Background:EBV-miR-BARTs exhibit significant relevance in epithelial tumors,particularly in EBVassociated gastric and nasopharyngeal cancers.However,their specific mechanisms in the initiation and progression of gastric cancer remain insufficiently explored.Material and Methods:Initially,EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p and its target gene SMAD4 expression were assessed in EBV-associated gastric cancer tissues and cell lines.Subsequent transfection induced overexpression of EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p in AGS and MKN-45,and downregulation in EBVpositive cells(SUN-719).The subsequent evaluation aimed to observe their impact on gastric cancer cell proliferation,migration,and glycolytic processes,with the TGF-β/SMAD4 signaling pathway value clarified using a TGF-βinhibitor.Results:EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p exhibits pronounced upregulation in EBV-associated gastric cancer tissues and EBV-positive cells,while its target gene SMAD4 demonstrates downregulated expression.Upregulation of it can promote the proliferation and migration of gastric cancer cells.Additionally,We found EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p promotes glycolysis of gastric cancer cells.Inhibition of the TGF-β/SMAD4 signaling pathway resulted in suppressed proliferation and migration of gastric cancer cells,concomitant with a diminished glycolytic capacity.Conclusion:In this study,we found that EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p can target SMAD4,effectively increasing glycolysis in gastric cancer cells by regulating the TGF-β/SMAD4 signaling pathway,thereby enhancing the proliferation and metastasis of gastric cancer cells.Our findings may offer new insights into the metabolic aspects of gastric cancer. 展开更多

The cerebral blood flow was measured by transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCCD) 24 h after CPR, and the differences were compared between the two groups in stroke index, diastolic blood flow velocity (Vd), systolic peak blood flow velocity (Vs) and mean peak blood flow velocity (Vm). The ROC curve of cerebral blood flow after CPR was drawn to predict the prognosis of brain function. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Results</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">: The data showed that the pulsatility index of middle cerebral artery of the poor prognosis group decreased within 24 h</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">;</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p < 0.05);the Vd, Vs, Vm increased in the good prognosis group</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">;</span><span style="font-family:;" "=""><span style="font-family:Verdana;">the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p < 0.05). The ROC curve of cerebral blood flow after CPR was drawn to predict the prognosis of brain function, and the results showed that the area under the curve and the optimal critical value of cerebral blood flow were 0.731 and 5.69. The sensitivity and specificity were 67.3% and 79.1% respectively. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Conclusion</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">: The cerebral blood flow increase in the early stage of successful CPR is positively correlated with the prognosis of cerebral functional resuscitation. The congenital yield reduction caused by miss-seeding in spoon-type seed-metering device of small and medium-sized potato planter is huge.Based on the physical mechanism of different measured capacitance values between two fixed capacitor plates with different media,a miss-seeding detection scheme based on a spatial capacitance sensor is proposed first.A simple and efficient spatial capacitance sensor that can obtain as large capacitance measurement value as possible is designed,and a dual CPU coordinated seed-monitoring and compensation control system architecture is adopted.AD7745 is selected for the capacitance measure of the spatial capacitance sensor,and the code of grating encoder is also recorded at the same time.Thereby,when each potato spoon passing through the space surrounded by the capacitor plates,the maximum net capacitance fluctuation and its corresponding position can be acquired.A suitable threshold can distinguish between normal-seeding and miss-seeding effectively.Moreover,it should be emphasized that,this monitoring system only requires one monitoring point.Then,based on obtained information,an improved miss-seeding catching-up compensation plan is put forward.By utilizing the powerful memory capability of the CPU,this system does not need to complete compensation immediately after the miss-seeding identification.Instead,the miss-seeding information and the location of the accident can be just marked in advance,and only when the opportunity arrives,can the miss-seeding catching-up compensation be truly executed.In this way,the position of the seed-monitoring points can be free from restriction,and the control strategy can therefore be significantly simplified.The soil tank test data showed that,the identification accuracy of the miss-seeding detection system was not less than 94%.When the seed-metering chain speeds are 0.2,0.3,and 0.4 m/s,the average success rates of the miss-seeding compensation system are 94.32%,83.65%,and 75.00%,respectively.The final miss-seeding rate can be below 3%,and the average deviation compensation rate was not higher than 30%,the miss-seeding was suppressed significantly.This system is a beneficial try in the non-photoelectric detection field and low complexity miss-seeding compensation for potato seeding. 展开更多

As a promising candidate seed cell type in regenerative medicine, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have attracted considerable attention. The unique capacity of MSCs to exert a regulatory effect on immunity in an autologous/allergenic manner makes them an attractive therapeutic cell type for immune disorders. In this review, we discussed the current knowledge of and advances in MSCs, including its basic biological properties, i.e., multilineage differentiation, secretome, and immunomodulation. Specifically, on the basis of our previous work, we proposed three new concepts of MSCs, i.e.,“subtotipotent stem cell” hypothesis, MSC system, and “Yin and Yang” balance of MSC regulation, which may bring new insights into our understanding of MSCs. Furthermore, we analyzed data from the Clinical Trials database (http://clinicaltrials.gov) on registered clinical trials using MSCs to treat a variety of immune diseases, such as graft-versus-host disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, and multiple sclerosis. In addition, we highlighted MSC clinical trials in China and discussed the challenges and future directions in the field of MSC clinical application. 展开更多

The yield reduction caused by miss-seeding in potato mechanized sowing is astonishing.The existing research always needs to install a spare compensator on the original seed-metering device.Therefore,problems of complex planter structure and compensated potato seed poor landing accuracy need to be solved urgently.Consequently,a scheme of integrated seeding and compensating potato planter based on one-way clutch is proposed in this paper.Based on a basic‘improved one raw potato planter’and the working principle of one-way clutch,power of seed-metering system is provided through main power transmission one-way clutch by land wheels when the system works properly.However,when miss-seeding detection system with infrared radiation deciding that a miss-seeding incident has happened,the seed-metering power will be replaced by a compensatory motor through compensating one-way clutch at a higher speed.Thus,the idea of catching-up compensation can be realized.After compensation is completed,the system controller disconnects the compensatory motor,and the seed-metering power will naturally switch to the land wheels again.A prototype based on this idea was built.Field tests showed that the accuracy of seed monitoring system is more than 99.9%;the adoption of catching-up compensation scheme does not bring about empty spoon rate rise significantly.Within the range of 0.2-0.8 m/s of the seed-metering chain speed,although the average success compensation rate decreases evidently with the increase of the chain speed,the success compensation rate is still near 70%even at 0.8 m/s,the vast majority of missed seeds can be compensated effectively. 展开更多

Solar greenhouses have been used for producing vegetables in northern China during early spring,late autumn or over-winter.To improve the thermal performance of solar greenhouses,a traditional type and a retrofitted design were comparatively evaluated.In the retrofitted design,three adjustments were incorporated:the material and structure of the walls,south-facing roof angle,and structure of the north-facing back-roof.The results indicated that the thermal and light performance of the retrofitted greenhouse was much better than that of the traditional greenhouse.Specifically,the daily mean temperature,minimum air temperature,and soil temperature inside the greenhouses after retrofit ting were increased by 1.3,2.4,and 1.9℃,respectively,meanwhile,the daily total solar radiation and PAR were increased by 28.2%and 9.2%,respectively.The wall temperature and its daily variation range were reduced with increasing depth and height.The characteristic analysis of heat storage and release indicated that higher locations have longer heat storage,and shorter heat release time in vertical direction,as well as a lower ratio of heat release to storage.In horizontal direction,the western wall has the shortest heat storage time but the highest heat release flux density.Altogether,the heat storage time of the wall is 1.5 h less than that of the soil.The heat storage flux density of the wall is 1.5 times of that of the soil,but the heat release flux is only 61%of the soil’s value.The total wall heat storage is half of that of the soil in the greenhouse;the total wall heat release amount is only a quarter of that of the soil.Therefore,the thermal environment of solar greenhouses can be further improved by improving the thermal insulation properties of the wall. 展开更多

Government policy-group integration and policy-chain inference are significant to the execution of strategies in current Chinese society.Specifically,the coordination of hierarchical policies implemented among government departments is one of the key challenges to rural revitalization.In recent years,various well-established quantitative methods have been proposed to evaluate policy coordination,but the majority of these relied on manual analysis,which can lead to subjective results.Thus,in this paper,a novel approach called“policy knowledge graph for the coordination among the government departments”(PG-CODE)is proposed,which incorporates topic modeling into policy knowledge graphs.Similar to a knowledge graph,a policy knowledge graph uses a graph-structured data model to integrate policy discourse.With latent Dirichlet allocation embedding,a policy knowledge graph could capture the underlying topics of the policies.Furthermore,coordination strength and topic diffusion among hierarchical departments could be inferred from the PG-CODE,as it can provide a better representation of coordination within the policy space.We implemented and evaluated the PG-CODE in the field of rural innovation and entrepreneurship policy,and the results effectively demonstrate improved coordination among departments. 展开更多

Layered MoTe2 has shown great promises for optoelectronics and energy-storage applications due to its exceptional optical and electrochemical properties.To date,considerable efforts have been devoted to fabricating layered MoTe2 with lateral orientation by means of mechanical/chemical exfoliation and chemical vapor deposition(CVD)methods.As compared to its horizontal counterparts,vertically aligned MoTe2 with higher density of active edge sites is expected to possess unique optoelectronic and electrochemical properties,while which has not been reported yet.In this work,we report a versatile and scalable CVD growth of vertically aligned MoTe2 with length of up to〜7.5 fjm on Mo foil.Remarkably,the dominant phase of the vertically aligned MoTe2 can be tuned from 2H to 1T’by increasing the growth temperature from 630 to 7800C.Owing to the weak interaction between the as-grown MoTe2 and Mo foil,the as-grown MoTe2 can be easily detached from the Mo foil.This in turn enabled economic reuse of the Mo foil for multiple growth.Moreover,the vertical growth of the MoTe2 is proposed to be caused by the internal strain generated during tellurization of Mo foil.Furthermore,the as-grown MoTe2 can also be directly dispersed in solvent to produce high-quality MoTe2 nanosheets.The versatility of this growth strategy was further demonstrated by fabricating other vertically aligned transition metal chalcogenides(TMDs)such as TaTe2 and MoSe2.Hence,this work paves the path towards achieving unique TMDs structures to enable high-performance optoelectronic and electrochemical devices. 展开更多

Nobiletin(NOB) may have a potential effect on metabolic syndrome. In the present study, we aimed to explore the latent mechanisms of NOB for the treatment of metabolic syndrome based on network pharmacology and molecular docking methods. The potential targets of NOB were retrieved and identified from six databases, such as the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database. The metabolic syndrome-related targets were retrieved from six databases as follows: the Drug Bank database, Gene Cards database, the Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man database, Pharm GKB database, Therapeutic Target Database, and Dis Ge Net database. Gene ontology(GO) analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) analysis of 60 intersected genes were performed in R software(Bioconductor, cluster Profiler) to investigate the molecular mechanisms. Subsequently, the ingredient-target-pathway network of NOB was constructed and visualized through Cytoscape 3.8.0 software. Protein-protein interaction network was constructed to screen hub genes in the treatment of NOB on metabolic syndrome through The Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/Proteins and visualized by Cytoscape 3.8.0 software. Afterward, molecular docking was used to analyze the score of the hub genes with NOB. Cumulatively, 105 targets of NOB were identified. Moreover, 1975 metabolic syndrome-related genes were acquired from six databases after combining and deleting the repeated items, and the overlap of metabolic syndrome-related genes with NOB-related target genes identified 60 intersection genes of NOB against metabolic syndrome. Moreover, 1858 GO entries of NOB on metabolic syndrome were identified, and 153 pathways were screened based on GO and KEGG analyses. The target hub genes of NOB in Met S treatment were TP53, MAPK8, AKT1, GSK3B, HSP90AA1, CTNNB1, JUN, AR, ESR1, CCND1, HRAS, TNF, and PPARA. It was confirmed that lipid and atherosclerosis, together with the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, were putatively critical pathways of NOB in the treatment of metabolic syndrome. The molecular docking results revealed that most of 13 hub genes had a strong binding to NOB. Due to the versatile actions of NOB, it had the potential action on metabolic syndrome by multiple targets and multiple pathways. 展开更多

Tdmercaptotriazine-functionalized polystyrene chelating resin was prepared and employed for the adsorption of Ag(I) from aqueous solution. The adsorbent was characterized according to the following techniques: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy and the Brunauer-Emmet-Teller method. The effects of initial Ag(I) concentration, contact time, solution pH and coexisting ions on the adsorption capacity of Ag(I) were systematically investigated. The maximum adsorption capacity of AgO) was up to 187.1 mg/g resin at pH 0.0 and room temperature. The kinetic experiments indicated that the adsorption rate of Ag(I) onto the chelating resin was quite fast in the first 60 rain and reached adsorption equilibrium after 360 min. The adsorption process can be well described by the pseudo second-order kinetic model and the equilibrium adsorption isotherm was closely fitted by the Langmuir model. Moreover, the chelating resin could selectively adsorb more Ag(I) ions than other heavy metal ions including: Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Pb(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅲ) during competitive adsorption in the binary metal species systems, which indicated that it was a highly selective adsorbent of Ag(I) from aqueous solution. 展开更多

Potato seed-monitoring is the premise of its precise planting.But,for anti-dust,anti-vibration performance and durability,the existing photoelectric monitoring schemes have obvious congenital defects.So,a capacitive precision seed-monitoring idea was proposed in this study.Its theoretical basis is that the variation of dielectric between the capacitor plates will inevitably induce the fluctuation of the detected capacitance value.Therefore,the construction of a space capacitance sensor,and the acquisition of the net capacitance fluctuation caused by the seed spoon passing through the space area of the capacitor plates,were the core focuses of this study.Firstly,the system theory and working principle were introduced.Next,a space capacitance sensor that meets all the requirements was analyzed and constructed.And then,its spatial arrangement was described in detail,and most important of all,the technology roadmap of the net capacitance fluctuation measurement was put forward.For this purpose,MAX038 and GD32F407 were selected to work together to measure the capacitance.In this way,the top value of the space capacitance when a spoon passed through the space capacitance sensor was detected,at the same time,the corresponding grating encoder information was also recorded,so,the net capacitance fluctuation of this process was calculated.Based on this result,normal-seeding,miss-seeding,and multi-seeding were identified.More subtly,with the cooperation of the grating encoder,the position of the seed-metering monitoring point was configured freely.Just for miss-seeding,a predictive impact compensation concept was suggested.Based on the theories above,the software core links related to seed-monitoring and compensation control were analyzed.Finally,a potato planter test bed based on this study was built.Taking the Long-7 cutting potato as test samples,it was found that,the capacitance measurement error was no higher than 0.6%;no misjudgment on miss-seeding was found,however,for normal-seeding and multi-seeding,there was a small amount of identification of the opposite kind was found,but not more than 1.0%and 1.5%,respectively.Because of the flexibility of the seed-metering monitoring point layout,the predictive impact compensation can also be arranged according to actual needs,and the mechanism of the impact compensation system is simple and direct,which makes it cheap and fast.Nevertheless,a lower compensating seed potato tank filling rate is conducive to the average compensation success rate at an acceptable level.This research has laid the engineering foundation for the industrial application of potato non-photoelectric seed-metering monitoring and miss-seeding compensation. 展开更多
