氧化还原电位和酸度常数作为重要的物理化学性质被应用于分析能源材料重要指标值。为了实现能源材料的计算设计,发展计算电化学的方法,在复杂电化学环境下计算这些性质至关重要。近年来,利用计算电化学方法计算氧化还原电位和酸度常数... 氧化还原电位和酸度常数作为重要的物理化学性质被应用于分析能源材料重要指标值。为了实现能源材料的计算设计,发展计算电化学的方法,在复杂电化学环境下计算这些性质至关重要。近年来,利用计算电化学方法计算氧化还原电位和酸度常数已经受到了广泛的关注。然而,常用的计算方法如基于隐式溶剂化模型的小分子自由能计算,对于复杂溶剂化环境的处理非常有限。因此,基于第一性原理分子动力学(AIMD)的自由能计算被引入来描述复杂溶剂化环境中的溶质-溶剂相互作用。同时,基于AIMD的自由能计算方法已经被证实可以准确预测这些物理化学性质。然而,由于AIMD计算效率低且计算资源需求大,需要引入机器学习分子动力学(MLMD)加速计算。MLMD通过机器学习方法,构建模拟体系结构到第一性原理计算结果的一对一映射,可以在低成本下实现长时间尺度的AIMD。对于氧化还原电位和酸度常数计算,如何构建训练机器学习势函数模型所需的数据集至关重要。本文介绍了如何通过自动化工作流实现自由能计算势函数的自动化构建,通过机器学习分子动力学计算自由能并转化为对应的物理化学性质。 展开更多

Thinning is an effective management step for sustainable forest development,yet less attention is paid to the restoration of soil microbiota after thinning.In this study,both abundant and rare soil microbial communities(i.e.,bacterial,fungal),were evaluated under various thinning treatments in a mixed stand of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Sassafras tzumu using Mi Seq sequencing.Thinning did not significantly change either abundant or rare bacterial and fungal community composition,but affected their alpha diversity.The Shannon–Wiener indexes of rare fungal taxa under medium thinning were significantly lower than in the light thinning(P<0.05 level).Xanthobacteraceae dominated the abundant bacterial taxa,and Saitozyma and Mortierlla the abundant fungal taxa.The most common rare bacterial taxa varied;there was no prevalent rare fungal taxa under different thinnings.In addition,soil available nitrogen,total phosphorus,and p H had significant effects on rare bacterial taxa.Nutrients,especially available phosphorus,but not nitrogen,affected abundant and rare soil fungi.The results indicate that soil properties rather than plant factors affect abundant and rare microbial communities in soils of mixed stands.Thinning,through mediating soil properties,influences both abundant and rare bacterial and fungal communities in the mixed C.lanceolata and S.tzumu stand. 展开更多

A rotating packed bed is a typical chemical process enhancement equipment that can strengthen micromixing and mass transfer.During the operation of the rotating packed bed,the nonreactants and products irregularly adhere to the wire mesh packing in the rotor,thus resulting in an imbalance in the vibration of the rotor,which may cause serious damage to the bearing and material leakage.This study proposes a model prediction for estimating the bearing residual life of a rotating packed bed based on rotor imbalance response analysis.This method is used to determine the influence of the mass on the imbalance in the vibration of the rotor on bearing damage.The major influence on rotor vibration was found to be exerted by the imbalanced mass and its distribution radius,as revealed by the results of orthogonal experiments.Through implementing finite element analysis,the imbalance response curve for the rotating packed bed rotor was obtained,and a correlation among rotor imbalance mass,distribution radius of imbalance mass,and bearing residue life was established via data fitting.The predicted value of the bearing life can be used as the reference basis for an early safety warning of a rotating packed bed to effectively avoid accidents. 展开更多

Ion temperature gradient(ITG)-driven turbulence with embedded static magnetic islands is simulated by utilizing a gyrokinetic theory-based global turbulence transport code(GKNET)in this work.Different from the traditional equilibrium circular magnetic-surface average(EMSA)method,an advanced algorithm that calculates the perturbed magnetic-surface average(PMSA)of the electric potential has been developed to precisely deal with the zonal flow component in a non-circular magnetic surface perturbed by magnetic islands.Simulations show that the electric potential vortex structure inside islands induced by the magnetic islands is usually of odd parity when using the EMSA method.It is found that the odd symmetry vortex can transfer into an even one after a steep zonal flow gradient,i.e.the flow shear has been built in the vicinity of the magnetic islands by adopting the PMSA algorithm.The phase of the potential vortex in the poloidal cross section is coupled with the zonal flow shear.Such an electric potential vortex mode may be of essential importance in wide topics,such as the turbulence spreading across magnetic islands,neoclassical tearing mode physics,and also the interaction dynamics between the micro-turbulence and MHD activities. 展开更多

Ki-67 Change in Anthracyline-containing Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Response in Breast Cancer

Objective Anthracycline-containing regimens are irreplaceable in neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)for breast cancer(BC)at present.However,30% of early breast cancer(EBC)patients are resistant to anthracycline-containing chemotherapy,leading to poor prognosis and higher mortality.Ki-67 is associated with the prognosis and response to therapy,and it changes after NAC.Methods A total of 105 BC patients who received anthracycline-containing NAC were enrolled.Then,the optimal model of Ki-67 was selected,and its predictive efficacy was analyzed.Immunohistochemistry(IHC)was used to determine the estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2)status and Ki-67 level.Fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH)was used to verify the HER-2 when the IHC score was 2+.Results The post-NAC Ki67 level after treatment with anthracycline drugs was lower than pre-NAC Ki-67(19.6%±23.3%vs.45.6%±23.1%,P<0.001).Furthermore,patients with the Ki-67 decrease had a border line higher pathological complete response(pCR)rate(17.2%vs.0.0%,P=0.068),and a higher overall response rate(ORR)(73.6%vs.27.8%,P<0.001),when compared to patients without the Ki-67 decrease.The ΔKi-67 and ΔKi-67%were valuable markers for the prediction of both the pCR rate and ORR.The area under the curve(AUC)for ΔKi-67 on pCR and ORR was 0.809(0.698-0.921)and 0.755(0.655-0.855),respectively,while the AUC for ΔKi-67% on pCR and ORR was 0.857(0.742-0.972)and 0.720(0.618-0.822),respectively.Multivariate logistic regression model 1 revealed thatΔKi-67 was an independent predictor for both pCR[odds ratio(OR)=61.030,95% confidence interval(CI)=4.709-790.965;P=0.002]and ORR(OR=10.001,95%CI:3.044-32.858;P<0.001).Multivariate logistic regression model 2 revealed thatΔKi-67%was also an independent predictor for both pCR(OR=408.922,95%CI=8.908-18771.224;P=0.002)and ORR(OR=5.419,95%CI=1.842-15.943;P=0.002).Conclusions The present study results suggest thatΔKi67 andΔKi67%are candidate predictors for anthracycline-containing NAC response,and that they may provide various information for further systematic therapy after surgery in clinical practice. 展开更多

An isotope dilution ultra-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method was developed to simultaneously detect two typical kinds ofα,β-unsaturated aldehydes,namely 4-hydroxy-2-hexenal(4-HHE)and 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal(4-HNE),in foods.The proposed method exhibited a linear range of 10-1000 ng/mL with a limit of detection of 0.1-2.0 ng/g and a limit of quantification of 0.3-5.0 ng/g.The recovery rates of these typical toxic aldehydes(i.e.,4-HHE,4-HNE)and their d3-labeled analogues were 91.54%-105.12%with a low matrix effect.Furthermore,this proposed method was successfully applied to a real frying system and a simulated digestion system,wherein the contents of 4-HHE and 4-HNE were determined for both.Overall,the obtained results provide strong support for further research into the production of 4-HHE and 4-HNE resulting from foods during oil digestion and frying. 展开更多

目的 探讨急性肺栓塞(APE)双能量能谱CT碘基物质图联合肺灌注缺损指数(PPDI)的运用价值。方法 选取我院APE患者64例作为APE组;另选同期慢性肺栓塞(CPE)患者60例作为CPE组,均行双能量能谱CT肺血管成像技术检查,对0.625 mm层厚的原始数据... 目的 探讨急性肺栓塞(APE)双能量能谱CT碘基物质图联合肺灌注缺损指数(PPDI)的运用价值。方法 选取我院APE患者64例作为APE组;另选同期慢性肺栓塞(CPE)患者60例作为CPE组,均行双能量能谱CT肺血管成像技术检查,对0.625 mm层厚的原始数据运用ISP工作站(与1.2.2图像处理相对应)软件后处理,获得碘密度图及PPDI。测量碘含量取平均值;PPDI=∑(n1×d1/40)×100%。比较APE组与CPE组碘基物质图定量特征和PPDI变化;比较APE不同危险分层碘基物质图定量特征和PPDI变化;采用ROC曲线分析PPDI联合碘基物质图定量对APE预测价值。结果 APE组肺异常灌注区碘含量和肺动脉栓塞区碘含量低于CPE组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。APE组PPDI高于CPE组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中高危患者肺异常灌注区碘含量和肺动脉栓塞区碘含量低于低危患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中高危患者PPDI高于低危患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经ROC曲线分析,PPDI联合碘基物质图定量对APE预测灵敏度和特异度高于PPDI与碘基物质图定量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 双能量能谱CT碘基物质图联合PPDI预测急性肺栓塞灵敏度和特异度良好,具有很好的诊断价值。 展开更多

目的探讨叙事性教学法在介入护理专科学员临床教学中的应用价值。方法2020年1月—2021年12月,选择某三甲医院介入专科护士培训基地参与培训的84名介入护理专科学员,其中2020年参与培训的41名学员纳入对照组,运用传统教学方法;2021年参... 目的探讨叙事性教学法在介入护理专科学员临床教学中的应用价值。方法2020年1月—2021年12月,选择某三甲医院介入专科护士培训基地参与培训的84名介入护理专科学员,其中2020年参与培训的41名学员纳入对照组,运用传统教学方法;2021年参与培训的43名学员纳入观察组,在传统教学法基础上运用叙事性教学手段。比较两组学员的批判性思维能力、教学效果自评、结业考核平均成绩、患者及同行的满意度以及学员对基地实训教学满意度测评方面的分值。结果观察组学员在批判性思维测评、教学效果自评、结业考核平均成绩、患者及同行的满意度以及学员对基地实训教学的满意度测评结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用叙事性教学法,可促进介入护理专科学员对专业理论知识以及临床实践技能的掌握水平,提升护理服务满意度,并可增强学员的评判性思维能力,改善教学效果,全面提升专业素养。 展开更多

In the search of alternative resources to make commodity chemicals and transportation fuels for a low carbon future,lignocellulosic biomass with over 180-billion-ton annual production rate has been identified as a promising feedstock.This review focuses on the state-of-the-art catalytic transformation of lignocellulosic biomass into value-added chemicals and fuels.Following a brief introduction on the structure,major resources and pretreatment methods of lignocellulosic biomass,the catalytic conversion of three main components,i.e.,cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin,into various compounds are comprehensively discussed.Either in separate steps or in one-pot,cellulose and hemicellulose are hydrolyzed into sugars and upgraded into oxygen-containing chemicals such as 5-HMF,furfural,polyols,and organic acids,or even nitrogen-containing chemicals such as amino acids.On the other hand,lignin is first depolymerized into phenols,catechols,guaiacols,aldehydes and ketones,and then further transformed into hydrocarbon fuels,bioplastic precursors and bioactive compounds.The review then introduces the transformations of whole biomass via catalytic gasification,catalytic pyrolysis,as well as emerging strategies.Finally,opportunities,challenges and prospective of woody biomass valorization are highlighted. 展开更多

提出采用五区多重场限环FRM-FLRs(five-region multistep field limiting rings)终端设计并流片,研制10 kV P沟道碳化硅绝缘栅双极晶体管SiC IGBT(silicon carbide insulated gate bipolar transistor)终端。通过Silvaco TCAD软件仿真,... 提出采用五区多重场限环FRM-FLRs(five-region multistep field limiting rings)终端设计并流片,研制10 kV P沟道碳化硅绝缘栅双极晶体管SiC IGBT(silicon carbide insulated gate bipolar transistor)终端。通过Silvaco TCAD软件仿真,对比研究传统等间距场限环ES-FLRs(equally spaced field limiting rings)终端和五区多重场限环终端对器件击穿特性的影响。仿真结果表明,五区多重场限环终端具有更均衡的近表面电场分布,减缓电场集中,优化空间电荷区横向扩展,且击穿电压可达到14.5 kV,而等间距场限环终端击穿电压仅为7.5 kV。同时,分别对五区多重场限环终端,以及采用此终端结构的P沟道SiC IGBT进行流片验证。测试结果表明,五区多重场限环终端可以实现12.2 kV的击穿电压;P沟道SiC IGBT的击穿电压达到10 kV时,漏电流小于300 nA,并且栅源电压为-20 V,集电极正向电流为-10 A时,器件的正向导通压降为-8 V。 展开更多

目的探讨团队一体化应急演练联合分层级培训考核在提升放射科护士岗位胜任力中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月某三甲医院放射科17名护士作为培训考核对象,在传统的分层级培训考核模式基础之上,联合团队一体化应急演练,通过... 目的探讨团队一体化应急演练联合分层级培训考核在提升放射科护士岗位胜任力中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月某三甲医院放射科17名护士作为培训考核对象,在传统的分层级培训考核模式基础之上,联合团队一体化应急演练,通过演练前后护士专科理论与操作技能考核、发放满意度问卷测评比较患者与同行对护士的满意度,同时采用自制的《护士岗位胜任力培养调查表》就放射科护士对职业道德水平、学习兴趣、急救技能、沟通交流能力、临床护理思维能力、分析与解决问题能力、团队合作能力、人文素养等方面的改善情况进行问卷综合评价。结果实施团队一体化应急演练后护士的专科理论与技能考核平均成绩、满意度问卷测评结果、岗位胜任力自我评价均显著高于演练前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用团队一体化应急演练联合分层级培训考核能够提升护士对患者的观察与宣教能力,突发问题的沟通协调与解决能力,安全意识与团队合作能力,从而改善患者就医体验与同行满意度,也提升了放射科护理质量。 展开更多

Sophisticated efficient electrocatalysts are essential to rectifying the shuttle effect and realizing the high performance of flexible lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs).Phase transformation of MoSe_(2) from the 2H phase to the 1T phase has been proven to be a significant method to improve the catalytic activity.However,precisely controllable phase engineering of MoSe_(2) has rarely been reported.Herein,by in situ Li ions intercalation in MoSe_(2),a precisely controllable phase evolution from 2H-MoSe_(2) to 1T-MoSe_(2) was realized.More importantly,the definite functional relationship between cut-off voltage and phase structure was first identified for phase engineering through in situ observation and modulation methods.The sulfur host(CNFs/1T-MoSe_(2))presents high charge density,strong polysulfides adsorption,and catalytic kinetics.Moreover,Li-S cells based on it display capacity retention of 875.3mAh g^(-1) after 500 cycles at 1 C and an areal capacity of 8.71mAh cm^(-2) even at a high sulfur loading of 8.47mg cm^(-2).Furthermore,the flexible pouch cell exhibiting decent performance will endow a promising potential in the wearable energy storage field.This study proposes an effective strategy to precisely control the phase structure of MoSe_(2),which may provide the reference to fabricate the highly efficient electrocatalysts for LSBs and other energy systems. 展开更多

放松疗法联合强化认知在幽闭恐惧症患者磁共振检查中的应用

目的:探讨放松疗法联合强化认知在幽闭恐惧症患者接受磁共振检查中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年10月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院接受磁共振检查的70例幽闭恐惧症者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例... 目的:探讨放松疗法联合强化认知在幽闭恐惧症患者接受磁共振检查中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年10月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院接受磁共振检查的70例幽闭恐惧症者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组接受磁共振检查时行常规干预,观察组进行放松疗法联合强化认知干预。对比两组自主不适感症状发生情况、情绪状态及焦虑评分、检查舒适度和整体满意度、磁共振检查完成情况。结果:观察组濒死感、心悸、呼吸困难、大汗淋漓及狂躁的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组心境状态量表(POMS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组POMS评分高于干预前,HAMA评分低于干预前,且观察组POMS评分高于对照组,HAMA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组检查舒适度、整体满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组磁共振检查顺利完成率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。结论:幽闭恐惧症患者实施放松疗法联合强化认知干预,可有效改善不适症状,促进情绪稳定,减少焦虑状况,促进磁共振检查的顺利开展。 展开更多

目的:分析黄斑区节细胞复合体(mGCC)和视乳头周围视网膜神经纤维层(pRNFL)厚度及视野对新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的诊断价值。方法:回顾性研究。收集2018-01/2021-10本院收治的NVG患者92例100眼,按病理分期分为新生血管性青光眼前期患者31... 目的:分析黄斑区节细胞复合体(mGCC)和视乳头周围视网膜神经纤维层(pRNFL)厚度及视野对新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的诊断价值。方法:回顾性研究。收集2018-01/2021-10本院收治的NVG患者92例100眼,按病理分期分为新生血管性青光眼前期患者31例32眼、开角型青光眼期患者31例36眼及闭角型青光眼期患者30例32眼。选择同期于我院接受健康体检者50例100眼者作为对照组。采用Pearson相关性分析mGCC、pRNFL厚度与MD的相关性,以受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线研究各指标诊断效能。结果:新生血管性青光眼前期、开角型青光眼期和闭角型青光眼期mGCC-平均(a)、mGCC-上方(s)、mGCC-下方(i)厚度均低于对照组(均P<0.001),新生血管性青光眼前期、开角型青光眼期mGCC-a、mGCC-s、mGCC-i均高于闭角型青光眼期(均P<0.001),新生血管性青光眼前期mGCC-a、mGCC-s、mGCC-i均高于开角型青光眼期(均P<0.001)。新生血管性青光眼前期、开角型青光眼期和闭角型青光眼期pRNFL-a、pRNFL-颞侧(t)、pRNFL-s、pRNFL-鼻侧(n)、pRNFL-i厚度均高于对照组,MD高于对照组(均P<0.001);新生血管性青光眼前期、开角型青光眼期pRNFL-a、pRNFL-t、pRNFL-s、pRNFL-n、pRNFL-i均高于闭角型青光眼期,MD高于闭角型青光眼期(均P<0.001),新生血管性青光眼前期pRNFL-a、pRNFL-t、pRNFL-s、pRNFL-n、pRNFL-i均高于开角型青光眼期,MD高于开角型青光眼期(均P<0.001)。mGCC-a、mGCC-s、mGCC-i和pRNFL-a、pRNFL-t、pRNFL-s、pRNFL-n、pRNFL-i与MD呈负相关性(均P<0.001)。mGCC、pRNFL厚度及MD联合诊断NVG的效能最高(敏感度为79.00%,特异度为87.00,AUC=0.973,95%CI=0.956~0.990,P<0.05)。结论:NVG患者mGCC、pRNFL厚度与MD呈负相关关系,mGCC、pRNFL厚度及MD对NVG有一定的诊断价值,且以联合检测的诊断效能最高。 展开更多

在现代新材料的快速发展中,用节能、省时、低成本和简便的新型方法制备具有优良机械性能和热学性能的轻质、低密度和高孔隙率气凝胶十分必要。在本工作中,我们使用短切电纺聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维作为支撑骨架,通过开发出一种无需特殊干燥方... 在现代新材料的快速发展中,用节能、省时、低成本和简便的新型方法制备具有优良机械性能和热学性能的轻质、低密度和高孔隙率气凝胶十分必要。在本工作中,我们使用短切电纺聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维作为支撑骨架,通过开发出一种无需特殊干燥方法的真空干燥(VD)与冷冻萃取相结合的方法,制备出高性能PI纤维气凝胶(PIFA)。所得PIFAs具有低密度(≤52.8 mg·cm^(-3))和高孔隙率(>96%)。该PIFA在至少20000次的循环压缩过程中展现出高度的耐疲劳性及低能量损失系数。密度为39.1 mg·cm^(-3)的PIFA具有40.4 mW·m^(-1)·K^(-1)的热导率。通过进一步使用聚硅氮烷对PIFA复合改性后,其具备更强的耐火性和氮气氛围中的高残留率(>70%)。这些优异的性能使PIFAs及其复合材料成为可应用于建筑工业、航空和航天工业轻质材料、隔热和防火层以及高温反应催化剂载体的可选材料。此外,本工作中提出的冷冻萃取/VD法因其节能、省时和节约成本而可拓展于制备其他材料。 展开更多

The trigeminal root entry zone is the zone at which the myelination switches from peripheral Schwann cells to central oligodendrocytes.Its special anatomical and physiological structure renders it susceptible to nerve injury.The etiology of most primary trigeminal neuralgia is closely related to microvascular compression of the trigeminal root entry zone.This study aimed to develop an efficient in vitro model mimicking the glial environment of trigeminal root entry zone as a tool to investigate the effects of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor and brain-derived neurotrophic factor on the structural and functional integrity of trigeminal root entry zone and modulation of cellular interactions.Primary astrocytes and Schwann cells isolated from trigeminal root entry zone of postnatal rats were inoculated into a two-well silicon culture insert to mimic the trigeminal root entry zone microenvironment and treated with glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor and brain-derived neurotrophic factor.In monoculture,glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor promoted the migration of Schwann cells,but it did not have effects on the migration of astrocytes.In the co-culture system,glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor promoted the bidirectional migration of astrocytes and Schwann cells.Brain-derived neurotrophic factor markedly promoted the activation and migration of astrocytes.However,in the co-culture system,brain-derived neurotrophic factor inhibited the migration of astrocytes and Schwann cells to a certain degree.These findings suggest that glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor and brain-derived neurotrophic factor are involved in the regulation of the astrocyte-Schwann cell interaction in the co-culture system derived from the trigeminal root entry zone.This system can be used as a cell model to study the mechanism of glial dysregulation associated with trigeminal nerve injury and possible therapeutic interventions. 展开更多
