Tillage practices during the fallow period benefit water storage and yield in dryland wheat crops.However,there is currently no clarity on the responses of soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),and available nut...Tillage practices during the fallow period benefit water storage and yield in dryland wheat crops.However,there is currently no clarity on the responses of soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),and available nutrients to tillage practices within the growing season.This study evaluated the effects of three tillage practices(NT,no tillage;SS,subsoil tillage;DT,deep tillage)over five years on soil physicochemical properties.Soil samples at harvest stage from the fifth year were analyzed to determine the soil aggregate and aggregate-associated C and N fractions.The results indicated that SS and DT improved grain yield,straw biomass and straw carbon return of wheat compared with NT.In contrast to DT and NT,SS favored SOC and TN concentrations and stocks by increasing the soil organic carbon sequestration rate(SOCSR)and soil nitrogen sequestration rate(TNSR)in the 0-40 cm layer.Higher SOC levels under SS and NT were associated with greater aggregate-associated C fractions,while TN was positively associated with soluble organic nitrogen(SON).Compared with DT,the NT and SS treatments improved soil available nutrients in the 0-20 cm layer.These findings suggest that SS is an excellent practice for increasing soil carbon,nitrogen and nutrient availability in dryland wheat fields in North China.展开更多
Optical neural networks have significant advantages in terms of power consumption,parallelism,and high computing speed,which has intrigued extensive attention in both academic and engineering communities.It has been c...Optical neural networks have significant advantages in terms of power consumption,parallelism,and high computing speed,which has intrigued extensive attention in both academic and engineering communities.It has been considered as one of the powerful tools in promoting the fields of imaging processing and object recognition.However,the existing optical system architecture cannot be reconstructed to the realization of multi-functional artificial intelligence systems simultaneously.To push the development of this issue,we propose the pluggable diffractive neural networks(P-DNN),a general paradigm resorting to the cascaded metasurfaces,which can be applied to recognize various tasks by switching internal plug-ins.As the proof-of-principle,the recognition functions of six types of handwritten digits and six types of fashions are numerical simulated and experimental demonstrated at near-infrared regimes.Encouragingly,the proposed paradigm not only improves the flexibility of the optical neural networks but paves the new route for achieving high-speed,low-power and versatile artificial intelligence systems.展开更多
AIM:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Honghua preserved amniotic membrane(AM)for preventing scar formation of the filtering bleb in a rabbit model of glaucoma trabeculectomy surgery.METHODS:Totally 36 rabbits(...AIM:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Honghua preserved amniotic membrane(AM)for preventing scar formation of the filtering bleb in a rabbit model of glaucoma trabeculectomy surgery.METHODS:Totally 36 rabbits(36 eyes)were randomly divided into 3 groups:the experimental group(ocular trabeculectomy in combination with Honghua preserved AM transplantation),the control group(ocular trabeculectomy surgery in combination with AM implantation),and the blank group(single trabeculectomy).Clinical observations[including intraocular pressure(IOP),filtering blebs and complications],MassonTrichrome staining,real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(real-time PCR),Western blot were performed on different time points(D1,D7,D14,D21 and D56)after the surgery.RESULTS:After operated for 14d,there were statistically significant differences in the filtering blebs compared to the situation before operation(P<0.05),whereas no statistically difference on that among three groups(P>0.05).After 21d,the IOP of experimental group was lowest(P<0.05).There was significant difference between control group and blank group(P<0.05).On postoperative D14,the mean number of fibroblasts in the experimental group was significantlylower(40.6±10.2)compared to those in the control group(54.4±10.8)and blank group(68.2±11.6)(P<0.05,respectively).The mean numbers of the macrophage in the experimental and control groups were respcitively significantly lower versus the blank group(P<0.05,P<0.05,respectively).Compared to that in blank group,the level of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β1)expression in sclera and conjunctival areas was reduced in the experimental and control groups on protein and mRNA level(P<0.05),but not significant difference between these two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The trabeculectory surgery with Honghua preserved AM can control IOP,sustain the functional filtration bleb,inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts and open the filtrating pathway on the rabbit glaucoma models.展开更多

To the best of our know...We report a case of pancreatic hemolymphangioma. Hemolymphangioma is a malformation of both lymphatic vessels and blood vessels. The incidence of this disease in the pancreas is extremely rare. To the best of our knowledge, only seven cases have been reported worldwide (PubMed). A 39-year-old woman with a oneday history of abdominal pain was admitted to our hospital. There was no obvious precipitating factor. The preoperative examination, including ultrasonography and computed tomography, showed a cystic-solid tumor in the pancreas, and it was considered to be a mucinous cystadenoma or cystadenocarcinoma. Pancreaticbody-tail resection combined with splenectomy was performed. After the operation, the tumor was pathologically demonstrated to be a pancreatic hemolymphangioma. Although pancreatic hemolymphangioma is rare, we believe that it should be considered in the differential diagnosis of cystic-solid tumors of the pancreas, particularly when there is no sufficient evidence for diagnosing cystadenoma, cystadenocarcinoma or some other relatively common disease of the pancreas.展开更多

We herein report a 58-year-old male with acute myeloid leuke...BACKGROUND Posaconazole is a widely used azole antifungal agent, and posaconazole-associated severe hyperbilirubinemia is usually rare in clinical practice. We herein report a 58-year-old male with acute myeloid leukemia, who developed fungal infection following chemotherapy.CASE SUMMARY After administration of posaconazole oral suspension, the patient developed severe hyperbilirubinemia and jaundice(Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events, CTCAE-Grade 3) with a serum total bilirubin(T-BIL) peak level of 170 μmol/L, alkaline phosphatase level of 739 U/L, alanine aminotransferase level of 99 U/L, and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase level of 638 U/L. After posaconazole withdrawal and symptomatic treatment with liver-protective agents, the level of T-BIL and other laboratory data decreased gradually, and related symptoms disappeared. After medication analysis and literature review, we consider that the patient had a cholestatic type of posaconazoleinduced liver injury, which was related to intracellular mitochondrial DNA damage. The case demonstrates that when patients with hematological malignancy develop severe infection following chemotherapy, combination of anti-infective drugs may contribute to ahigher risk of severe drug-induced liver injury. CONCLUSION This is the first thoroughly documented case report of posaconazole-associated severe hyperbilirubinemia. Therefore, in order to avoid severe adverse events, liver and renal function should be monitored closely before and during the administration of posaconazole.展开更多
AIM:To compare the features of biochemical metabolic changes detected by hepatic phosphorus-31 magnetic resonance spectroscopy(31P MRS) with the liver damage score(LDS) and pathologic changes in rabbits and to investi...AIM:To compare the features of biochemical metabolic changes detected by hepatic phosphorus-31 magnetic resonance spectroscopy(31P MRS) with the liver damage score(LDS) and pathologic changes in rabbits and to investigate the diagnostic value of 31P MRS in acute hepatic radiation injury.METHODS:A total of 30 rabbits received different radiation doses(ranging 5-20 Gy) to establish acute hepatic injury models.Blood biochemical tests,31P MRS and pathological examinations were carried out 24 h after irradiation.The degree of injury was evaluated according to LDS and pathology.Ten healthy rabbits served as controls.The MR examination was performed on a 1.5 T imager using a 1H/31P surface coil by the 2D chemical shift imaging technique.The relative quantities of phosphomonoesters(PME),phosphodiesters(PDE),inorganic phosphate(Pi) and adenosine triphosphate(ATP) were measured.The data were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:(1) Relative quantification of phosphorus metabolites:(a) ATP:there were signif icant differences(P<0.05)(LDS-groups:control group vs mild group vs moderate group vs severe group,1.83±0.33 vs 1.55±0.24 vs 1.27±0.09 vs 0.98±0.18;pathological groups:control group vs mild group vs moderate group vs severe group,1.83±0.33 vs 1.58±0.25 vs 1.32±0.07 vs 1.02±0.18) of ATP relative quantifi cation among control group,mild injured group,moderate injured group,and severe injured group according to both LDS grading and pathological grading,respectively,and it decreased progressively with the increased degree of injury(r=-0.723,P=0.000).(b) PME and Pi;the relative quantifi cation of PME and Pi decreased signif icantly in the severe injured group,and the difference between the control group and severe injured group was signifi cant(P<0.05)(PME:LDS-control group vs LDS-severe group,0.86±0.23 vs 0.58±0.22,P=0.031;pathological control group vs pathological severe group,0.86±0.23 vs 0.60±0.21,P=0.037;Pi:LDS-control group vs LDS-severe group,0.74±0.18 vs 0.43±0.14,P=0.013;pathological control group vs pathological severe group,0.74±0.18 vs 0.43±0.14,P=0.005) according to LDS grading and pathological grading,respectively.(c) PDE;there were no significant differences among groups according to LDS grading,and no signifi cant differences between the control group and experimental groups according to pathological grading.(2) The ratio of relative quantifi cation of phosphorus metabolites:significant differences(P<0.05)(LDS-moderate group and LDS-severe group vs LDS-control group and LDS-mild group,1.94±0.50 and 1.96±0.72 vs 1.43±0.31 and 1.40±0.38) were only found in PDE/ATP between the moderate injured group,the severe injured group and the control group,the mild injured group.No signifi cant difference was found in other ratios of relative quantification of phosphorus metabolites.CONCLUSION:31P MRS is a useful method to evaluate early acute hepatic radiation injury.The relative quantification of hepatic ATP levels,which can reflect the pathological severity of acute hepatic radiation injury,is correlated with LDS.展开更多
Construction of a thickness‐independent electrode with high active material mass loading is crucial for the development of high energy rechargeable lithium battery.Herein,we fabricate an all‐in‐one integrated SnS2@...Construction of a thickness‐independent electrode with high active material mass loading is crucial for the development of high energy rechargeable lithium battery.Herein,we fabricate an all‐in‐one integrated SnS2@3D multichannel carbon matrix(SnS2@3DMCM)electrode with in‐situ growth of ultrathin SnS2 nanosheets inside the inner walls of three dimensional(3D)multichannels.The interconnected conductive carbon matrix derived from natural wood acts as an integrated porous current collector to avail the electrons transport and accommodate massive SnS2 nanosheets,while plenty of 3D aligned multichannels facilitate fast ions transport with electrode thickness‐independent even under high mass loading.As expected,the integrated SnS2@3DMCM electrode exhibits remarkable electrochemical lithium storage performance,such as exceptional high‐areal‐capacity of 6.4 mAh cm−2,high rate capability of 3 mAh cm−2 under current of 6.8 mAcm−2(10 C),and stable cycling performance of 6.8 mAcm−2 with a high mass loading of 7mg cm−2.The 3D integrated porous electrode constructing conveniently with the natural source paves new avenues towards future high‐performance lithium batteries.展开更多
Objective:To explore the structural and functional characteristics of microbiota in oropharynx of subhealthy children with gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome(GHRS)differentiated by traditional Chinese medicine,a...Objective:To explore the structural and functional characteristics of microbiota in oropharynx of subhealthy children with gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome(GHRS)differentiated by traditional Chinese medicine,and screen the biometric operational taxonomic units(OTUs)to assist the clinical diagnosis.Methods:We recruited children according to the“GHRS diagnostic scale”,collected their oropharyngeal swabs,and sequenced the 16 SrDNA V4 region.We described the bacterial structure with alpha-indexes,beta-distances,and relative abundances;moreover,we screened the differential genera/OTUs with Wilcoxon rank-sum test,Metagenome Seq analysis,and linear discriminant analysis effect size(LEf Se)analysis,in which biometric OTUs were selected to construct the receiver operating characteristic curve to verify the diagnostic value.The bacterial function was predicted with Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways according to 16S rDNA gene by using Phylogenetic Investigation of Communities by Reconstruction of Unobserved States.Results:The study population was composed of 10 children with GHRS and 10 healthy control children.GHRS children were more likely to overeat(gluttony,P=.033).Alpha-indexes,such as Sobs,abundancebased coverage estimator,Bootstrap,and Qstat,were significantly higher in the GHRS group,while betadistances did not exhibit any significant intergroup differences.There were 9 differently distributed nonpredominant genera between the groups in Wilcoxon rank-sum test,as well as 13 non-predominant genera in Metagenome Seq analysis and 3 non-predominant OTUs in LEfSe analysis.OTU44 and OTU196 were used to construct the receiver operating characteristic curve,and the area under curve was 0.92.Predicted functions showed that pathways related to oxidative phosphorylation and carbon metabolism were enriched in healthy control samples,while the pathway related to renin secretion was remarkably enriched in GHRS samples.Conclusion:Unique oropharyngeal microbial structure and function were identified in GHRS children.OTU44 and OTU196 were specific OTUs,which could be used as biomarkers of GHRS to assist clinical diagnosis.展开更多

Objective:To explore the relationship between gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome and the incidence of pneumonia and recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTIs)in children.Methods:A prospective cohort study was...Objective:To explore the relationship between gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome and the incidence of pneumonia and recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTIs)in children.Methods:A prospective cohort study was conducted in the pediatric outpatient department of Beijing Dongfang Hospital.Children without respiratory tract infections(RTIs)were consecutively recruited according to the selection criteria.A semi-structured questionnaire was used to record traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms and demographic and physiological characteristics.Gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome was considered to be a predisposing factor and was diagnosed according to a scale with reliability and validity.The participants were followed up for 12 months.Participants and their parents or guardians were contacted via clinical interviews and telephone every 6 months.Episodes of pneumonia and RTIs were recorded in detail.Results:A total of 420 children were included.Of participants,370(88.10%)were followed up for 12 months.The mean number of RTI episodes per participant was 5.37(95%CI:5.14 to 5.60).In total,186 participants in the gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome group and 184 participants in the nongastrointestinal heat retention syndrome group completed the 12-month follow-up period.The baseline of both groups was comparable.The incidence of RRTIs in children with gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome was 1.27(95%CI:1.01 to 1.59)times that in children without gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome.Logistic regression analysis revealed that abnormally increased appetite with frequent hunger,foul breath,dry stools,and dark red or purple fingerprints were positively correlated with the incidence of pneumonia.Irascibility and feverish feelings in the palms and soles were positively correlated with the occurrence of RRTI.Conclusions:Gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome is a risk factor for RRTIs in children.Studies with larger sample sizes and longer follow-up time are warranted to confirm the degree of causal risk associated with RTIs.展开更多

However, the severe polysu...Lithium–sulfur(Li-S) battery is considered as one of the most promising candidates for future portable electronics and electric vehicles due to high energy density and potentially low cost. However, the severe polysulfides shuttling in Li-S battery always causes low Coulombic efficiency, capacity fading, and hindering its practical commercialization. Herein, a dualfunctional PEI@MWCNTs-CB/MWCNTs/PP(briefly denoted as PMS)separator is assembled through Langmuir–Blodgett–Scooping(LBS) technique for improvement of Li-S battery performance, that is, rational integrating conductive MWCNTs multilayer on a routine PP separator with polyethyleneimine(PEI) polymer. Owing to "proton-sponge"-based PEI feature with the abundant amino/imine groups and branched structures, the PMS separator can provide strong affinity to immobilize the negatively charged polysulfides via electrostatic interaction. Simultaneously,incorporated with the conductive MWCNTs multilayers for the electron transportation, the Li-S cells assembled with PMS separators achieve exceptional high delivery capacity, good rate performance(~550 m Ah g-1 at a current density of 9 A g-1), and stable cycling retention(retention of84.5% at a current density of 1 A g-1) even over 120 cycles, especially in the case of high-loading sulfur cathode(80 wt% of S content). This multifunctional separator with dual-structural architectures via self-assembly LBS method paves new avenues to develop high-performance Li-S batteries.展开更多
Purpose–The microseismic monitoring technique has great advantages on identifying the location,extent and the mechanism of damage process occurring in rock mass.This study aims to analyze distribution characteristics...Purpose–The microseismic monitoring technique has great advantages on identifying the location,extent and the mechanism of damage process occurring in rock mass.This study aims to analyze distribution characteristics and the evolution law of excavation damage zone of surrounding rock based on microseismic monitoring data.Design/methodology/approach–In situ test using microseismic monitoring technique is carried out in the large-span transition tunnel of Badaling Great Wall Station of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway.An intelligent microseismic monitoring system is built with symmetry monitoring point layout both on the mountain surface and inside the tunnel to achieve three-dimensional and all-round monitoring results.Findings–Microseismic events can be divided into high density area,medium density area and low density area according to the density distribution of microseismic events.The positions where the cumulative distribution frequencies of microseismic events are 60 and 80%are identified as the boundaries between high and medium density areas and between medium and low density areas,respectively.The high density area of microseismic events is regarded as the high excavation damage zone of surrounding rock,which is affected by the grade of surrounding rock and the span of tunnel.The prediction formulas for the depth of high excavation damage zone of surrounding rock at different tunnel positions are given considering these two parameters.The scale of the average moment magnitude parameters of microseismic events is adopted to describe the damage degree of surrounding rock.The strong positive correlation and multistage characteristics between the depth of excavation damage zone and deformation of surrounding rock are revealed.Based on the depth of high excavation damage zone of surrounding rock,the prestressed anchor cable(rod)is designed,and the safety of anchor cable(rod)design parameters is verified by the deformation results of surrounding rock.Originality/value–The research provides a new method to predict the surrounding rock damage zone of large-span tunnel and also provides a reference basis for design parameters of prestressed anchor cable(rod).展开更多
Objective Inflammation at the level of the sensory dorsal root ganglia (DRGs) leads to robust mechanical pain behavior and the local inflammation has direct excitatory effects on sensory neurons including small, prima...Objective Inflammation at the level of the sensory dorsal root ganglia (DRGs) leads to robust mechanical pain behavior and the local inflammation has direct excitatory effects on sensory neurons including small, primarily nociceptive, neurons. These neurons express the transient receptor potential vanilloid-1 (TRPV1) channel, which integrates multiple signals of pain and inflammation. The aim of this study was to characterize the regulation of the TRPV1 channel by local DRG inflammation and by growth-related oncogene (GRO/KC, systemic name: CXCL1), a cytokine known to be upregulated in inflamed DRGs. Methods Activation of the TRPV1 receptor with capsaicin was studied with patch clamp methods in acutely isolated small-diameter rat sensory neurons in primary culture. In vivo, behavioral effects of TRPV1 and GRO/KC were examined by paw injections. Results Neurons isolated from lumbar DRGs 3 days after local inflammation showed enhanced TRPV1 function: tachyphylaxis (the decline in response to repeated applications of capsaicin) was significantly reduced. A similar effect on tachyphylaxis was observed in neurons pre-treated for 4 h in vitro with GRO/KC. This effect was blocked by H-89, a protein kinase A inhibitor. Consistent with the in vitro results, in vivo behavioral responses to paw injection of capsaicin were enhanced and prolonged by pre-injecting the paw with GRO/KC 4 h before the capsaicin injection. GRO/KC paw injections alone did not elicit pain behaviors. Conclusion Function of the TRPV1 channel is enhanced by DRG inflammation and these effects are preserved in vitro during short-term culture. The effects (decreased tachyphylaxis) are mimicked by incubation with GRO/KC, which has previously been found to be strongly upregulated in this and other pain models.展开更多

文摘AIM:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Honghua preserved amniotic membrane(AM)for preventing scar formation of the filtering bleb in a rabbit model of glaucoma trabeculectomy surgery.METHODS:Totally 36 rabbits(36 eyes)were randomly divided into 3 groups:the experimental group(ocular trabeculectomy in combination with Honghua preserved AM transplantation),the control group(ocular trabeculectomy surgery in combination with AM implantation),and the blank group(single trabeculectomy).Clinical observations[including intraocular pressure(IOP),filtering blebs and complications],MassonTrichrome staining,real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(real-time PCR),Western blot were performed on different time points(D1,D7,D14,D21 and D56)after the surgery.RESULTS:After operated for 14d,there were statistically significant differences in the filtering blebs compared to the situation before operation(P<0.05),whereas no statistically difference on that among three groups(P>0.05).After 21d,the IOP of experimental group was lowest(P<0.05).There was significant difference between control group and blank group(P<0.05).On postoperative D14,the mean number of fibroblasts in the experimental group was significantlylower(40.6±10.2)compared to those in the control group(54.4±10.8)and blank group(68.2±11.6)(P<0.05,respectively).The mean numbers of the macrophage in the experimental and control groups were respcitively significantly lower versus the blank group(P<0.05,P<0.05,respectively).Compared to that in blank group,the level of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β1)expression in sclera and conjunctival areas was reduced in the experimental and control groups on protein and mRNA level(P<0.05),but not significant difference between these two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The trabeculectory surgery with Honghua preserved AM can control IOP,sustain the functional filtration bleb,inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts and open the filtrating pathway on the rabbit glaucoma models.

文摘We report a case of pancreatic hemolymphangioma. Hemolymphangioma is a malformation of both lymphatic vessels and blood vessels. The incidence of this disease in the pancreas is extremely rare. To the best of our knowledge, only seven cases have been reported worldwide (PubMed). A 39-year-old woman with a oneday history of abdominal pain was admitted to our hospital. There was no obvious precipitating factor. The preoperative examination, including ultrasonography and computed tomography, showed a cystic-solid tumor in the pancreas, and it was considered to be a mucinous cystadenoma or cystadenocarcinoma. Pancreaticbody-tail resection combined with splenectomy was performed. After the operation, the tumor was pathologically demonstrated to be a pancreatic hemolymphangioma. Although pancreatic hemolymphangioma is rare, we believe that it should be considered in the differential diagnosis of cystic-solid tumors of the pancreas, particularly when there is no sufficient evidence for diagnosing cystadenoma, cystadenocarcinoma or some other relatively common disease of the pancreas.
文摘BACKGROUND Posaconazole is a widely used azole antifungal agent, and posaconazole-associated severe hyperbilirubinemia is usually rare in clinical practice. We herein report a 58-year-old male with acute myeloid leukemia, who developed fungal infection following chemotherapy.CASE SUMMARY After administration of posaconazole oral suspension, the patient developed severe hyperbilirubinemia and jaundice(Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events, CTCAE-Grade 3) with a serum total bilirubin(T-BIL) peak level of 170 μmol/L, alkaline phosphatase level of 739 U/L, alanine aminotransferase level of 99 U/L, and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase level of 638 U/L. After posaconazole withdrawal and symptomatic treatment with liver-protective agents, the level of T-BIL and other laboratory data decreased gradually, and related symptoms disappeared. After medication analysis and literature review, we consider that the patient had a cholestatic type of posaconazoleinduced liver injury, which was related to intracellular mitochondrial DNA damage. The case demonstrates that when patients with hematological malignancy develop severe infection following chemotherapy, combination of anti-infective drugs may contribute to ahigher risk of severe drug-induced liver injury. CONCLUSION This is the first thoroughly documented case report of posaconazole-associated severe hyperbilirubinemia. Therefore, in order to avoid severe adverse events, liver and renal function should be monitored closely before and during the administration of posaconazole.

文摘AIM:To compare the features of biochemical metabolic changes detected by hepatic phosphorus-31 magnetic resonance spectroscopy(31P MRS) with the liver damage score(LDS) and pathologic changes in rabbits and to investigate the diagnostic value of 31P MRS in acute hepatic radiation injury.METHODS:A total of 30 rabbits received different radiation doses(ranging 5-20 Gy) to establish acute hepatic injury models.Blood biochemical tests,31P MRS and pathological examinations were carried out 24 h after irradiation.The degree of injury was evaluated according to LDS and pathology.Ten healthy rabbits served as controls.The MR examination was performed on a 1.5 T imager using a 1H/31P surface coil by the 2D chemical shift imaging technique.The relative quantities of phosphomonoesters(PME),phosphodiesters(PDE),inorganic phosphate(Pi) and adenosine triphosphate(ATP) were measured.The data were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:(1) Relative quantification of phosphorus metabolites:(a) ATP:there were signif icant differences(P<0.05)(LDS-groups:control group vs mild group vs moderate group vs severe group,1.83±0.33 vs 1.55±0.24 vs 1.27±0.09 vs 0.98±0.18;pathological groups:control group vs mild group vs moderate group vs severe group,1.83±0.33 vs 1.58±0.25 vs 1.32±0.07 vs 1.02±0.18) of ATP relative quantifi cation among control group,mild injured group,moderate injured group,and severe injured group according to both LDS grading and pathological grading,respectively,and it decreased progressively with the increased degree of injury(r=-0.723,P=0.000).(b) PME and Pi;the relative quantifi cation of PME and Pi decreased signif icantly in the severe injured group,and the difference between the control group and severe injured group was signifi cant(P<0.05)(PME:LDS-control group vs LDS-severe group,0.86±0.23 vs 0.58±0.22,P=0.031;pathological control group vs pathological severe group,0.86±0.23 vs 0.60±0.21,P=0.037;Pi:LDS-control group vs LDS-severe group,0.74±0.18 vs 0.43±0.14,P=0.013;pathological control group vs pathological severe group,0.74±0.18 vs 0.43±0.14,P=0.005) according to LDS grading and pathological grading,respectively.(c) PDE;there were no significant differences among groups according to LDS grading,and no signifi cant differences between the control group and experimental groups according to pathological grading.(2) The ratio of relative quantifi cation of phosphorus metabolites:significant differences(P<0.05)(LDS-moderate group and LDS-severe group vs LDS-control group and LDS-mild group,1.94±0.50 and 1.96±0.72 vs 1.43±0.31 and 1.40±0.38) were only found in PDE/ATP between the moderate injured group,the severe injured group and the control group,the mild injured group.No signifi cant difference was found in other ratios of relative quantification of phosphorus metabolites.CONCLUSION:31P MRS is a useful method to evaluate early acute hepatic radiation injury.The relative quantification of hepatic ATP levels,which can reflect the pathological severity of acute hepatic radiation injury,is correlated with LDS.

文摘Construction of a thickness‐independent electrode with high active material mass loading is crucial for the development of high energy rechargeable lithium battery.Herein,we fabricate an all‐in‐one integrated SnS2@3D multichannel carbon matrix(SnS2@3DMCM)electrode with in‐situ growth of ultrathin SnS2 nanosheets inside the inner walls of three dimensional(3D)multichannels.The interconnected conductive carbon matrix derived from natural wood acts as an integrated porous current collector to avail the electrons transport and accommodate massive SnS2 nanosheets,while plenty of 3D aligned multichannels facilitate fast ions transport with electrode thickness‐independent even under high mass loading.As expected,the integrated SnS2@3DMCM electrode exhibits remarkable electrochemical lithium storage performance,such as exceptional high‐areal‐capacity of 6.4 mAh cm−2,high rate capability of 3 mAh cm−2 under current of 6.8 mAcm−2(10 C),and stable cycling performance of 6.8 mAcm−2 with a high mass loading of 7mg cm−2.The 3D integrated porous electrode constructing conveniently with the natural source paves new avenues towards future high‐performance lithium batteries.

文摘Objective:To explore the structural and functional characteristics of microbiota in oropharynx of subhealthy children with gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome(GHRS)differentiated by traditional Chinese medicine,and screen the biometric operational taxonomic units(OTUs)to assist the clinical diagnosis.Methods:We recruited children according to the“GHRS diagnostic scale”,collected their oropharyngeal swabs,and sequenced the 16 SrDNA V4 region.We described the bacterial structure with alpha-indexes,beta-distances,and relative abundances;moreover,we screened the differential genera/OTUs with Wilcoxon rank-sum test,Metagenome Seq analysis,and linear discriminant analysis effect size(LEf Se)analysis,in which biometric OTUs were selected to construct the receiver operating characteristic curve to verify the diagnostic value.The bacterial function was predicted with Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways according to 16S rDNA gene by using Phylogenetic Investigation of Communities by Reconstruction of Unobserved States.Results:The study population was composed of 10 children with GHRS and 10 healthy control children.GHRS children were more likely to overeat(gluttony,P=.033).Alpha-indexes,such as Sobs,abundancebased coverage estimator,Bootstrap,and Qstat,were significantly higher in the GHRS group,while betadistances did not exhibit any significant intergroup differences.There were 9 differently distributed nonpredominant genera between the groups in Wilcoxon rank-sum test,as well as 13 non-predominant genera in Metagenome Seq analysis and 3 non-predominant OTUs in LEfSe analysis.OTU44 and OTU196 were used to construct the receiver operating characteristic curve,and the area under curve was 0.92.Predicted functions showed that pathways related to oxidative phosphorylation and carbon metabolism were enriched in healthy control samples,while the pathway related to renin secretion was remarkably enriched in GHRS samples.Conclusion:Unique oropharyngeal microbial structure and function were identified in GHRS children.OTU44 and OTU196 were specific OTUs,which could be used as biomarkers of GHRS to assist clinical diagnosis.

文摘Traditional Chinese medicine has widely been used internationally in the treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)since January 2020.There has been great interest in initiating clinical studies testing different Chinese medicine therapies for COVID-19,but the majority of registered studies have yet to move forward due to a lack of COVID-19 patients in China's Mainland.The aim of this article was to systematically review the current clinical research evidence on Chinese medicine for treating COVID-19 from international and domestic bibliographic databases to reflect on the advances in this field.

文摘Objective:To explore the relationship between gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome and the incidence of pneumonia and recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTIs)in children.Methods:A prospective cohort study was conducted in the pediatric outpatient department of Beijing Dongfang Hospital.Children without respiratory tract infections(RTIs)were consecutively recruited according to the selection criteria.A semi-structured questionnaire was used to record traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms and demographic and physiological characteristics.Gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome was considered to be a predisposing factor and was diagnosed according to a scale with reliability and validity.The participants were followed up for 12 months.Participants and their parents or guardians were contacted via clinical interviews and telephone every 6 months.Episodes of pneumonia and RTIs were recorded in detail.Results:A total of 420 children were included.Of participants,370(88.10%)were followed up for 12 months.The mean number of RTI episodes per participant was 5.37(95%CI:5.14 to 5.60).In total,186 participants in the gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome group and 184 participants in the nongastrointestinal heat retention syndrome group completed the 12-month follow-up period.The baseline of both groups was comparable.The incidence of RRTIs in children with gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome was 1.27(95%CI:1.01 to 1.59)times that in children without gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome.Logistic regression analysis revealed that abnormally increased appetite with frequent hunger,foul breath,dry stools,and dark red or purple fingerprints were positively correlated with the incidence of pneumonia.Irascibility and feverish feelings in the palms and soles were positively correlated with the occurrence of RRTI.Conclusions:Gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome is a risk factor for RRTIs in children.Studies with larger sample sizes and longer follow-up time are warranted to confirm the degree of causal risk associated with RTIs.

文摘Lithium–sulfur(Li-S) battery is considered as one of the most promising candidates for future portable electronics and electric vehicles due to high energy density and potentially low cost. However, the severe polysulfides shuttling in Li-S battery always causes low Coulombic efficiency, capacity fading, and hindering its practical commercialization. Herein, a dualfunctional PEI@MWCNTs-CB/MWCNTs/PP(briefly denoted as PMS)separator is assembled through Langmuir–Blodgett–Scooping(LBS) technique for improvement of Li-S battery performance, that is, rational integrating conductive MWCNTs multilayer on a routine PP separator with polyethyleneimine(PEI) polymer. Owing to "proton-sponge"-based PEI feature with the abundant amino/imine groups and branched structures, the PMS separator can provide strong affinity to immobilize the negatively charged polysulfides via electrostatic interaction. Simultaneously,incorporated with the conductive MWCNTs multilayers for the electron transportation, the Li-S cells assembled with PMS separators achieve exceptional high delivery capacity, good rate performance(~550 m Ah g-1 at a current density of 9 A g-1), and stable cycling retention(retention of84.5% at a current density of 1 A g-1) even over 120 cycles, especially in the case of high-loading sulfur cathode(80 wt% of S content). This multifunctional separator with dual-structural architectures via self-assembly LBS method paves new avenues to develop high-performance Li-S batteries.

文摘Purpose–The microseismic monitoring technique has great advantages on identifying the location,extent and the mechanism of damage process occurring in rock mass.This study aims to analyze distribution characteristics and the evolution law of excavation damage zone of surrounding rock based on microseismic monitoring data.Design/methodology/approach–In situ test using microseismic monitoring technique is carried out in the large-span transition tunnel of Badaling Great Wall Station of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway.An intelligent microseismic monitoring system is built with symmetry monitoring point layout both on the mountain surface and inside the tunnel to achieve three-dimensional and all-round monitoring results.Findings–Microseismic events can be divided into high density area,medium density area and low density area according to the density distribution of microseismic events.The positions where the cumulative distribution frequencies of microseismic events are 60 and 80%are identified as the boundaries between high and medium density areas and between medium and low density areas,respectively.The high density area of microseismic events is regarded as the high excavation damage zone of surrounding rock,which is affected by the grade of surrounding rock and the span of tunnel.The prediction formulas for the depth of high excavation damage zone of surrounding rock at different tunnel positions are given considering these two parameters.The scale of the average moment magnitude parameters of microseismic events is adopted to describe the damage degree of surrounding rock.The strong positive correlation and multistage characteristics between the depth of excavation damage zone and deformation of surrounding rock are revealed.Based on the depth of high excavation damage zone of surrounding rock,the prestressed anchor cable(rod)is designed,and the safety of anchor cable(rod)design parameters is verified by the deformation results of surrounding rock.Originality/value–The research provides a new method to predict the surrounding rock damage zone of large-span tunnel and also provides a reference basis for design parameters of prestressed anchor cable(rod).

文摘Objective Inflammation at the level of the sensory dorsal root ganglia (DRGs) leads to robust mechanical pain behavior and the local inflammation has direct excitatory effects on sensory neurons including small, primarily nociceptive, neurons. These neurons express the transient receptor potential vanilloid-1 (TRPV1) channel, which integrates multiple signals of pain and inflammation. The aim of this study was to characterize the regulation of the TRPV1 channel by local DRG inflammation and by growth-related oncogene (GRO/KC, systemic name: CXCL1), a cytokine known to be upregulated in inflamed DRGs. Methods Activation of the TRPV1 receptor with capsaicin was studied with patch clamp methods in acutely isolated small-diameter rat sensory neurons in primary culture. In vivo, behavioral effects of TRPV1 and GRO/KC were examined by paw injections. Results Neurons isolated from lumbar DRGs 3 days after local inflammation showed enhanced TRPV1 function: tachyphylaxis (the decline in response to repeated applications of capsaicin) was significantly reduced. A similar effect on tachyphylaxis was observed in neurons pre-treated for 4 h in vitro with GRO/KC. This effect was blocked by H-89, a protein kinase A inhibitor. Consistent with the in vitro results, in vivo behavioral responses to paw injection of capsaicin were enhanced and prolonged by pre-injecting the paw with GRO/KC 4 h before the capsaicin injection. GRO/KC paw injections alone did not elicit pain behaviors. Conclusion Function of the TRPV1 channel is enhanced by DRG inflammation and these effects are preserved in vitro during short-term culture. The effects (decreased tachyphylaxis) are mimicked by incubation with GRO/KC, which has previously been found to be strongly upregulated in this and other pain models.
