4-取代酚是一类广泛应用于制药、农药、染料、食品添加剂以及化妆品中的有机化合物。4-取代酚在化妆品中的应用主要是由于其与酪氨酸的结构上的相似性,使其具有独特的抑制酪氨酸酶活性以及抑制皮肤中黑色素形成的效果,因此包括熊果苷、... 4-取代酚是一类广泛应用于制药、农药、染料、食品添加剂以及化妆品中的有机化合物。4-取代酚在化妆品中的应用主要是由于其与酪氨酸的结构上的相似性,使其具有独特的抑制酪氨酸酶活性以及抑制皮肤中黑色素形成的效果,因此包括熊果苷、白藜芦醇等化学物质在内,已有多种4-取代酚作为美白成分用于化妆品中。但包括杜鹃醇在内的4-取代酚同时也具有一定安全风险,大量研究表明许多4-取代酚具有黑素细胞毒性,且不同的取代基也会对黑素细胞毒性的诱导途径、毒性强弱等产生不同的影响,使用不当可能会诱发白癜风(Vitiligo)和白斑病(Leukoderma)的产生,对消费者的健康造成损害。本文综述了4-取代酚及杜鹃醇的美白及黑素细胞毒性机制,以及不同国家发生白斑病的案例,以期为开发更安全的有美白效果的化学物质提供参考。 展开更多

为探究高价无机盐对阴离子表面活性剂月桂酰甲基牛磺酸钠(SMLT)溶液的表面活性和相行为的影响,考察了Ca^(2+)浓度对SMLT溶液的表面张力和不同SMLT/Ca^(2+)摩尔比对SMLT/水二元体系的相行为影响。结果表明,加入适量的Ca^(2+)对其表面活... 为探究高价无机盐对阴离子表面活性剂月桂酰甲基牛磺酸钠(SMLT)溶液的表面活性和相行为的影响,考察了Ca^(2+)浓度对SMLT溶液的表面张力和不同SMLT/Ca^(2+)摩尔比对SMLT/水二元体系的相行为影响。结果表明,加入适量的Ca^(2+)对其表面活性影响显著,当Ca^(2+)浓度从0增加至0.1 mol/L时,cmc从8.0×10^(-3)mol/L降至8.0×10^(-4)mol/L,γ_(cmc)从36.00 mN/m降至31.45 mN/m。同时,在SMLT溶液中加入Ca^(2+),SMLT/水体系的二元相图出现胶束溶液相区、蠕虫胶束相区、六角束液晶相区、层状液晶相区和胶束-晶体相区,原有的双水相区消失,胶束-晶体区变大。在考察Ca^(2+)浓度对SMLT溶液黏度的影响时,发现当SMLT/Ca^(2+)的摩尔比为1时,SMLT溶液增黏效果明显,摩尔比为0.6时溶液析出固体。选择质量分数为20%的SMLT溶液进行流变性能测定,根据样品流变曲线,发现其具有剪切变稀的现象,冷冻透射电镜显示有蠕虫胶束的形成。 展开更多

Integrated Development of Tea and Tourism in Taishan Mountain Tea Valley in the Context of Rural Revitalization

In recent years,the integrated development of the tea and tourism has become an important way to promote the rural revitalization of Tai'an tea-producing areas,but the state of industrial upgrading still needs to be improved.In order to better integrate tea and tourism in Tea Valley,this paper uses questionnaire and SWOT analysis to study.It found the following problems:(i)45.7%of tourists were interested in tea culture,but they know litle about it,and the integration of tea culture and tea tourism products is low.(i)50.54%of the tourists were interested in the tea picking experience project and wanted to add the tea food experience item.(ii)The acceptance of 45.7%of tourists to scenic spots was 1-2 h,which shows that the quality of transportation service facilities and personnel needs to be improved.Combined with the SWOT analysis,it is found that the scenic spot is rich in resources,convenient transportation,profound cultural heritage,and good govern-ment policy support conditions,which is suitable for the SO strategy(growth development strategy),so the scenic spot relies on internal ad-vantages and seizes external opportunities to develop the integration of tea and tourism.Based on the analysis results,it came up with the perti-nent recommendations for the key problems:(i)The infrastructure service is not well established.It is suggested that scenic spots should in-crease investment,regularly train service personnel to improve their quality,and improve transportation services,accommodation,catering and public service hardware facilities.(i)Tea tourism products are insufficient.It is suggested that tea tourism products should be innovatively designed and tea tourism experiential products and tourism commodities should be planned.(i)Tea culture and tourism lack organic combi-nation.It is recommended to deeply excavate tea culture,and take consideration of both spiritual and material aspects.The specific methods include building teahouses,Taishan Mountain(Mount Tai)tea culture throughout the whole process of tea production,development and pro-cessing,and AR tea culture experience hall can be built to make tourists feel tea culture from dfferent perspectives.(iv)The publicity is in-sufficient.Strategies should be made in three aspects:improving the Internet media,taking into account the traditional media,and expanding the market based on the surrounding areas.(v)The tea industry chain is short.It is recommended to add four new industrial chain designs of"tea+accommodation,tea+catering,tea+Intemet,tea+training",hoping to bring some inspiration and ideas to the managers of scenic spots. 展开更多

The safe operating voltage and low volume variation of Li_(3)VO_(4)(LVO)make it an ideal anode material for lithium(Li)-ion batteries.However,the insufficient understanding of the inner storage mechanism hinders the design of LVO-based electrodes.Herein,we investigate,for the first time,the Li-ion storage activity in LVO via Cl doping.Moreover,N-doped C coating was simultaneously achieved in the Cl doping process,resulting in synergistically improved reaction kinetics.As a result,the as-prepared Cl-doped Li_(3)VO_(4) coated with N-doped C(Cl-LVO@NC)electrodes deliver a discharge capacity of 884.1 mAh/g after 200 cycles at 0.2 A/g,which is the highest among all of the LVO-based electrodes.The Cl-LVO@NC electrodes also exhibit high-capacity retention of 331.1 mAh/g at 8.0 A/g and full capacity recovery after 5 periods of rate testing over 400 cycles.After 5000 cycles at 4.0 A/g,the discharge capacity can be maintained at 423.2 mAh/g,which is superior to most LVO-based electrodes.The Li-ion storage activity in LVO via Cl doping and significant improvement in the high-rate Li-ion storage reported in this work can be used as references for the design of advanced LVO-based electrodes for high-power applications. 展开更多

To improve the operation efficiency of the photovoltaic power station complementary power generation system,an optimal allocation model of the photovoltaic power station complementary power generation capacity based on PSO-BP is proposed.Particle Swarm Optimization and BP neural network are used to establish the forecasting model,the Markov chain model is used to correct the forecasting error of the model,and the weighted fitting method is used to forecast the annual load curve,to complete the optimal allocation of complementary generating capacity of photovoltaic power stations.The experimental results show that thismethod reduces the average loss of photovoltaic output prediction,improves the prediction accuracy and recall rate of photovoltaic output prediction,and ensures the effective operation of the power system. 展开更多

[Objectives] To study the effect of "acupressure therapy" on anti-inflammatory mechanism in obesity-induced IR rats. [Methods] 10 rats were randomly selected and fed with normal diet as blank group, and the remaining 30 rats were fed with high-fat diet for 8 weeks. The obesity-induced IR model was induced and divided into two groups: model group and acupressure group. The acupressure group was treated by "acupressure therapy" three times a week for 6 weeks;the model group was taken 3 times at the same time every week, and the supine binding experiment lasted for 10 min for 6 weeks. Morphological observation was carried out before and after the experiment, mainly observing the general conditions and body weight. After the last intervention, the animals were killed and samples were collected. Western Blot method was used to detect the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 protein in adipose tissue of the three groups. [Results] Compared with the blank group, the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 protein in adipose tissue of the model group increased significantly ( P <0.01);compared with the model group, the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 protein in adipose tissue of the acupressure group decreased significantly ( P <0.01). [Conclusions] After intervening in the obesity-induced IR rats with acupressure method, the status of insulin resistance in obese rats was improved by inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors. 展开更多

It is involved in insulin res... Objective Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is closely related to obesity, insulin resistance and inflammation. Secreted frizzled-related protein 5 (SFRP5) is a recently discovered adipokine. It is involved in insulin resistance and inflammation in obesity. This study aimed at evaluating the association between SFRP5and sleeping characteristics as well as biochemical parameters of OSA patients.Methods This was a prospective case control study. Nondiabetic OSA patients and controls were consecutively recruited and divided into three groups: OSA group, apnea–hypopnea Index (AHI)≥5/h; healthy controls with normal body mass index (BMI); obese controls without OSA, and BMI > 24.0 kg/m2. All participants underwent polysomnography (PSG). Plasma SFRP5 was examined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Blood biochemical examinations, including fasting blood glucose (FBG), lipid profile, hypersensitive Creactive protein (hsCRP), were performed early in the morning after PSG. Patients with severe OSA were treated with nasal continuous positive airway pressure (nCPAP), and plasma SFRP5 was repeatedly measured for comparison.Results Sixty-eight subjects were enrolled in the study, including 38 patients of OSA, whose medium AHI was 58.70 /h (36.63, 71.15), 20 obese controls, and 10 healthy controls. The plasma SFRP5 level of OSA patients was not significantly different from that of healthy controls or obese controls. In OSA patients, SFRP5 level correlated positively with triglyceride level (r=0.447, P=0.005) and negatively with LDL-cholesterol level and HDLcholesterol level (r=?0.472 and P=0.003; r=?0.478 and P=0.002; respectively). SFRP5 level was not found correlating with FBG, AHI, or any of nocturnal hypoxia parameters. After overnight nCPAP treatment, plasma SFRP5 levels of OSA patients did not change significantly (t=1.557, P = 0.148) compared to that of pretreatment.Conclusions In nondiabetic OSA patients, plasma SFRP5 is associated with the lipid profile. However,no correlation was observed between SFRP5 and FBG or sleep parameters. The SFRP5 level of OSA patients did not differ from that of non-OSA individuals in our study. 展开更多

Porphyromonas gingivalis(P.gingivalis),a key pathogen in periodontitis,has been shown to accelerate the progression of atherosclerosis(AS).However,the definite mechanisms remain elusive.Emerging evidence supports an association between mitochondrial dysfunction and AS.In our study,the impact of P.gingivalis on mitochondrial dysfunction and the potential mechanism were investigated.The mitochondrial morphology of EA.hy926 cells infected with P.gingivalis was assessed by transmission electron microscopy,mitochondrial staining,and quantitative analysis of the mitochondrial network.Fluorescence staining and flow cytometry analysis were performed to determine mitochondrial reactive oxygen species(mtROS)and mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)levels.Cellular ATP production was examined by a luminescence assay kit.The expression of key fusion and fission proteins was evaluated by western blot and immunofluorescence.Mdivi-1,a specific Drp1 inhibitor,was used to elucidate the role of Drp1 in mitochondrial dysfunction.Our findings showed that P.gingivalis infection induced mitochondrial fragmentation,increased the mtROS levels,and decreased the MMP and ATP concentration in vascular endothelial cells.We observed upregulation of Drp1(Ser616)phosphorylation and translocation of Drp1 to mitochondria.Mdivi-1 blocked the mitochondrial fragmentation and dysfunction induced by P.gingivalis.Collectively,these results revealed that P.gingivalis infection promoted mitochondrial fragmentation and dysfunction,which was dependent on Drp1.Mitochondrial dysfunction may represent the mechanism by which P.gingivalis exacerbates atherosclerotic lesions. 展开更多

Background:The Yangtze River floodplain provides important wintering habitats for Hooded Cranes(Grus monacha) in China.Fluctuations in the water level change foraging habitat and food availability,affecting their temporal-spatial patterns of foraging activities.It is of considerable importance to investigate the effect of these fluctuations on food availability for wintering Hooded Cranes and their foraging response to these changes.Understanding their behavior patterns is beneficial in protecting the wintering crane population and restoring their wintering habitats.Methods:A field survey of the winter behavior of cranes was carried out at Shengjin Lake from November in 2013 to April in 2014.Habitat variables,as well as the spatial distribution and behavior patterns of wintering cranes at their foraging sites during five stages of water level fluctuation were collected.Based on this data we analyzed the relationship of foraging behavior relative to water level fluctuations and habitat types.Results:The foraging habitats used by Hooded Cranes varied at the different water level stages.As the water level decreased,the use of meadows and mudflats increased.When the water dropped to its lowest level,the use by the Hooded Crane in the mudflats reached a peak.There were statistically significant differences in time budget in the three types of habitats over the five stages of the water level.In the mudflats,the foraging behavior and maintenance behavior varied significantly with the water level,while the alert behavior showed little variation.Analysis of a generalized linear model showed that the five water level stages and three habitat types had a significant effect on foraging behavior,while the combined effect of these two variables was significant on the foraging time budget and the length of foraging activity of the Hooded Crane.Conclusions:With the decrease in the water level,the use of mudflats by Hooded Cranes increased correspondingly.Food availability in different habitats was affected by changes in the water level.The Hooded Crane adjusted its foraging patterns and made full use of the three available types of habitat in order to acquire enough food in response to fluctuations in the water level. 展开更多

CD93 and GAIP-interacting protein,C termius(GIPC) have been shown to interactively alter phagocytic processes of immune cells.CD93 and GIPC expression and localization during central nervous system inflammation have not yet been reported.In this study,we established a rat model of brain inflammation by lipopolysaccharide injection to the lateral ventricle.In the brain of rats with inflammation,western blots showed increased CD93 expression that decreased over time.GIPC expression was unaltered.Immunohistochemistry demonstrated extensive distribution of CD93 expression mainly in cell membranes in the cerebral cortex.After lipopolysaccharide stimulation,CD93 expression increased and then reduced,with distinct staining in the cytoplasm and nucleus.Double immunofluorescence staining in cerebral cortex of normal rats showed that CD93 and GIPC widely expressed in resting microglia and neurons.CD93 was mainly expressed in microglial and neuronal cell membranes,while GIPC was expressed in both cell membrane and cytoplasm.In the cerebral cortex at 9 hours after model establishment,CD93-immunoreactive signal diminished in microglial membrane,with cytoplasmic translocation and aggregation detected.GIPC localization was unaltered in neurons and microglia.These results are the first to demonstrate CD93 participation in pathophysiological processes of central nervous system inflammation. 展开更多

The influence of a deep excavation on existing shield tunnels nearby is a vital issue in tunnelling engineering.Whereas,there lacks robust methods to predict excavation-induced tunnel displacements.In this study,an auto machine learning(AutoML)-based approach is proposed to precisely solve the issue.Seven input parameters are considered in the database covering two physical aspects,namely soil property,and spatial characteristics of the deep excavation.The 10-fold cross-validation method is employed to overcome the scarcity of data,and promote model’s robustness.Six genetic algorithm(GA)-ML models are established as well for comparison.The results indicated that the proposed AutoML model is a comprehensive model that integrates efficiency and robustness.Importance analysis reveals that the ratio of the average shear strength to the vertical effective stress E_(ur)/σ′_(v),the excavation depth H,and the excavation width B are the most influential variables for the displacements.Finally,the AutoML model is further validated by practical engineering.The prediction results are in a good agreement with monitoring data,signifying that our model can be applied in real projects. 展开更多

Forest tourist areas have an excellent ecological environment,which is conducive to people's physical and mental health.In this study,Fuzhou National Forest Park and Wuying National Forest Park were selected as typical representatives of the southern and northern forest parks,respectively,which were compared by qualitative and quantitative research methods from such five aspects as air quality,climate quality,water environment quality,acoustic environment quality and biological population in some forest areas.The results showed that Fuzhou National Forest Park has a concentration of negative oxygen ions much higher than Wuying National Forest Park,and is thus more conducive to people's health;and it has the characteristics of warm and comfortable climate throughout the year and high biodiversity,but the noise is 4.35 db higher than Wuying National Forest Park,and the water quality is slightly poorer than that of Wuying National Forest Park.And its DO value is about 3.89 smaller in autumn than in summer.In Wuying National Forest Park,the concentration of negative oxygen ions is 53.6% lower than Fuzhou National Forest Park,but it is also above the national standard.The climate is only comfortable in June-August,and is colder or cooler in other months.The water quality is better than that of Fuzhou National Forest Park.In particular,the PH value is about 0.38 lower than that of Fuzhou National Forest Park.It has its own unique biological characteristics.The number of tourists in summer is higher,resulting in higher noise in summer than in autumn.The two forest parks in the north and the south are both good places for people to relax and enjoy. 展开更多
