semiconductor biosensors are kinds of detection devices that play an important role in preventing epidemics,and thus have become one of the research hotspots.Here,we summarized the advances of semiconductor biosensors in viral zoonoses detection.By discussing the major principles and applications of each method for different pathogens,this review proposed the directions of designing semiconductor biosensors for clinical application and put forward perspectives in diagnostic of viral zoonoses. 展开更多

In MIMO full duplex system,power amplifier(PA) nonlinearity limits the self-interference(SI) cancellation seriously. Most existing methods need to model and estimate the PA nonlinearity in order to reconstruct the SI,however the estimation error caused by the mismatch between the estimated PA model and the actual PA property still impacts the cancellation ability,especially when the transmit power is high. In this paper we propose a polarization oblique projection based self-interference cancellation method which does not need to estimate the PA nonlinearity coefficients. It exploits the polarization state information of the signals which is immune to the PA nonlinearity,and establishes an oblique projection operator to cancel the SI. Numerical results and analysis demonstrate that it can cancel the nonlinear SI effectively. Moreover the signal to interfere plus noise ratio(SINR) and the achievable sum rate do not deteriorate when the transmit power is high. Further,the upper bound of the achievable sum rate can be more than twice that of the half duplex. 展开更多

The sensing period, the transmission time for primary users and cognitive radios are extended to general forms as random variables. A generalized Markov analytical model for sensing period optimization is presented, and the applications of the proposed analytical model by using examples involving primary user systems with both voice and data traffic are illustrated. The analysis and numerical results show that sensing period does affect the maximum rewards of the channel, and the analytical model is justified by its flexibility since it uses general forms of the sensing period, the transmission time for primary users and cognitive radios. Hence the model can be easily adapted for the analysis of many different applications. 展开更多
