The IC</span><b><sub><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12px;">50</span></sub></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> of the stem and root of methanolic extract and their sub fraction n-hexane showed best activity ranged between 22.73 ± 6.92, 21.49 ± 6.26 and 14.94 ± 3.54, 13.92 ± 1.04 μg/ml compared to another fraction. The results support that </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Epilobium</span></i> <i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">roseum</span></i> <span style="font-family:Verdana;">can be used as antimicrobial and antioxidant agents.
