Improvement of the piezoelectricity of PVDF-HFP by CoFe_(2)O_(4)nanoparticles

High piezoelectric composite films composed of poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)and ferromagnetic cobalt ferrite(CoFe_(2)O_(4))(0.00 wt%to 0.2 wt%)are prepared by a solution casting method accompanied by uniaxial stretching and high electric field poling.The decisive effect of the poling electric field on the power generating capability was confirmed by the experiments.For pure PVDF-HFP films,when the maximum electric field Emax is 120 MV/m,the calibrated open circuit voltage reaches 2.93 V,which is much higher than those poled at lower electric fields(70 MV/m:1.41 V;90 MV/m:2.11 V).Furthermore,the addition of CoFe_(2)O_(4)also influences the piezoelectricity dramatically.In the samples containing 0.15 wt%CoFe_(2)O_(4),the calibrated open circuit voltage increases to the maximum value of 3.57 V.Meanwhile,the relative fraction of theβ-phase and the crystallinity degree are 99%and 48%,respectively.The effects of CoFe_(2)O_(4)nanoparticles on initial crystallization,uniaxial stretching and high electric field poling are investigated by XRD,FTIR and DSC. 展开更多

为了研究成形温度对电场辅助塑性成形TC4钛合金微型齿轮的影响,设计并制造了微型齿轮成形模具,在Gleeble-1500D热-力模拟机上进行了电场辅助塑性成形实验,成功获得了齿顶圆半径为1.8 mm的TC4钛合金微型齿轮。实验结果表明,在成形温度120... 为了研究成形温度对电场辅助塑性成形TC4钛合金微型齿轮的影响,设计并制造了微型齿轮成形模具,在Gleeble-1500D热-力模拟机上进行了电场辅助塑性成形实验,成功获得了齿顶圆半径为1.8 mm的TC4钛合金微型齿轮。实验结果表明,在成形温度1200℃时试样的成形质量最好。电流作用下高温塑性成形后,微型齿轮微观齿心组织由等轴(α+β)组织转变为按一定位向排列的层状组织,同时微型齿轮的齿顶边缘微观组织比齿心处的微观组织晶粒更为细小。分析认为,在电场辅助塑性成形TC4微型齿轮的过程中,晶粒的相变和微细等轴晶的生成是成形高质量微型齿轮的关键因素。 展开更多

Diel and seasonal variation of methane and carbon dioxide fluxes at Site Guojiaba, the Three Gorges Reservoir 被引量:25

In order to investigate the CH4 and CO2 fluxes across the water-gas interface and identify their controlling factors, four diel field campaigns and one monthly sampling campaign during June 2010-May 2011 were carried out at a site near the Three Gorges Dam, China. The averaged CH4 and CO2 fluxes across the air-water interface from the site were much less than those reported from reservoirs in tropic and temperate regions, and from the natural river channels of the Yangtze River. CH4 Fluxes at the site were very low compared to most other reservoirs or natural lakes. One of the most important reasons may be due to the oxidation of CH4 in the water column owing to the great water depth and high DO in water in the Three Gorges Reservoir. The averaged monthly CH4 and CO2 fluxes at the site during the observation year were 0.05 mg/(m^2·hr) and 104.43 mg/(m^2·hr) respectively with the maximum occurred in July 2010. The monthly CO2 fluxes during the observation year were positively correlated to the surface water temperature, and negatively correlated to the air pressure and the surface water pH. The CO2 flux showed a positive correlation with DOC to some extent, although not significantly, which indicated that allochthonous organic C was a major source of CO2 and biogeochemical processes in this reservoir were C-limited. The significantly positive correlation between the reservoir outflow and the seasonal gas flux indicate the disturbance condition of the water body dominated the seasonal gas emission. 展开更多

采用电场辅助微塑性模锻成形技术成型了高强度、大硬度、低塑性的Ti6Al4V钛合金微齿轮。结果表明,在电场作用下,圆柱形Ti6Al4V坯料在石墨模具中可以成型微齿轮。Ti6Al4V材料在加热速率为5℃/s时具有最佳的可成型性,较高的加热速率30和40... 采用电场辅助微塑性模锻成形技术成型了高强度、大硬度、低塑性的Ti6Al4V钛合金微齿轮。结果表明,在电场作用下,圆柱形Ti6Al4V坯料在石墨模具中可以成型微齿轮。Ti6Al4V材料在加热速率为5℃/s时具有最佳的可成型性,较高的加热速率30和40℃/s可以有效地缩短材料预变形的时间。经电场辅助成型的样品均具有魏氏结构,但齿顶比齿心的组织更细小。加热速率为5和10℃/s的试样β相含量略高于原始坯料,但加热速率为20、30和40℃/s的试样没有显示出β相。此外,在电场作用下,所有成形样品的维氏硬度均有所增加。 展开更多
