拉萨南北山不同造林模式下蜘蛛群落多样性研究

蜘蛛是林木生态系统中的重要天敌,对维护生态系统平衡发挥了重要作用。为了解不同造林模式下蜘蛛群落组成及功能群,该试验于2023年5—9月在拉萨南北山选取7种不同造林模式,采用马氏网和扫网法对蜘蛛进行采集,应用Margalef丰富度指数、Sh... 蜘蛛是林木生态系统中的重要天敌,对维护生态系统平衡发挥了重要作用。为了解不同造林模式下蜘蛛群落组成及功能群,该试验于2023年5—9月在拉萨南北山选取7种不同造林模式,采用马氏网和扫网法对蜘蛛进行采集,应用Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simpson多样性指数、Jaccard相似性系数、Berger-Parker优势度指数和聚类进行分析。结果显示:该试验共收集蜘蛛1519头,隶属20科36属55种,圆珠科的Cyclosa sp.蜘蛛数量最多,为306头;从优势度看,利氏猫蛛(Oxyopes licen⁃ti)、圆珠科的Cyclosa sp.和直伸肖蛸(Tetragnatha extensa)为优势类群,分别占蜘蛛总数的8.95%、20.14%和8.56%;不同造林模式下蜘蛛群落多样性表明,从不同造林模式下采集蜘蛛数为江孜沙棘+细叶红柳+白皮松+油松模式(JXBY)>江孜沙棘+油松+樟子松+云杉模式(JYZY)>刺槐+樟子松+雪松模式(CZX)>中华沙棘+刺槐+油松+祁连圆柏+北京杨模式(ZCYQB)>油松纯林模式(Y)>中华沙棘+油松+云杉+细叶红柳模式(ZYYX)>雪松+海棠模式(XH);不同造林模式下蜘蛛功能群多样性表明,圆网型蜘蛛Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Simpson多样性指数最高,伏击捕食型蜘蛛的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Margalef丰富度指数最低;各功能群中捕获地表游猎型和圆网型蜘蛛数最多,分别为500头和372头,捕获伏击捕食型蜘蛛最少为5头;不同造林模式相似度和聚类分析表明,蜘蛛群落两两之间相似度属于中等不相似和中等相似,不同造林模式下蜘蛛功能群两两之间相似度均属于中等相似和极相似。综上,拉萨南北山蜘蛛群落物种丰富,蜘蛛群落多样性和蜘蛛功能群多样性在不同造林模式下具有一定程度的差异性。 展开更多

西藏林芝樱花访花昆虫多样性及访花行为研究

以盛花期至落花期不同花色的日本晚樱为调查对象,研究其访花昆虫的物种组成及访花行为。经调查,共捕获749头昆虫,属7目41科。优势群落以鞘翅目与半翅目昆虫为主,个体数量分别为303头和186头,各占捕获昆虫数量的40.45%和24.83%,访花行为... 以盛花期至落花期不同花色的日本晚樱为调查对象,研究其访花昆虫的物种组成及访花行为。经调查,共捕获749头昆虫,属7目41科。优势群落以鞘翅目与半翅目昆虫为主,个体数量分别为303头和186头,各占捕获昆虫数量的40.45%和24.83%,访花行为以取食花朵为主。在不同花色间日本晚樱的访花昆虫群落多样性、访花行为差异大。不同颜色日本晚樱多样性指数从高到低顺序为淡粉色>绿色>淡绿色>粉色;均匀度指数大小排序为淡粉色>绿色>淡绿色>粉色;优势度指数大小排序为粉色>淡粉色>淡绿色>绿色;丰富度指数大小排序为淡粉色>绿色>粉色>淡绿色。淡粉色品种的多样性指数、均匀度指数、丰富度指数均高于其他品种,而优势度较低,可见该品种的访花昆虫种类丰富且群落稳定。 展开更多

西藏林芝月季访花昆虫多样性及活动规律

该研究对西藏林芝地区月季访花昆虫类群多样性与时间动态和活动规律及其访花行为进行了调查研究。2021年6—8月于月季盛花期,对西藏林芝地区的月季进行6次调查,每月选择天气晴朗的连续两天进行试验,采取手抓法和网捕法对访花昆虫进行随... 该研究对西藏林芝地区月季访花昆虫类群多样性与时间动态和活动规律及其访花行为进行了调查研究。2021年6—8月于月季盛花期,对西藏林芝地区的月季进行6次调查,每月选择天气晴朗的连续两天进行试验,采取手抓法和网捕法对访花昆虫进行随机捕捉。分析月季访花昆虫的日活动规律、访花频率、访花类群多样性及访花行为。(1)共捕获访花昆虫2787只,隶属于7个目53个科,分别为鞘翅目占总个体数的79.58%、膜翅目2.55%、双翅目16.25%、同翅目0.36%、半翅目0.93%、鳞翅目0.29%、革翅目0.04%.膜翅目和双翅目访花频率高分别为24次/5min、4次/5min较为活跃。(2)Shannon多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数丽金龟科最高,分别为0.37、0.09,显著高于其他昆虫,其群落稳定。隐翅虫科、步甲科、粪蝇科、瘿蚊科等16个科的Shannon多样性指数(H)最低显著低于其他昆虫各为0.00,均匀度Pielou指数(J)最小各为0.00,并且物种丰富度Margalef指数(R)最低,其物种极不丰富。(3)访花昆虫日活动规律差异较大,受环境温度影响,12:30-15:00是昆虫活动高峰期,而9:30-11:30和16:00-18:00昆虫活动减少,7月份访花昆虫数量多于6月8月共1278只。该研究揭示了在西藏林芝地区,不同温度条件可能显著影响着月季访花昆虫的种类组成与活动规律,进而影响植物的生长发育和种群稳定,通过多样性调查可得知不同种类昆虫的物种丰富度以及群落稳定情况。 展开更多

OBJECTIVE To investigates the effects of imperatorin on the oxidative stress in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus after focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.METHODS Transient focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model in male Sprague-Dawley rats was induced by 2 h middle cerebral artery occlusion followed by 24 h reperfusion.Imperatorin(1.25 and 2.5 mg·kg-1)or vehicle were administered intraperitoneally at 1,5 and 9 h after the onset of ischemia.At 24 h after reperfusion,the biomarkers of oxidative stress such as the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS),lipid peroxidation products malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),the activities of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iN OS),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus were observed.We also assessed the nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2),heme oxygenase-1(HO-1),and the NAD(P)H-quinone oxidoreductase 1(NQO-1)protein expression by Western blot.RESULTS As compared to vehicle-treated animals,imperatorin treatment significantly reduced the ROS,MDA,NO levels and i NOS activity,increased T-AOC and the activities of SOD and CAT.Furthermore,imperatorin treatment also significantly induced the nuclear translocation of Nrf2,enhanced the protein expression of HO-1 and NQO-1 in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus.CONCLUSION Our findings indicate that imperatorin can protect the brain against the excessive oxidative stress induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion through activation of Nrf2 signaling pathway. 展开更多

Tyrosine Aminotransferase Gene (SmTAT) Revealed Genetic Diversity and Phylogeny of Cultivated Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza) Populations

Chinese traditional medicine Danshen is the radix of the perennial herbs of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, which has a variety of pharmacological effects and is traditionally and extensively applied clinically to treat cardiovascular disorders. In this research, the genomic genes for tyrosine aminotransferase (TAT) of 38 cultivated populations of Danshen in China were cloned and bioinformatic analyses were conducted to reveal its genetic diversity and phylogeny. The full-length SmTAT was 2296 - 2444 bp including 6 exons (encoding 411 amino acids) and 5 introns. Overall, the SmTAT genes in cultivated Danshen populations are highly conserved with a relative low level of genetic diversity. The spliced exons (1236 bp) had 23 SNP variations with a rate of 1.86%, of which 22 occurred in the white flower S. miltiorrhiza Bge.f.alba population (W-SCHY-W-1) and led to 5 amino acid variations. The entire 290 SNP variations with a rate of 24% in the 5 introns occurred exclusively in W-SCHY-W-1. Phylogenetic trees based on the full-length, combined introns, the spliced exons, and the deduced amino acid sequences of SmTAT all showed a two-clade basic structure with W-SCHY-W-1 uniquely standing alone. The SmTAT gene of the white flower population (W-SCHY-W-1) is unique and especially rich in variations. The first time clarified genomic SmTAT gene structure and genetic diversity in cultivated Danshen populations laid an excellent foundation for further studies on the biosynthesis of bioactives and the molecular breeding of Danshen as well as in plant tyrosine metabolism. 展开更多

Lymphocyte activation leads to changes in chemokine receptor expression.There are limited data,however,on how lymphocyte activators can alter chemokine signaling by affecting downstream pathways.We hypothesized that B cell-activating agents might alter chemokine responses by affecting downstream signal transducers,and that such effects might differ depending on the activator.We found that activating mouse B cells using either anti-IgM or lipopolysaccharide(LPS)increased the surface expression of CCR6 and CCR7 with large increases in chemotaxis to their cognate ligands.By contrast,while anti-IgM also led to enhanced calcium responses,LPS-treated cells showed only small changes in calcium signaling as compared with cells that were freshly isolated.Of particular interest,we found that LPS caused a reduction in the level of B-cell phospholipase C(PLC)-b2 mRNA and protein.Data obtained using PLC-b22/2 mice showed that the b2 isoform mediates close to one-half the chemokine-induced calcium signal in resting and anti-IgM-activated B cells,and we found that calcium signals in the LPS-treated cells were boosted by increasing the level of PLC-b2 using transfection,consistent with a functional effect of downregulating PLC-b2.Together,our results show activator-specific effects on responses through B-cell chemokine receptors that are mediated by quantitative changes in a downstream signal-transducing protein,revealing an activity for LPS as a downregulator of PLC-b2,and a novel mechanism for controlling chemokine-induced signals in lymphocytes. 展开更多
