BACKGROUND The association of single nucleotide polymorphism of KCNQ1 gene rs2237895 with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is currently controversial.It is unknown whether this association can be gene realized across different populations.AIM To determine the association of KCNQ1 rs2237895 with T2DM and provide reliable evidence for genetic susceptibility to T2DM.METHODS We searched PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Medline,Baidu Academic,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Biomedical Literature Database,and Wanfang to investigate the association between KCNQ1 gene rs2237895 and the risk of T2DM up to January 12,2022.Review Manager 5.4 was used to analyze the association of the KCNQ1 gene rs2237895 polymorphism with T2DM and to evaluate the publication bias of the selected literature.RESULTS Twelve case–control studies(including 11273 cases and 11654 controls)met our inclusion criteria.In the full population,allelic model[odds ratio(OR):1.19;95%confidence interval(95%CI):1.09–1.29;P<0.0001],recessive model(OR:1.20;95%CI:1.11–1.29;P<0.0001),dominant model(OR:1.27.95%CI:1.14–1.42;P<0.0001),and codominant model(OR:1.36;95%CI:1.15–1.60;P=0.0003)(OR:1.22;95%CI:1.10–1.36;P=0.0002)indicated that the KCNQ1 gene rs2237895 polymorphism was significantly correlated with susceptibility to T2DM.In stratified analysis,this association was confirmed in Asian populations:allelic model(OR:1.25;95%CI:1.13–1.37;P<0.0001),recessive model(OR:1.29;95%CI:1.11–1.49;P=0.0007),dominant model(OR:1.35;95%CI:1.20–1.52;P<0.0001),codominant model(OR:1.49;95%CI:1.22–1.81;P<0.0001)(OR:1.26;95%CI:1.16–1.36;P<0.0001).In non-Asian populations,this association was not significant:Allelic model(OR:1.06,95%CI:0.98–1.14;P=0.12),recessive model(OR:1.04;95%CI:0.75–1.42;P=0.83),dominant model(OR:1.06;95%CI:0.98–1.15;P=0.15),codominant model(OR:1.08;95%CI:0.82–1.42;P=0.60.OR:1.15;95%CI:0.95–1.39;P=0.14).CONCLUSION KCNQ1 gene rs2237895 was significantly associated with susceptibility to T2DM in an Asian population.Carriers of the C allele had a higher risk of T2DM.This association was not significant in non-Asian populations. 展开更多

Shale oil of the Qingshankou Formation of the Gulong Sag,the northern Songliao Basin,represents the first attempt at large-scale development of pure-shale-type shale oil in China.By integrating the multiscale refined reservoir characterization with macro-micro-scale mechanical testing,it is clarified that the Gulong shale is characterized by high clay mineral content,high rock plasticity,highly-developed bedding,and prominent mechanical anisotropy.A three-dimensional(3D)fracture propagation model of hydraulic fracturing was built for the Gulong shale,which fully captures the hydraulic fracture distribution pattern affected by the high bedding density,in-situ stress,and fracturing treatment parameters.Our research showed that due to influences of bedding,hydraulic fracturing in the Gulong shale forms a complex fracture morphology featuring the main fracture with multiple perpendicular branches that have different lengths(like the outdoor directional TV antenna);however,the vertical propagation of fractures is inhibited,and the fracture height is commonly less than 10 m.The limited stimulated reservoir volume(SRV)is the main problem facing the fracturing stimulation of the Gulong shale oil.Bedding density has vital effects on fracture morphology,so case-specific fracturing designs shall be developed for shale intervals with different bedding development degrees.For reservoirs with welldeveloped bedding,it is suggested to properly increase the perforation cluster spacing and raise the volume and proportions of viscous fluids of the pad,so as to effectively promote vertical fracture propagation and improve reservoir stimulation performance.This study integrates multi-scale fine reservoir characterization and macro-micro-scale mechanical testing,as well as the construction and numerical simulation of hydraulic fracturing models for high-density layered shale reservoirs,providing a new approach and methodological framework for the fracturing research of high-density layered shale reservoirs. 展开更多

We experimentally and numerically investigate CH_3I molecular alignment by using a femtosecond laser and a hexapole. The hexapole provides the single |111〉rotational state condition at 4.5-kV hexapole rod voltage. Based on this single rotational state, an enhanced alignment degree of 0.73 is achieved. Our experimental results are in agreement with the simulation results. We experimentally obtain the ion velocity map images and show the influence of the initial rotational-state population. With the I+ion images and angular distributions at different pump-probe delay time, the alignment and anti-alignment phenomena are further demonstrated. The molecules will be under field-free conditions when the laser effect disappears completely at the full revival time. Our work shows that the quantum control and spatial control on CH_3I molecules can be realized and molecular coordinate frame can be obtained for further molecular experiment. 展开更多

目的探讨丁苯酞软胶囊配合针刺星状神经节治疗后循环缺血的疗效观察及对患者氧化应激机制的干预作用。方法选取2016年3月—2019年3月河北省沧州中西医结合医院128例后循环缺血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照A组、对照B组、... 目的探讨丁苯酞软胶囊配合针刺星状神经节治疗后循环缺血的疗效观察及对患者氧化应激机制的干预作用。方法选取2016年3月—2019年3月河北省沧州中西医结合医院128例后循环缺血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照A组、对照B组、观察组及空白对照组,每组32例。对照A组予丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,对照B组予针刺星状神经节治疗,观察组予丁苯酞软胶囊联合针刺星状神经节治疗,空白对照组除口服阿司匹林外不再采用其他治疗。比较4组的临床总有效率、不良反应发生率,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,Barthel指数,脑血循环指标[颈内动脉(ICA)、椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)血流速度与脑血管阻力]。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测4组患者血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平并比较。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测4组患者microRNA-21(miR-21)、microRNA-146a(miR-146a)mRNA相对表达量并比较。结果观察组临床总有效率(90.63%)高于对照A组(68.75%)、对照B组(65.63%)及空白对照组(43.75%)(P<0.05);疗程结束后NIHSS评分低于对照A组、对照B组、空白对照组(P<0.05);Barthel指数高于对照A组、对照B组、空白对照组(P<0.05);观察组疗程结束后ICA、VA、BA血流速度,SOD、CAT水平高于对照A组、对照B组、空白对照组(P<0.05),脑血管阻力、血清MDA、miR-21、miR-146a mRNA相对表达量低于对照A组、对照B组、空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊配合针刺星状神经节治疗后循环缺血,可改善患者脑血循环与神经功能,抑制氧化应激,提高患者日常生活能力,疗效良好。 展开更多

Maternal sleep deprivation(MSD)is a global public health problem that affects the physical and mental development of pregnant women and their newborns.The latest research suggests that sleep deprivation(SD)disrupts the gut microbiota,leading to neuroinflammation and psychological disturbances.However,it is unclear whether MSD affects the establishment of gut microbiota and neuroinflammation in the newborns.In the present study,MSD was performed on pregnant SpragueDawley rats in the third trimester of pregnancy(gestational days 15-21),after which intestinal contents and brain tissues were collected from offspring at different postnatal days(P1,P7,P14,and P56).Based on microbial profiling,microbial diversity and richness increased in pregnant rats subjected to MSD,as reflected by the significant increase in the phylum Firmicutes.In addition,microbial dysbiosis marked by abundant Firmicutes bacteria was observed in the MSD offspring.Furthermore,quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)showed that the expression levels of proinflammatory cytokines interleukin 1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)were significantly higher in the MSD offspring at adulthood(P56)than in the control group.Through Spearman correlation analysis,IL-1βand TNF-αwere also shown to be positively correlated with Ruminococcus_1 and Ruminococcaceae_UCG-005 at P56,which may determine the microbiota-host interactions in MSDrelated neuroinflammation.Collectively,these results indicate that MSD changes maternal gut microbiota and affects the establishment of neonatal gut microbiota,leading to neuroinflammation in MSD offspring.Therefore,understanding the role of gut microbiota during physiological development may provide potential interventions for cognitive dysfunction in MSD-impacted offspring. 展开更多

An exact-designed mesh shape with favorable surface accuracy is of practical significance to the performance of large cable-network antenna reflectors. In this study, a novel design approach that could guide the generation of exact spatial parabolic mesh configurations of such reflector was proposed. By incorporating the traditional force density method with the standard finite element method, this proposed approach had taken the deformation effects of flexible ring truss supports into consideration, and searched for the desired mesh shapes that can satisfy the requirement that all the free nodes are exactly located on the objective paraboloid. Compared with the conventional design method,a remarkable improvement of surface accuracy in the obtained mesh shapes had been demonstrated by numerical examples. The present work would provide a helpful technical reference for the mesh shape design of such cable-network antenna reflector in engineering practice. 展开更多

In recent years, due to the rapid development of high-performance small molecule acceptor (SMA) materials, the researches on p-type electron donor materials for matching with current efficient SMAs have become important. By means of asymmetric strategies to optimize the energy levels and inter/intramolecular interactions of molecules, we designed and synthesized an asymmetric aromatic side chain quinoxaline-based polymer donor TPQ-0F. Meanwhile, we took advantage of F atom which could form noncovalent interaction and strong electron-withdrawing property, to obtain the optimized quinoxaline-based polymer donors TPQ-1F, TPQ-1Fi and TPQ-2F. Eventually, the binary device based on TPQ-2F achieved an efficient power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 16.27%, which attributed to balanced hole/electron mobilities, less charge carrier recombination, and more favorable aggregation morphology. Our work demonstrates the great potential of asymmetric aromatic side chain quinoxaline-based polymer donors on optimizing the morphology of blending films, improving inter/intramolecular interactions, and subtly tuning energy level, finally for more efficient organic solar cells. 展开更多

Lead-free bulk ceramics for advanced pulsed power capacitors show relatively low recoverable energy storage density(Wrec)especially at low electric field condition.To address this challenge,we propose an A-site defect engineering to optimize the electric polarization behavior by disrupting the orderly arrangement of A-site ions,in which Ba_(0.105)Na_(0.325)Sr_(0.245−1.5x)□_(0.5x)Bi_(0.325)+xTiO_(3)(BNS_(0.245−1.5x)□_(0.5x)B_(0.325+x)T,x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,and 0.08)lead-free ceramics are selected as the representative.The BNS_(0.245−1.5x)□_(0.5x)B_(0.325+x)T ceramics are prepared by using pressureless solid-state sintering and achieve large W_(rec)(1.8 J/cm^(3))at a low electric field(@110 kV/cm)when x=0.06.The value of 1.8 J/cm3 is super high as compared to all other W_(rec) in lead-free bulk ceramics under a relatively low electric field(<160 kV/cm).Furthermore,a high dielectric constant of 2930 within 15%fluctuation in a wide temperature range of 40–350℃is also obtained in BNS_(0.245−1.5x)□_(0.5x)B_(0.325+x)T(x=0.06)ceramics.The excellent performances can be attributed to the A-site defect engineering,which can reduce remnant polarization(P_(r))and improve the thermal evolution of polar nanoregions(PNRs).This work confirms that the BNS_(0.245−1.5x)□_(0.5x)B_(0.325+x)T(x=0.06)ceramics are desirable for advanced pulsed power capacitors,and will push the development of a series of Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3(BNT)-based ceramics with high W_(rec) and high-temperature stability. 展开更多
