[Objectives]To isolate and identify chemical constituents from Phellodendron chinense.[Methods]Compounds were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and ODS column chromatography,and their structures were determined by means of the spectral analysis and physicochemical properties.[Results]Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as berberine(1),obaculactone(2),shihulimonin A(3),N-p-coumaroyltyramine(4),1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4-(3-hydroxy-propyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-propane-1,3-diol(5),phellodendrine(6),magnoflorine(7),palmatine(8),jatrorrhizine(9),columbamine(10),and obacunone(11).[Conclusions]Compounds 3 and 5 were isolated from Phellodendron for the first time,and compound 4 was isolated from this plant for the first time. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to optimize the Formulation Process of glucosamine chondroitin sulfate tablets. [Methods] The orthogonal design with three levels was carried out with microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrophosphate and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone as three factors to optimize the preparation process. [Results] When microcrystalline cellulose 200 mg/tablet, calcium hydrophosphate 150 mg/tablet, and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone 80 mg/tablet were added, the angle of repose could meet the requirements of tablet pressing, and the dissolution could reach more than 95% in 30 min. The results of the orthogonal test showed that the dissolution effect of self-made tablets was faster than that of commercial products. [Conclusions] The glucosamine hydrochloride chondroitin sulfate tablets prepared by this prescription have better quality. 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids from Angelica keiskei Koidzumi. [Method] Using the yield of total flavonoids as an indicator,the ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids from A. keiskei was optimized by orthogonal experimental design. [Result]Among four factors in orthogonal experimental design,extraction time exhibited the most significant effect on the extraction result; ethanol concentration exhibited a significant effect on the extraction result; ultrasonic power and solid-to-liquid ratio had no significant effect. The optimal conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from A. keiskei were extraction time of 25 min,ethanol concentration of 80%,ultrasonic power of 60 W,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶ 20( g/ml),under which the yield of total flavonoids reached 1. 56%. [Conclusion]This study provides the basis for further development and utilization of total flavonoids from A. keiskei. 展开更多

Sulfuric acid-phenol and sulfuric acid-anthrone methods were used to detect polysaccharide content in shoots of Aralia elata( Miq.) Seem.,and the conversion factor to glucose was measured with refined polysaccharides.... Sulfuric acid-phenol and sulfuric acid-anthrone methods were used to detect polysaccharide content in shoots of Aralia elata( Miq.) Seem.,and the conversion factor to glucose was measured with refined polysaccharides. Comprehensive evaluation was carried out by linear relationship,precision,reproducibility,stability and recovery rate. The results showed that the linear relationship between glucose concentration and absorbance was good when glucose concentration was0-40 μg/ml,and the average recovery rate was equal to or higher than 97. 00% with good reproducibility( RSD < 1. 60%,n = 5). It revealed that the two methods were accurate and reliable,and suitable for the determination of polysaccharide content in the shoots of A. elata. Polysaccharide content detected by sulfuric acid-phenol and sulfuric acid-anthrone methods was 19. 31% and 20. 40% respectively. 展开更多

[Objectives] To optimize the extraction process and determine the total triterpenoids from Semen Trichosanthis.[Methods]The Box-behnken response surface methodology was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of total triterpenoids in Semen Trichosanthis.And the spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total triterpenoids in Semen Trichosanthis.[Results] The optimal extraction conditions were solid to liquid ratio of 40∶ 1,ultrasonic time of 20 min,and ultrasonic power of 100 W.Under these conditions,the content of total triterpenoids in Semen Trichosanthis was significantly different among the 10 production areas,among which the No.9 production area(Anhui 1) had the highest total triterpenoids content of 45.71 mg/g,while No.7 production area(Shandong) had the lowest total triterpenoids content of 15.22 mg/g.[Conclusions]The Box-behnken response surface methodology is reliable for the extraction of total triterpenoids in Semen Trichosanthis,and the spectrophotometry is proper for determining the content of total triterpenoids in Semen Trichosanthis.There are large differences in the content of total triterpenoids in Semen Trichosanthis produced in different areas. 展开更多

[Methods]The L9( 34) orthogonal design method was used to optimize the extraction process. High performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) was used to determine gallic acid,epicatechin,catechin,ferulic acid,chlorogenic acid,rutin and caffeic acid in Vidal blanc grape. [Results]The contents of gallic acid,epicatechin,catechin,ferulic acid,chlorogenic acid,rutin and caffeic acid in Vidal blanc grape were 155 1 μg/g,20. 55 mg/g,77. 11 mg/g,0. 738 8,0. 910 0,164. 5 and 175. 8 μg/g,respectively. [Conclusions] HPLC method for the determination of the contents of seven components in the Vidal blanc grape can better control the quality of the variety. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore the best extraction technology of total flavonoids from Morinda citrifolia L.[Methods]An orthogonal test was carried out to select the best extraction process with the yield of total flavonoids in the extract as the investigation index.[Results]Among the four factors of experimental design,the extraction time had a very significant impact on the results,the ethanol concentration had a significant impact on the results,and the extraction temperature and ethanol dosage had no significant impacts on the results.The optimal extraction process conditions for the total flavonoids of M.citrifolia were as follows:extraction time 1.5 h,ethanol concentration 90%,extraction temperature 60-65℃,and ethanol dosage 1∶20(g/ml).The total flavonoids in M.citrifolia fruit were extracted according to the optimal extraction process conditions,and the yield was 2.936%.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis for obtaining the optimal extraction process conditions for total flavonoids of M.citrifolia. 展开更多
