However, they are poor in thermal stability and pose fire or explosion, which has attracted the global attention. This study describes a new route to mitigate the battery thermal runaway(TR) hazard by poison agents. First, the self-destructive cell is built using the embedded poison layer. Then, the poisoning mechanism and paths are experimentally investigated at the material, electrode, and cell levels. Finally, the proposed route is verified by TR tests. The results show the TR hazard can be significantly reduced in the self-destructive cell based on a new reaction sequence regulation. Specifically, the maximum temperature of the self-destructive cell is more than 300℃ lower than that of the normal cell during TR. The drop in maximum temperature can reduce total heat release and the probability of TR propagation in the battery system, significantly improving battery safety.展开更多

In the present work, molecular dynamics method is used to investigate the interactions between edge dislocations and three typical irradiation-induced defects(void,Frank loop, and stacking fault tetrahedron) with the sizes of 3 nm, 5 nm, and 7 nm at different temperatures in Fe–10Ni–20Cr alloy. The critical resolved shear stresses(CRSSs) are compared among different defect types after interacting with edge dislocations. The results show that the CRSS decreases with temperature increasing and defect size decreasing for each defect type during the interaction with edge dislocations, except for the case of 3-nm Frank loops at 900 K. According to a comparison, the CRSS in Frank loop is significantly higher than that of others of the same size, which is due to the occurrence of unfaulting and formation of superjog or stacking-fault complex during the interaction. The atomic evolution of irradiation-induced defects after interacting with dislocations can provide a novel insight into the design of new structural materials.展开更多

Firstly, the minimum parameter interval of the node vector corresponding to the data point under test in the original data point sequence is determined, and the parameter interval is subdivided according to the corresponding step size, and the corresponding parameter value is obtained. Secondly, the distance from the measured point to the NURBS curve is calculated, and the nearest distance is found out. The node interval is subdivided again on one side of the nearest distance. Finally, the distance between the data point to be measured and each subdivision point is calculated again, and the minimum distance is taken as the interpolation error between the point and the NURBS curve. The simulation results of actual tool position data show that this method can more accurately obtain the error of spatial NURBS interpolation curve.展开更多

This was a retrospective study. Twenty-five patients with aSAH were treated with physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cognitive therapy, music therapy, Chinese acupuncture, hyperbaric oxygen, and transcranial magnetic stimulation. The general data of all patients were collected, and the functional scores at admission were compared with those at discharge. The Mini Mental State Examination, Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale (FMAS) for motor and balance assessment, Holden Functional Ambulation Classification (FAC), modified Rankin Scale, National Institute of Health Stroke Scale, Modified Barthel Index for activities of daily living (ADL), and Glasgow Outcome Scale were significantly improved among 25 patients with aSAH after 1 month of comprehensive rehabilitation training. Hydrocephalus was an independent factor of the ability to perform ADLs (odds ratio, 0.29;95% confidence interval, 2.03. 3.15;p = 0.000). The improvement of ADLs in aSAH patients was not related to sex, surgical method, aneurysm location, age, or smoking status. Comprehensive and professional rehabilitation is effective for the cognition, movement, walking, ADLs, and functional prognosis of patients with aSAH, while early hydrocephalus may be a risk factor for poor ADLs.展开更多

文摘Lithium-ion batteries with high-energy density are extensively commercialized in long-range electric vehicles. The drop in maximum temperature can reduce total heat release and the probability of TR propagation in the battery system, significantly improving battery safety.

文摘BACKGROUND Lugol chromoendoscopy(LCE)has served as a standard screening technique in high-risk patients with esophageal cancer.Nevertheless,LCE is not suitable for general population screening given its side effects.Linked color imaging(LCI)is a novel image-enhanced endoscopic technique that can distinguish subtle differences in mucosal color.AIM To compare the diagnostic performance of LCI with LCE in detecting esophageal squamous cell cancer and precancerous lesions and to evaluate whether LCE can be replaced by LCI in detecting esophageal neoplastic lesions.METHODS In this prospective study,we enrolled 543 patients who underwent white light imaging(WLI),LCI and LCE successively. We compared the sensitivity and specificity of LCI and LCE in the detection of esophageal neoplastic lesions.Clinicopathological features and color analysis of lesions were assessed.RESULTS In total,43 patients(45 neoplastic lesions)were analyzed.Among them,36 patients(38 neoplastic lesions)were diagnosed with LCI,and 39 patients(41 neoplastic lesions)were diagnosed with LCE.The sensitivity of LCI was similar to that of LCE(83.7%vs 90.7%,P=0.520),whereas the specificity of LCI was greater than that of LCE(92.4%vs 87.0%,P=0.007).The LCI procedure time in the esophageal examination was significantly shorter than that of LCE[42(34,50)s vs 160(130,189)s,P<0.001].The color difference between the lesion and surrounding mucosa in LCI was significantly greater than that observed with WLI.However, the color difference in LCI was similar in different pathological types of esophageal squamous cell cancer.CONCLUSION LCI offers greater specificity than LCE in the detection of esophageal squamous cell cancer and precancerous lesions, and LCI represents a promising screening strategy for general populations.

文摘Irradiation-induced defects frequently impede the slip of dislocations, resulting in a sharp decline in the performance of nuclear reactor structural materials, particularly core structural materials. The atomic evolution of irradiation-induced defects after interacting with dislocations can provide a novel insight into the design of new structural materials.

文摘An ocean-acoustic joint model is developed for research of acoustic propagation uncertainty in internal wave environments. The internal waves are numerically produced by tidal forcing over a continental slope using an ocean model.Three parameters(i.e.,internal wave, source depth, and water depth)contribute to the dynamic waveguide environments, and result in stochastic sound fields. The sensitivity of the transmission loss(TL)to environment parameters, statistical characteristics of the TL variation, and the associated physical mechanisms are investigated by the Sobol sensitivity analysis method, the Monte Carlo sampling, and the coupled normal mode theory, respectively. The results show that the TL is most sensitive to the source depth in the near field, resulted from the initial amplitudes of higher-order modes;while in middle and far fields, the internal waves are responsible for more than 80%of the total acoustic propagation contribution. In addition, the standard deviation of the TL in the near field and the shallow layer is smaller than those in the middle and far fields and the deep layer.

文摘A radio-frequency(RF) inductively coupled negative hydrogen ion source(NHIS) has been adopted in the China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor(CFETR) to generate negative hydrogen ions.By incorporating the level-lumping method into a three-dimensional fluid model, the volume production and transportation of H^(-) in the NHIS,which consists of a cylindrical driver region and a rectangular expansion chamber, are investigated self-consistently at a large input power(40 k W) and different pressures(0.3–2.0 Pa).The results indicate that with the increase of pressure, the H^(-) density at the bottom of the expansion region first increases and then decreases. In addition, the effect of the magnetic filter is examined. It is noteworthy that a significant increase in the H^(-) density is observed when the magnetic filter is introduced. As the permanent magnets move towards the driver region, the H^(-) density decreases monotonically and the asymmetry is enhanced. This study contributes to the understanding of H-distribution under various conditions and facilitates the optimization of volume production of negative hydrogen ions in the NHIS.

文摘In this work,a two-dimensional hybrid model, which consists of a bulk fluid module,a sheath module and an ion Monte-Carlo module,is developed to investigate the modulation of ion energy and angular distributions at different radial positions in a biased argon inductively coupled plasma. The results indicate that when the bias voltage amplitude increases or the bias frequency decreases, the ion energy peak separation width becomes wider.Besides, the widths of the ion energy peaks at the edge of the substrate are smaller than those at the center due to the lower plasma density there, indicating the nonuniformity of the ion energy distribution function(IEDF)along the radial direction. As the pressure increases from 1 to 10 Pa,the discrepancy of the IEDFs at different radial positions becomes more obvious,i.e.the IEDF at the radial edge is characterized by multiple low energy peaks. When a dual frequency bias source is applied, the IEDF exhibits three or four peaks, and it could be modulated efficiently by the relative phase between the two bias frequencies. The results obtained in this work could help to improve the radial uniformity of the IEDF and thus the etching process.

文摘The current adversarial attacks against deep learning models have achieved incredible success in the white-box scenario. However, they often exhibit weak transferability in the black-box scenario, especially when attacking those with defense mechanisms. In this work,we propose a new transfer-based blackbox attack called the channel decomposition attack method(CDAM).It can attack multiple black-box models by enhancing the transferability of the adversarial examples. On the one hand,it tunes the gradient and stabilizes the update direction by decomposing the channels of the input example and calculating the aggregate gradient. On the other hand,it helps to escape from local optima by initializing the data point with random noise.Besides,it could combine with other transfer-based attacks flexibly.Extensive experiments on the standard ImageNet dataset show that our method could significantly improve the transferability of adversarial attacks.Compared with the state-of-the-art method, our approach improves the average success rate from 88.2%to 96.6%when attacking three adversarially trained black-box models, demonstrating the remaining shortcomings of existing deep learning models.
文摘Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of interpolation error calculation of existing NURBS curves, an approximate method for the distance between a point and a NURBS interpolation curve is proposed while satisfying the accuracy of the solution. The simulation results of actual tool position data show that this method can more accurately obtain the error of spatial NURBS interpolation curve.
文摘This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of comprehensive rehabilitation for patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) and to explore the factors influencing the prognosis of rehabilitation. Comprehensive and professional rehabilitation is effective for the cognition, movement, walking, ADLs, and functional prognosis of patients with aSAH, while early hydrocephalus may be a risk factor for poor ADLs.
