The suitability assessment on site selection for bottom seeding scallop culture based on analytic hierarchy process

Scallop culture is an important way of bottom-seeding marine ranching,which is of great significance to improve the current situation of fishery resources.However,there are some problems in site-selection evaluation of marine ranching,such as imperfect criteria system,complex structure,untargeted criteria quantification,etc.In addition,no site-selection evaluation method of bottom-seeding culture areas for scallops is available.Therefore,we established a hierarchy structure model according to the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)theory,in which social,physical,chemical,and biological environments are used as main criteria,and marine functional zonation,water depth,current,water temperature,salinity,substrate type,water quality,sediment quality,red tide,phytoplankton,and zooplankton are used as sub-criteria,on which a multi-parameter evaluation system is set up.Meanwhile,the dualism method,assignment method,and membership function method were used to quantify sub-criteria,and a quantitative evaluation for the entire criteria was added,including the evaluation and analysis of two types of unsuitable environmental situations.By overall consideration in scallop yield,quality,and marine ranching construction objectives,the weight of the main criteria could be determined.Five grades in the suitability corresponding to the evaluation result were divided,and the Python language was used to create an evaluation system for efficient calculation and intuitive presentation of the evaluation outcome.Eight marine cases were simulated based on existing survey data,and the results prove that the method is feasible for evaluating and analyzing the site selection of bottom-seeding culture areas for scallops under various environmental situations.The proposed evaluation method can be promoted for the site selection of bottom-seeding marine ranching.This study provided theoretical and methodological references for the site selection evaluation of other types of marine ranching. 展开更多

Sickle cell anemia (SCA) is an autosomal-recessive hemoglobinopathy with a highly variable phenotype. Multiple clinical complications are characteristic of SCA including inflammatory and oxidant damage to both small and large blood vessels, hemolysis, vasoocclusion, and premature mortality. The overall severity of SCA is affected by multiple genetic modifier loci, including ARFGEF2, a gene known to modify TNF-α receptor release from human endothelial cells. In this report, we examine the effect of siRNA mediated knockdown of ARFGEF2 inhuman pulmonary artery endothelial cells and report that TNF-α induced expression of ICAM1 and VCAM1, both important mediators of endo-thelial-leukocyte adhesion, is significantly enhanced after ARFGEF2 knockdown. Levels of ICAM-1 protein are also increased in TNF-α treated endothelial cells after ARFGEF2 knockdown;the increased ICAM-1 appears to be localized in the cytoplasm. IL-1β stimulation of endothelial cells without ARFGEF2 produced enhanced ICAM1 expression only. Additionally, ARFGEF2 knockdown distinctly altered endothelial cell morphology. Large-vessel pathology in SCA is believed to begin with endothelial activation by inflammatory cytokines and adhesion of sickle erythrocytes and leukocytes, leading to a progressive vasculopathy characterized by smooth muscle cell migration and proliferation. Understanding how variability in the function of ARFGEF2 alters the response of pulmonary vasculature to TNF-α might suggest new targets for SCA treatment. 展开更多

Flue gas desulfurization gypsum and clover planting alleviated the soil salinization stress.Soil pH and total phosphorus affected the bacterial communi-ties.Total phosphorus affected the fungal communities.Flue gas desulfurization gypsum and clover planting improved jujube quality.The coastal area of Shandong Province,characterized by coastal saline tidal soil,is one of the main production areas of winter jujube in China.However,the low soil fertility and poor soil structure in jujube orchard restricted the development of the jujube industry.The objectives of this study were to 1)evaluate the effect of application of flue gas desulfurization(FGD)gypsum and clover planting on soil quality improvement and soil microbial community structure of jujube orchard;2)investigate the effects of two measures on the nutrition and quality of winter jujube.The results showed that FGD gypsum reduced the soil total salt content by 65.6%,and clover planting increased the soil organic matter content by 30.7%,which effectively alleviated the soil salinization stress and improved the soil structure.Soil pH and total phosphorus(TP)were the main determinants influencing bacterial community composition,and TP was the dominant factor of the fungal community composition in the saline-alkali soils.Meanwhile,FGD gypsum addition and clover planting significantly increased the sugar degree and Vc content of winter jujube,thus improved jujube quality,and further contributed to the ecological sustainable development of winter jujube industry. 展开更多

随着天然气以及页岩气为代表的非常规天然气的大规模开采,甲烷作为化工原料的直接转化利用受到了越来越多的关注.然而,甲烷分子具有极其稳定的正四面体结构,其物理化学性质非常稳定,如具有高达439 kJ/mol的C-H键能、极弱的电子亲和力、... 随着天然气以及页岩气为代表的非常规天然气的大规模开采,甲烷作为化工原料的直接转化利用受到了越来越多的关注.然而,甲烷分子具有极其稳定的正四面体结构,其物理化学性质非常稳定,如具有高达439 kJ/mol的C-H键能、极弱的电子亲和力、相当大的离子化能量和低的极化率,这都使得甲烷分子C-H键的活化相当困难.如何实现甲烷直接高效催化转化被誉为催化领域的'皇冠式'课题.与经甲烷重整制合成气,然后通过F-T合成获取化学品的间接转化法相比,甲烷直接转化无论在物料、能量转换效率还是在设备成本、环境保护等方面都有着非常明显的优势.以甲烷氧化偶联以及非氧化偶联(如无氧芳构化等)为典型代表的甲烷直接转化研究不断取得突破,但其各自都存在一定的局限性.相比于热催化转化路径,电催化转化路径在许多方面存在着十分明显的优势:(1)反应条件温和,甚至在常温常压条件下也能实现甲烷电催化转化反应的发生;(2)可调控程度高,仅需调节关键实验参数如电压和电流等,就能实现对反应过程热力学以及动力学的调控;(3)能够利用可再生电能驱动甲烷转化反应的发生,可将低品阶的电能转化并存储为化学能.本文采用Ni中空纤维作为基底,在其表面构筑NiO活性层,将NiO@Ni中空纤维作为电极,实现了常温常压条件下的甲烷电催化转化.通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜等表征手段,确定了中空纤维特有的多孔三维结构、气体传输规律、NiO活性层分布状态等物化性质.通过电化学交流阻抗与循环伏安等测试手段,获得了电荷传递、电化学活性比表面积等电化学性质.恒电压电氧化甲烷研究发现,1%NiO@Ni中空纤维具有最优的催化活性,分别在1.44 V与1.46 V(vs.RHE)电势下获得54%的甲醇法拉第效率和85%的乙醇法拉第效率. 展开更多

In this paper, a multi-functional composite coating with low friction coefficient, high wear resistance and excellent tribocorrosion resistance is fabricated on AZ31 Mg alloys by micro-arc oxidation and spray-coating methods. The microstructure, and composition of the coating are characterized by SEM, EDS, XRD, and FT-IR. Potentiodynamic polarization and EIS tests are conducted to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the composite coating. The tribocorrosion property is also studied using pin-on-disk tribometer in 3.5 wt.% Na Cl solution. It is found that the composite coating possesses better long-term corrosion resistance than the single MAO coating. The tribocorrosion tests prove that the composite coating exhibits much better wear and tribocorrosion resistance than the single MAO coating and can protect the substrate from corrosion under a sliding condition. 展开更多

In order to study the effects of in-class and out-of-class activities of college English based on the mixed teaching model on the fostering of students' English learning and application ability,the attitudes of 215 freshmen of Agricultural College,Yanbian University towards inclass and out-of-class activities and their participation and completion of tasks were investigated by a questionnaire. The results show that a series of in-class and out-of-class activities could help improve the students' language competence as well as non-language competence such as learning strategies,emotional attitudes,and cultural awareness. The implementation and effect of school online courses were inferior to classroom teaching,but they provide reference and experience for future mixed teaching. 展开更多

The crystallization of the (Fe0.78Si_(0.09)B0.13)100-xNix glassy alloys (x=0, 2 and 5) has been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Corrosion resistance analyses have been carried out using electrochemical measurements and corrosion products have been analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results show that the addition of Ni can promote the nucleation of α-Fe, retard the decomposition of the metastable borides, and alter the crystallization mode of the present Fe-based glassy alloys. The lattice constant (a0Fe) of α-Fe in the annealed samples shows a decreasing trend with increasing annealing time. The Ni addition can improve the corrosion resistance of the as-quenched Fe-based glassy alloys in H2SO4, NaCl and NaOH solutions. The results indicate that Ni can promote the diffusion of Si atoms during quenching and annealing processes. 展开更多

A series of single Ce^(3+) doped and Ce^(3+) and Tb^(3+) co-doped Na_(2)BaCa(PO_(4))_(2)(NBCP) phosphors was synthesized by conventional solid-stated reaction method.The crystal structure,luminescence properties,thermal stability and energy transfer were carefully investigated.Ce^(3+) is inferred to substitute the Ba^(2+)site in NBCP lattice.The color-tunable emission from blue to green is observed by adjusting Tb^(3+) concentration among NBCP:0.03 Ce^(3+),yTb^(3+) phosphors.The energy transfer behavior from Ce^(3+) to Tb^(3+) ions is both illustrated by co-doped PL spectra and decay curves.The energy transfer efficiency is as high as 91.5%.The mechanism of energy transfer is resonance type of dipole-dipole transition.In this work,the optimal phosphor exhibits the excellent thermal stability which keeps at 94.9% of that initial value at room temperature when temperature reaches to 150℃.The Ce^(3+) and Tb^(3+) co-doped NBCP phosphor is a promising candidate for the application in the general lighting and display fields. 展开更多

We report on an experimental investigation on the dynamic decoherence process of molecular rotational wavepackets during femtosecond laser filamentation based on time-dependent mean wavelength shifts of a weak probe pulse. Details of periodic revival structures of transient alignment can be readily obtained from the measured shifted spectra due to the periodic modulation of the molecular refractive index. Using the method, we measured decoherence lifetimes of molecular rotational wavepackets in N_2 and O_2 under different experimental conditions. Our results indicate that decoherence lifetimes of molecular rotational wavepackets are primarily determined by the relative population of rotational states in the wave packet and intermolecular collisions,rather than the focusing intensity. 展开更多

Molecular ions,produced via ultrafast ionization,can be quantum emitters with the aid of resonant electronic couplings,which makes them the ideal candidates to study strong-field quantum optics.In this work,we experimentally and numerically investigate the necessary condition for observing a collective emission arising from macroscopic quantum polarization in a population-inverted N_(2)^(+)gain system,uncovering how the individual ionic emitters proceed into a coherent collection within hundreds of femtoseconds.Our results show that for a relatively high-gain case,the collective emission behaviors can be readily initiated for all the employed triggering pulse area.However,for a low-gain case,the superradiant amplification is quenched since the building time of macroscopic interionic quantum coherence exceeds the dipole dephasing time,in which situation the seed amplification and free induction decay play an essential role.These findings not only clarify the contentious key issue regarding to the amplification mechanism of N_(2)^(+)lasing but also show the unique characteristics of ultrashort laser-induced amplification in a molecular ion system where both the microscopic and macroscopic quantum coherence might be present. 展开更多

Pediatric cough is a heterogeneous condition in terms of symptoms and the underlying disease mechanisms.Symptom phenotypes hold complicated interactions between each other to form an intricate network structure.This study aims to investigate whether the network structure of pediatric cough symptoms is associated with the prognosis and outcome of patients.A total of 384 cases were derived from the electronic medical records of a highly experienced traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) physician.The data were divided into two groups according to the therapeutic effect,namely,an invalid group (group A with 40 cases of poor efficacy) and a valid group (group B with 344 cases of good efficacy).Several well-established analysis methods,namely,statistical test,correlation analysis,and complex network analysis,were used to analyze the data.This study reports that symptom networks of patients with pediatric cough are related to the effectiveness of treatment: a dense network of symptoms is associated with great difficulty in treatment.Interventions with the most different symptoms in the symptom network may have improved therapeutic effects. 展开更多

目的探讨自体骨髓有核细胞移植对卵巢功能减退相关疾病的临床疗效。方法基于2020年9月至2021年8月期间在上海计生所医院和上海新虹桥国际医学中心就诊的早发性卵巢功能不全、围绝经期综合征和反复辅助生殖失败的28例患者资料,开展自身... 目的探讨自体骨髓有核细胞移植对卵巢功能减退相关疾病的临床疗效。方法基于2020年9月至2021年8月期间在上海计生所医院和上海新虹桥国际医学中心就诊的早发性卵巢功能不全、围绝经期综合征和反复辅助生殖失败的28例患者资料,开展自身前后对照研究。对患者进行超声引导下自体骨髓有核细胞注入卵巢,比较治疗前后患者自觉症状报告情况、子宫内膜厚度、双侧卵巢体积和、双侧卵巢卵泡个数及双侧卵巢卵泡最大径和的变化,同时比较雌二醇、卵泡刺激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、孕酮、泌乳素及睾酮水平的变化。结果自体骨髓有核细胞移植治疗后,患者双侧卵巢卵泡数、双侧卵巢卵泡最大径和分别增加(1.26±2.12)个和(5.40±8.92)mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P=0.005,P=0.006)。治疗后子宫内膜厚度、双侧卵巢体积和有增加趋势,但差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。但在治疗前后单侧变化幅度更大的卵巢体积、卵泡个数和卵泡最大径的分析显示,治疗后卵巢体积、卵泡数量及卵泡最大径均增加,差异均具有统计学意义(P=0.007,P<0.001,P=0.002)。治疗后FSH、LH、孕酮和泌乳素水平降低,但差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。疾病类型分层分析显示,治疗后子宫内膜、双侧卵巢卵泡数和及卵泡最大径和呈增加趋势,但仅在围绝经期综合征患者中双侧卵泡个数和以及卵泡最大径和的差异具有统计学意义(P=0.008,P=0.047)。结论本研究提示自体骨髓有核细胞治疗可能在一定程度上改善卵巢功能,有望成为早发性卵巢功能不全、围绝经期综合征、反复辅助生殖失败患者的新治疗方法,但尚需扩大样本量进行深入研究。 展开更多
