Damage in rock salt has significant implication on permeability, which affects the tightness of underground salt cavern gas storage in further. During the leaching of a salt cavern, the brine with formation temperature and pressure can promote the self-healing of rock salt in the excavation damage zone (EDZ). Laboratory tests were conducted to study the promoting effect. The permeability of two intact rock salt specimens was tested. Then they were damaged into two kinds of the state respectively through uniaxial compression. After that, they were put in saturated brine (with a temperature of 50℃ and pressure of 12 MPa, which we called the repair environment in this paper) for 7 d. Finally, the permeability and mechanical properties were obtained after the damaged specimens being repaired. The results show that the permeability of intact rock salt is below 10^-19 m^2;the permeability increases by more than two orders because of damage;the permeability decreases significantly after being repaired, which can be comparable to its intact state. Discussions of the repair mechanisms are presented (especially the mechanism of recrystallization), which may help to provide significant guidance for the study of the tightness and stability of gas storage facilities in China. 展开更多

小净距隧道具有造价相对较低、有利于整体线性优化等优点,在公路短隧道设计中被广泛采用。小净距隧道施工工艺相对连拱隧道较为简单,但鉴于隧道的中岩墙厚度相对较小,在采用钻爆法施工过程中,爆破不仅会影响掘进隧洞围岩稳定性,亦会对... 小净距隧道具有造价相对较低、有利于整体线性优化等优点,在公路短隧道设计中被广泛采用。小净距隧道施工工艺相对连拱隧道较为简单,但鉴于隧道的中岩墙厚度相对较小,在采用钻爆法施工过程中,爆破不仅会影响掘进隧洞围岩稳定性,亦会对相邻隧洞结构稳定性产生一定影响,进而影响隧道施工安全。本文以在建小净距石尾隧道为例,在先行洞右洞掌子面爆破施工时,通过对左洞距爆破掌子面不同距离测点进行爆破振动测试,研究了左洞围岩及其结构在爆破振动后的振动波速变化规律。根据爆破振动监测结果及分析可动态调整爆破方案与参数,确保爆破施工安全性。石尾隧道的爆破振动规律研究成果对公路小净距短隧道的爆破施工具有一定参考意义。 展开更多

排土场的稳定性是矿山安全和生产的重要部分。本研究对排土场散体材料进行了室内大型三轴试验,研究了饱和试样和非饱和试样的抗剪强度和强度参数。基于极限平衡理论,研究了毗邻尾矿库和降雨条件下对排土场稳定性的影响。结果表明:散体... 排土场的稳定性是矿山安全和生产的重要部分。本研究对排土场散体材料进行了室内大型三轴试验,研究了饱和试样和非饱和试样的抗剪强度和强度参数。基于极限平衡理论,研究了毗邻尾矿库和降雨条件下对排土场稳定性的影响。结果表明:散体材料试样饱和后,试样黏聚力增大,内摩擦角减小;当强降雨导致整个排土场处于饱和状态时,安全系数降低到不符合排土场设计标准;与尾矿库相邻,可以提高排土场的稳定性。研究成果可为毗邻尾矿库的矿山排土场的施工及稳定性研究提供一定的理论参考。 展开更多
