The impact of genotyping strategies and statistical models on accuracy of genomic prediction for survival in pigs 被引量:1

Background:Survival from birth to slaughter is an important economic trait in commercial pig productions.Increasing survival can improve both economic efficiency and animal welfare.The aim of this study is to explore the impact of genotyping strategies and statistical models on the accuracy of genomic prediction for survival in pigs during the total growing period from birth to slaughter.Results:We simulated pig populations with different direct and maternal heritabilities and used a linear mixed model,a logit model,and a probit model to predict genomic breeding values of pig survival based on data of individual survival records with binary outcomes(0,1).The results show that in the case of only alive animals having genotype data,unbiased genomic predictions can be achieved when using variances estimated from pedigreebased model.Models using genomic information achieved up to 59.2%higher accuracy of estimated breeding value compared to pedigree-based model,dependent on genotyping scenarios.The scenario of genotyping all individuals,both dead and alive individuals,obtained the highest accuracy.When an equal number of individuals(80%)were genotyped,random sample of individuals with genotypes achieved higher accuracy than only alive individuals with genotypes.The linear model,logit model and probit model achieved similar accuracy.Conclusions:Our conclusion is that genomic prediction of pig survival is feasible in the situation that only alive pigs have genotypes,but genomic information of dead individuals can increase accuracy of genomic prediction by 2.06%to 6.04%. 展开更多

Objective: To understand the application of echocardiography combined with blood SAA, IL-6, PCT, and CRP detection in the diagnosis and treatment of Kawasaki disease in children. Methods: 56 children with Kawasaki disease were selected as the study subjects as the treatment group, and 54 children with other diseases during the same period were selected as the control group. Echocardiography, blood SAA, IL-6, PCT and CRP were detected before and after treatment to observe the results of the two groups. A database was established to compare the changes of various indicators between the two groups, as well as the application value of each indicator in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Kawasaki disease, and the pros and cons of the application of each indicator in the diagnosis and treatment of children with Kawasaki disease were analyzed, so as to provide a clearer early warning mechanism for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with Kawasaki disease. Results: There was no significant difference in the results of related imaging indexes in the control group before and after treatment (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the results of relevant imaging indicators in the treatment group before and after treatment (P > 0.05), except for LMCA (P < 0.05). The comparison of imaging related indicators before and after treatment between the two groups showed that except for no statistically significant difference in LMCA and RMCA before treatment (P > 0.05), all other indicators had statistical significance (P < 0.05). The results of relevant laboratory indexes in control group before and after treatment were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The results of relevant laboratory indexes before and after treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The results of relevant laboratory indicators were compared between the two groups, except for the results of SAA, IL-6 and PCT before treatment, which were not statistically significant (P > 0.05), the differences in all other indicators were statistically significant (P Conclusion: The combination of echocardiography with blood SAA, IL-6, PCT, and CRP detection can establish the optimal evaluation plan for accurate and effective diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of Kawasaki disease in children, providing more accurate and reliable diagnostic and treatment methods and laboratory data for clinical practice, and thus providing strong protection for children’s health. 展开更多

Result: The results of drug sensitivity test of Shuanghuanglian combined with Cefoperazone-Sulbactam sodium against the resistant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were compared with the results of drug sensitivity test of the two separately used, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) [The drug sensitivity test results of Shuanghuanglian and cefoperazone sulbactam sodium to Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant strains were statistically significant compared with the drug sensitivity test results of Shuanghuanglian and Cefoperazone Sulbactam Sodium used separately (P 〈 0.05)];There was a dependence between strains and concentration in the effect of the combination of the two drugs. Results on Pathogen Detection of Foot and Mouth Disease in Guangxi China and Analysis on Its Popular Spectrum

Objective: The study aims to understand the characteristics and epidemic trend of the pathogen of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Guangxi regions, China. Besides, it aims to analyze the differences of intestinal virus detection rate between anal swab and pharyngeal swab samples. Methods: Anal swab and pharyngeal swabs of suspected HFMD children were collected in our hospital from 2012 to 2015. Real-time fluorescent PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) was used to detect enterovirus 71 (EV71), coxsackie virus type 16 (CA16), and universal intestinal virus nucleic acid (EV). Composition and conversion of predominant pathogens were analyzed, and paired samples’ test results of swabs anal and pharyngeal swab were statistically analyzed. Results: There are 681 cases with enterovirus in 2351 cases of patients. Among those who got enterovirus, there are 501 cases of EV71, 102 cases of CA16 and 79 cases of EV. From 2012 to 2015, the total proportion of the virus detection is 46.47%, 16.23%, 41.02% and 15.33% respectively in each year, while the proportion of predominant epidemic virus is 93.93% of EV71, 66.12% of CA16, 89.30% of EV71 and 98.73% of EV, non-EV71, non-CA16 EV (from October to December in 2015). It’s obvious that the total virus detection rate in 2012 and 2014 is significantly higher than that in 2013 and 2015. There is statistical significance. Conclusion: The main HFMD pathogens are EV71 from 2012 to 2015 in Guangxi regions. In 2012 and 2014, the predominant epidemic pathogens were EV71, while in 2013 and 2015, the predominant epidemic pathogens turn to be CA16 and non-EV71, non-CA16 EV respectively. What’s more, collecting anal swab and pharyngeal swab virus at the same time for nucleic acid detection is of great significance to improve the HFMD laboratory diagnostic. 展开更多

Methods: The patients who were treated in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and the high risk and extremely high risk groups of grade I, II and III hypertension were selected for comparative analysis to explore their clinical significance. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in the number of patients with extremely high risk of grade II hypertension between men and women (P 0.05), which showed that there was no specificity in the concentration detection of serum uric acid and cystatin C in different grades of hypertension;there was no significant difference in serum uric acid concentration between grade II and grade III of hypertension with high risk grade and cystatin C concentration between grade I and grade III of hypertension with high risk grade (P > 0.05), but there was significant difference in the concentration detection of serum uric acid and cystatin C between the other groups (P < 0.05), which indicates that the detection of serum uric acid and cystatin C has important clinical significance in the high risk degree of hypertension. Conclusion: In the comparison of the detection of blood uric acid and cystatin C in different levels of hypertension with extremely high risk, the difference of cystatin C in grade I and grade III was not statistically significant, and the rest were statistically significant;therefore, the detection of serum uric acid and cystatin C can provide reliable laboratory data for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the extremely high risk degree of different levels of hypertension. 展开更多

Purpose: To understand the application of high-risk HPV detection combined with cervical cytology, colposcopy and pathology in cervical lesions of women in Tiandeng County. Method: Women in the outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were collected for high-risk HPV testing, TCT, colposcopy and pathological examination according to their personal wishes, to understand the application of relevant examinations in cervical lesions. Result: In 2021, the number of patients was 5801, among whom 1743 patients had received cervical cancer examination in the past, accounting for 30.05% of the total number of patients, and 5795 who had volunteered for TCT examination this time, accounting for 99.90% of the total;A total of 289 cases of atypical squamous cells with unclear significance (ASC-US) were detected, excluding 11 cases of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (ASC-H), 122 cases of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL), 16 cases of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL), 2 cases of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), and 4 cases of atypical adenocyte (AGC);Atypical cervical adenocytosis and cervical carcinoma in situ were not detected. The number of people who volunteered for high-risk HPV testing was 4237, and the number of positive cases was 740, accounting for 17.47% of the screening population;Among 740 HPV-positive patients, 488 high-risk HPV-positive patients were selected for TCT examination, and 87 patients were found to be TCT positive;From 401 high-risk HPV-positive and TCT negative patients, 287 patients with possible lesions were screened out for colposcopy;The results showed that 60 patients may have certain cervical lesions and need further pathological examination and the results showed that 28 patients had CTN1 and 18 patients had CIN2 - 3. In 2022, 8840 patients received medical treatment, among which 3188 patients had received cervical cancer examination in the past, accounting for 36.06% of the total number of patients, and 8314 patients voluntarily underwent TCT examination, accounting for 94.05% of the total number of patients. 434 cases of atypical squamous cells with ambiguous meaning (ASC-US) were detected, excluding 13 cases of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (ASC-H), 217 cases of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL), 35 cases of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL), 1 case of squamous cell carcinoma, and 4 cases of atypical adenocarcinoma (AGC);Atypical cervical adenocytosis and cervical carcinoma in situ were not detected. The number of volunteers for high-risk HPV testing was 3871 cases, and the number of positive cases was 654 cases, accounting for 16.89% of the screening number. 527 high-risk HPV-positive patients were selected from 654 HPV-positive patients for TCT examination, and the number of TCT-positive patients was found to be 49. From 478 high-risk HPV-positive patients with TCT negative, 276 patients with possible lesions were screened out for colposcopy;The results showed that 66 patients may have certain cervical lesions and need further pathological examination;and then the results showed that 31 cases of CTN1 and 6 cases of CIN2 - 3. Conclusion: Gynecological high-risk HPV examination can provide better etiological sources for cervical cancer screening;Cervical cytology examination has high sensitivity;Colposcopy examination has high specificity;Pathological examination can be used as an effective supplement for cervical cytology examination and colposcopy;So high-risk HPV combined with cytology examination, colposcopy examination and pathological examination has high clinical application value;It is worth popularizing and applying. 展开更多

The purpose of this study is to investigate the disease distribution of tuberculosis in national regional project. 960 patients were selected from national tuberculosis control program who took treatments in the Fourth People’s Hospital Clinical Laboratory in Nanning Guangxi from January to November in 2013. Then we observed all those patients’ disease distribution and analyzed all the lab test indexes. We analyzed the results according to gender and age distribution. From the age distribution, we found that the incidence was lower at the age of 40 or younger, while higher incidence occurred to patients over 40 years old. There is statistical significance comparing these two age groups. P is less than 0.001. Disease distribution: 731 patients were infected with TB;21 patients were co-infected with tuberculosis (TB) and HIV. 196 patients were co-infected with TB and fungal. 12 patients were co-infected with TB, HIV and fungal. From the laboratory testing, we know there were 87 patients whose liver function indexes were abnormal. There were 192 patients whose blood RT indexes were abnormal. The liver function and blood RT indexes of patients with co-infection were higher than those infected purely. There is statistical significance in comparison P < 0.05. The study indicates that patients with older age are more likely infected with tuberculosis. In addition, there are a high proportion of patients with co-infection among these patients in this study. Meanwhile, the liver functions and blood RT indexes of patients combining with infection are higher than those infected TB purely. Prompt clinical prevention and treatment should be under reasonable inspections. General analysis can enable us to investigate more effective treatment plan. Objective: To establish the diagnostic concentration range of urine cystatin C and the control level of urine cystatin C for patients with renal injury, and to help promote the establishment of standardization of urine cystatin C detection. Methods: 150 urine specimens and blood specimens from kidney injury patients and healthy people were collected, and stored in the refrigerator at -80°C for later use. After the specimens were collected, they were uniformly tested. Comparing the difference of blood and urine cystatin C between the kidney injury group and the healthy control group, the application value of urine cystatin C in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney injury was put forward. Results: The concentrations of cystatin C in urine and blood of renal injury group were 1.04 ± 2.14 mg/L and 1.94 ± 2.36 mg/L respectively;the concentrations of cystatin C in urine and blood of healthy control group were 0.11 ± 0.05 mg/L and 0.83 ± 0.20 mg/L respectively. The urine and blood cystatin C of the kidney injury group were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group. Compared the results of the two groups, the t values were 5.3210 and 5.7399, respectively. The P value is 0.0000;the difference is statistically significant;in comparison of urine and blood cystatin C in the kidney injury group, the value is that t = 3.4600, P = 0.0003;in comparison of urine and blood cystatin C in the healthy control group, the value is that t = 42.7744, P = 0.0000. By investigating the urine cystatin C concentration of patients with kidney injury, whether it is kidney injury or healthy controls, urine cystatin C is significantly lower than blood cystatin C. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the concentration of urinary cystatin C in the healthy control group is 0.11 ± 0.05 mg/L. The reference interval of urinary cystatin C proposed in this study is 0.06 - 0.16 mg/L, which can be established by comprehensive multi center research. Through a multi-center study of the baseline level of urinary cystatin C in patients with renal injury, the diagnostic concentration interval of urinary cystatin C and the control level of urine cystatin C for renal injury patients were established. 展开更多

Objective: This research aims to explore the clinical curative effect for the treatment peripheral nerve injury growth factor of Mecobalamin combined with nerve. Methods: 150 cases of patients with peripheral nerve injury treated in the hospital in July were selected from 2011 to 2013. Those patients were randomly divided into three groups according to the types of injured nerve and the undergoing treatment order. 50 cases are for each group. Patients in group A were injected with 0.5 mg Mecobalamin by intravenous injection. It lasted for once a day, for 10 days. Later, 0.5 mg Mecobalamin was changed to be taken orally, three times a day, a course of treatment. And a course is 3 to 6 weeks. 50 patients in group B were injected with nerve growth factor for 30 micrograms by intramuscular injection, once a day, a course of treatment. And a course is 3 to 6 weeks. While in group C, 50 patients were treated with Mecobalamin (0.5 mg, intravenous injection, once a day) combined with nerve growth factor (30 mg, intramuscular injection, once a day). A course lasted 3 to 6 weeks. The purpose is to observe the therapeutic effect of two different drugs on patients with peripheral nerve injury. Results: The curative effect of Mecobalamin combined with nerve growth factors for the treatment of peripheral nerve injury in group C is more significant than the single drug treatment in group A and group B. Peripheral nerve injury after sensorimotor function rating evaluation of curative effect made by The British Medical Research Institute of Neurotrauma Society was applied in this research. The comparison of the results of 3 groups after treatment is showed as follows. As to the sensory recovery above level II, the curative effect in C group is generally better than in group A and group B, the approximate chi square test H = 13.6573, P = 0.0011. About motion recovery situation, there is a statistical significance in group A and group C which recovered V level X<sup>2</sup> = 3.8431, P = 0.0499, while there is no obvious difference in group B (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Some certain curative effect is presented of Mecobalamin combined with nerve growth factor in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury, which has an important clinical significance. More than 90% of HIV-positive children come from mother-to-child transmission, so mother-to-child interdiction is the main measure to prevent AIDS in children. Relevant data show that the incidence of mother-to-child transmission of HIV usually fluctuates between 15% and 50% without intervention. Standardized and effective comprehensive intervention can reduce the transmission rate of mother to child to less than 1%. At present, it is believed that mother-to-child transmission of AIDS can be blocked by comprehensive intervention, and its mechanism has been clearly studied. Combined with highly effective antiviral treatment, safe labor and artificial feeding, the mother to child transmission rate can be reduced to less than 1%. However, due to the effect of drugs on mother-to-child transmission of AIDS may lead to some changes in the main biochemical indicators of mother-to-child, there is no systematic analysis of the viral load, T lymphocyte subsets and major biochemical indicators of HIV/AIDS pregnant women before and after maternal-to-child transmission. In this study, the viral load, T lymphocyte subsets and major biochemical indicators of HIV/AIDS pregnant women before and after maternal-infant blockade were dynamically analyzed. It is hoped that this study will help to observe the basic physical fitness and disease development of pregnant women with HIV/AIDS during pregnancy, to provide a strong basis for the treatment and evaluation of maternal-infant blockade of HIV/AIDS pregnant women, and to establish a complete set of laboratory indicators to understand the body status of pregnant women at all stages to minimize the probability of fetal transmission, which will make good economic and social benefits. 展开更多

<strong>Objective: </strong>To explore the therapeutic effect of autologous blood reinfusion combined with controlled hypotension in surgical spinal fixation during the outbreak of COVID-19. <strong>... <strong>Objective: </strong>To explore the therapeutic effect of autologous blood reinfusion combined with controlled hypotension in surgical spinal fixation during the outbreak of COVID-19. <strong>Methods: </strong>30 patients with spinal internal fixation autologous blood transfusion combined with controlled hypotension were selected as the subjects during the epidemic period from December 2019 to June 2020 in our hospital and during the operation, on the basis of routine blood pressure reduction, the American Haemonetice Corporation autologous blood continuous reinfusion system was used to infuse the blood recovered during the operation to the patient through filtration and other procedures. <strong>Results:</strong> 30 patients had no complications such as fever and hemolysis;And after the operation, the tube was dialed according to the drainage volume, the cervical thoracic and lumbar brace was customized, and the patient walked on the ground for one week;After no abnormalities, the patient was discharged. Intraoperative comparison of white blood cells (WBC), red blood cells (RBC), red blood cell pressure (HCT), hemoglobin (HGB), and coagulation time (PT) of patients with autologous blood before and after transfusion showed statistically significant differences before and after surgery (P < 0.001). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> During the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, the internal fixation of spinal surgery used a recovery machine to collect intraoperative blood for reinfusion. Intraoperative antihypertensive drugs were used to control blood pressure within a certain safe range. Background: The objective of the present study was to estimate(co)variance components of female fertility traits in Chinese Holsteins, considering fertility traits in different parities as different traits. Data on 88,647 females with 215,632 records(parities) were collected during 2000 to 2014 from 32 herds in the Sanyuan Lvhe Dairy Cattle Center, Beijing, China. The analyzed female fertility traits included interval from calving to first insemination, interval from first to last insemination, days open, conception rate at first insemination, number of inseminations per conception and non-return rates within 56 days after first insemination.Results: The descriptive statistics showed that the average fertility of heifers was superior to that of cows. Moreover,the genetic correlations between the performances of a trait in heifers and in cows were all moderate to high but far from one, which suggested that the performances of a trait in heifers and cows should be considered as different but genetically correlated traits in genetic evaluations. On the other hand, genetic correlations between performances of a trait in different parities of cows were greater than 0.87, with only a few exceptions, but variances were not homogeneous across parities for some traits. The estimated heritabilities of female fertility traits were low; all were below 0.049(except for interval from calving to first insemination). Additionally, the heritabilities of the heifer interval traits were lower than those of the corresponding cow interval traits. Moreover, the heritabilities of the interval traits were higher than those of the threshold traits when measuring similar fertility functions. In general, estimated genetic correlations between traits were highly consistent with the biological categories of the female fertility traits.Conclusions: Interval from calving to first insemination, interval from first to last insemination and non-return rates within 56 days after first insemination are recommended to be included in the selection index of the Chinese Holstein population. The parameters estimated in the present study will facilitate the development of a genetic evaluation system for female fertility traits to improve the reproduction efficiency of Chinese Holsteins. 展开更多

Background:Genotyping by sequencing(GBS)still has problems with missing genotypes.Imputation is important for using GBS for genomic predictions,especially for low depths,due to the large number of missing genotypes.Minor allele frequency(MAF)is widely used as a marker data editing criteria for genomic predictions.In this study,three imputation methods(Beagle,IMPUTE2 and FImpute software)based on four MAF editing criteria were investigated with regard to imputation accuracy of missing genotypes and accuracy of genomic predictions,based on simulated data of livestock population.Results:Four MAFs(no MAF limit,MAF≥0.001,MAF≥0.01 and MAF≥0.03)were used for editing marker data before imputation.Beagle,IMPUTE2 and FImpute software were applied to impute the original GBS.Additionally,IMPUTE2 also imputed the expected genotype dosage after genotype correction(GcIM).The reliability of genomic predictions was calculated using GBS and imputed GBS data.The results showed that imputation accuracies were the same for the three imputation methods,except for the data of sequencing read depth(depth)=2,where FImpute had a slightly lower imputation accuracy than Beagle and IMPUTE2.GcIM was observed to be the best for all of the imputations at depth=4,5 and 10,but the worst for depth=2.For genomic prediction,retaining more SNPs with no MAF limit resulted in higher reliability.As the depth increased to 10,the prediction reliabilities approached those using true genotypes in the GBS loci.Beagle and IMPUTE2 had the largest increases in prediction reliability of 5 percentage points,and FImpute gained 3 percentage points at depth=2.The best prediction was observed at depth=4,5 and 10 using GcIM,but the worst prediction was also observed using GcIM at depth=2.Conclusions:The current study showed that imputation accuracies were relatively low for GBS with low depths and high for GBS with high depths.Imputation resulted in larger gains in the reliability of genomic predictions for GBS with lower depths.These results suggest that the application of IMPUTE2,based on a corrected GBS(GcIM)to improve genomic predictions for higher depths,and FImpute software could be a good alternative for routine imputation. 展开更多

Many factors can influence the genotyping quality. One is that heterozygous genotypes could be wrongly genotyped as homozygotes,dependent on the genotyping depths. In this study, a method correcting this type of genotyping error was demonstrated. The efficiency of this correction method and its effect on genomic prediction were assessed using simulated data of livestock populations.Results: Chip array(Chip) and four depths of GBS data was simulated. After quality control(call rate ≥ 0.8 and MAF ≥ 0.01), the remaining number of Chip and GBS SNPs were both approximately 7,000, averaged over 10 replicates. GBS genotypes were corrected with the proposed method. The reliability of genomic prediction was calculated using GBS, corrected GBS(GBSc), true genotypes for the GBS loci(GBSr) and Chip data. The results showed that GBSc had higher rates of correct genotype calls and higher correlations with true genotypes than GBS. For genomic prediction, using Chip data resulted in the highest reliability. As the depth increased to 10, the prediction reliabilities using GBS and GBSc data approached those using true GBS data. The reliabilities of genomic prediction using GBSc data were 0.604, 0.672, 0.684 and 0.704 after genomic correction, with the improved values of 0.013, 0.009, 0.006 and 0.001 at depth = 2, 4, 5 and 10, respectively.Conclusions: The current study showed that a correction method for GBS data increased the genotype accuracies and, consequently, improved genomic predictions. These results suggest that a correction of GBS genotype is necessary, especially for the GBS data with low depths. 展开更多

Results: From the 4269 cases of HIV/AIDS patients’ bacteria, 5045 cases were cultured whose main flora distribution wasCandida albicans, 1759 cases. The second one was penicillium, 982 cases. The third one was mycobacteria, 557 cases. And then there are 213 cases ofCryptococcus neoformans, 212 cases of?Klebsiella pneumonia, 209 cases of?E. coli, 157 cases of coagulase-negative staphylococci, 112 cases of?Candida tropicalis, 90 cases of glabrata, 81 cases of?Staphylococcus aureus, 75 cases of?Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 60 cases of Salmonella, 48 cases of Acinetobacter and the distribution of the rest of cultured bacterial was less than 40 cases. Conclusion: There are many kinds of types of Pathogenic bacteria in HIV/AIDS patients with the opportunity to infectious. And the majorities are?Candida albicans,?Penicillium marneffei,?Penicillium,?Mycobacterium,?Cryptococcus neoformans?and so on. The infection sites are widely distributed;respiratory and circulatory are the main infected system. Improving the detection rate and reducing the contamination rate can truly reflect the distribution of pathogenic bacteria, and the distribution can guide the infection work in hospital. Objective: To investigate the application value of electrostimulation biofeedback therapy in combination with vaginal dumbbell therapy to postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 200 cases of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction patients discharged from the hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 as study subjects who were excluded other underlying diseases and were randomly divided into two groups of 100 cases per group, using electrostimulation biofeedback therapy combined vaginal dumbbell therapy as a treatment group. The treatment of electrostimulation biofeedback therapy in combination with kegel was treated as a control group. Then the curative effects of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in EMG value of postpartum pelvic floor treatment, type I muscle strength, type II muscle strength, muscle type I fatigue, type II fatigue and POP-Q detection results between the two groups before treatment, p > 0.05. There were significant differences in type I muscle strength, type II muscle strength and muscle type I fatigue between the pelvic floor muscles and the muscles at the end of the treatment day, the sixth month and one year after treatment, p ?There was no statistically significant difference at?the end of muscle type II fatigue?treatment day, p > 0.05;while after the treatment of six months and one year, the difference was statistically significant, p 0.05. In addition, the treatment group and the control group were compared before and after treatment, the difference of myoelectric potential value, pelvic floor muscle type I muscle strength, type II muscle strength, muscle type I fatigue degree, type II fatigue degree and POP-Q test result were significant, and the changes in the indicators before and after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group. Comparison of urinary incontinence between the two groups before and after treatment, the difference between pre-treatment and the end of treatment day was not statistically significant, p > 0.05;there was significant difference between half a year and one year after treatment (p 0.05, respectively).
