目的分析多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(PAOD)中的诊断效果,通过临床病例对比分析MSCTA与下肢动脉数字减影血管造影(DSA)在诊断PAOD上的一致性。方法选择2019年1月至2020年11月本院收录的86例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者MS... 目的分析多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(PAOD)中的诊断效果,通过临床病例对比分析MSCTA与下肢动脉数字减影血管造影(DSA)在诊断PAOD上的一致性。方法选择2019年1月至2020年11月本院收录的86例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者MSCTA与DSA检查图像进行影像学诊断,并对诊断结果做统计学分析,以DSA诊断结果作为金标准分8节段计算MSCTA诊断敏感度、特异度与准确率,同时对阳性、阴性诊断预测做差异性比较。结果86例患者的MSCTA与DSA检查下肢动脉各688个节段图像中,MSCTA诊断结果中共663个节段与DSA结果一致,一致率为96.37%,一致性检验中Kappa值为0.974;MSCTA对比DSA诊断结果差异性比较中,敏感度、特异度与准确率,阳性、阴性预测值均大于90%。结论在诊断PAOD时,MSCTA能够有效的检查、评估下肢动脉硬化闭塞症动脉狭窄情况,可为后续治疗方案提供参考依据。 展开更多

目的研究镁对下肢动脉粥样硬化闭塞性大鼠股-月国动脉内皮细胞lncRNA-sONE的影响。方法 100只动脉粥样硬化闭塞性大鼠随机分为模型组22例和实验组22例。随机选取100只SD大鼠,纵向切开腹股沟,暴露股-月国动脉,不进行剪切和剥离。其他为... 目的研究镁对下肢动脉粥样硬化闭塞性大鼠股-月国动脉内皮细胞lncRNA-sONE的影响。方法 100只动脉粥样硬化闭塞性大鼠随机分为模型组22例和实验组22例。随机选取100只SD大鼠,纵向切开腹股沟,暴露股-月国动脉,不进行剪切和剥离。其他为假手术组25例。实验组大鼠灌胃30 mg/(kg·d)^(-1)镁溶液,假手术组和模型组大鼠灌胃等量生理盐水。各组干预时间均为2周。自动生化分析仪检测各组大鼠血脂水平,自动生化分析仪检测各组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平。结果镁可影响脂质过氧化,保护细胞膜,维持线粒体功能,拮抗Ca^(2+)内流,影响lncRNA-sONE的表达。实验组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镁可有效调节动脉粥样硬化闭塞性大鼠高脂血症水平,改善大鼠股月国动脉内皮中lncRNA-sONE的功能,修复内皮损伤。其作用机制可能与抑制股-月国动脉lncRNA-sONE的表达有关。 展开更多

Many empirical models have been developed to describe the soil water retention curve (SWRC). In this study, a fractal model for SWRC was derived with a specially constructed Menger sponge to describe the fractal scaling behavior of soil; relationships were established among the fractal dimension of SWRC, the fractal dimension of soil mass, and soil texture; and the model was used to estimate SWRC with the estimated results being compared to experimental data for verification. The derived fractal model was in a power-law form, similar to the Brooks-Corey and Campbell empirical functions. Experimental data of particle size distribution (PSD), texture, and soil water retention for 10 soils collected at different places in China were used to estimate the fractal dimension of SWRC and the mass fractal dimension. The fractal dimension of SWRC and the mass fractal dimension were linearly related. Also, both of the fractal dimensions were dependent on soil texture, i.e., clay and sand contents. Expressions were proposed to quantify the relationships. Based on the relationships, four methods were used to determine the fractal dimension of SWRC and the model was applied to estimate soil water content at a wide range of tension values. The estimated results compared well with the measured data having relative errors less than 10% for over 60% of the measurements. Thus, this model, estimating the fractal dimension using soil textural data, offered an alternative for predicting SWRC. 展开更多

The van Genuchten (vG) function is often used to describe the soil water retention curve (SWRC) of unsaturated soils and fractured rock. The objective of this study was to develop a method to determine the vG model parameter m from the fractal dimension. We compared two approaches previously proposed by van Genuchten and Lenhard et al. for estimating m from the pore size distribution index of the Brooks and Corey (BC) model. In both approaches we used a relationship between the pore size distribution index of the BC model and the fractal dimension of the SWRC. A dataset containing 75 samples from the UNSODA unsaturated soil hydraulic database was used to evaluate the two approaches. The statistical parameters showed that the approach by Lenhard et al. provided better estimates of the parameter m. Another dataset containing 72 samples from the literature was used to validate Lenhard's approach in which the SWRC fractal dimension was estimated from the clay content. The estimated SWRC of the second dataset was compared with those obtained with the Rosetta model using sand, silt, and clay contents. Root mean square error values of the proposed fractal approach and Rosetta were 0.081 and 0.136, respectively, indicating that the proposed fractal approach performed better than the Rosetta model. 展开更多

Non-Darcian radial flow toward a finite-diameter, fully penetrating well in a confined aquifer was analyzed on the basis of the Izbash equation with consideration of the wellbore storage effect. We derived semi-analytical solutions of drawdown by using the Boltzmann transform, and obtained approximate analytical solutions of the drawdown at early and late times. MATLAB programs were developed to facilitate computation of the semi-analytical solutions. The turbulence factor v which was directly related to the pumping rate appeared to have negligible influence upon the wellbore well function at early times, but imposed significant influence at intermediate and late times. However, the turbulence factor v imposed non-negligible influence upon the aquifer well function during the entire pumping period, provided that the observation point was not sufficiently close to the wellbore. Sensitivity analysis indicated that the power index n in the Izbash equation had less influence on the type curves at the face of the pumping wellbore, but had much greater influence upon the well function in the aquifer. As the n values increased, the drawdown in the aquifer decreased at early times and increased at late times. The Boltzmann transformation could only be used in an approximate sense for radial non-Darcian flow problems. This approximation would provide accurate solutions at early times, and introduce small but consistent discrepancies at intermediate and late times for the wellbore well function. 展开更多

Sprinkler irrigation is one of the typical irrigation technologies used for the winter wheat-summer maize double cropping system in the North China Plain. To evaluate the evapotranspiration (ET) of winter wheat under sprinkler irrigation in Beijing area, field experiments were conducted in growing seasons through 2005-2008, in the experimental station located in Tongzhou County, Beijing, China, with different irrigation depths. Results indicated that a relatively large variation of soil water content occurred within 0-40 cm soil layer. The seasonal ET of winter wheat generally increased with increasing irrigation amount, while the seasonal usage of soil water had a negative relationship with irrigation amount. Soil evaporation (Es) was about 25% of winter wheat ET during the period from reviving to maturity. Es increased while Es/ET decreased with increasing irrigation amount. Sprinkler irrigation scheduling with relatively large irrigation quota and low irrigation frequency can reduce Es and promote the irrigation water use efficiency. 展开更多

This work deals with super-harmonic responses and the stabilities of a gear transmission system of a high-speed train under the stick-slip oscillation of the wheel-set.The dynamic model of the system is developed with consideration on the factors including the time-varying system stiffness,the transmission error,the tooth backlash and the self-excited excitation of the wheel-set.The frequency-response equation of the system at super-harmonic resonance is obtained by the multiple scales method,and the stabilities of the system are analyzed using the perturbation theory.Complex nonlinear behaviors of the system including multi-valued solutions,jump phenomenon,hardening stiffness are found.The effects of the equivalent damping and the loads of the system under the stick-slip oscillation are analyzed.It shows that the change of the load can obviously influence the resonance frequency of the system and have little effect on the steady-state response amplitude of the system.The damping of the system has a negative effect,opposite to the load.The synthetic damping of the system composed of meshing damping and equivalent damping may be less than zero when the wheel-set has a large slippage,and the system loses its stability owing to the Hopf bifurcation.Analytical results are validated by numerical simulations. 展开更多

烟道气中的酸性污染物对环境有着强烈的危害,并且其中的高浓度CO2也可能是造成温室效应的原因之一。本实验研究了小球藻作为一种可以有效固定高浓度CO2(15%,V/V)的生物材料,在赤霉素(GA)和三十烷醇(TA)的作用下对SO2气体和NO2气体的耐... 烟道气中的酸性污染物对环境有着强烈的危害,并且其中的高浓度CO2也可能是造成温室效应的原因之一。本实验研究了小球藻作为一种可以有效固定高浓度CO2(15%,V/V)的生物材料,在赤霉素(GA)和三十烷醇(TA)的作用下对SO2气体和NO2气体的耐受性机制。研究结果表明,当微藻每天暴露于SO2-空气(1500 mL,50 mg/kg)和NO2-空气(1500 mL,50 mg/kg)的混合气体中时,小球藻生物量在赤霉素的作用下分别提高了1.32和1.27倍,在三十烷醇的作用下生物量分别提高了1.22和1.05倍。除此之外,细胞的体积也变得更大。通过对藻细胞的蛋白质、脂质、碳水化合物等生化成分的定量测定发现,GA和TA均有利于脂质积累和代谢,并且藻细胞的最大脂肪含量都可达到0.62 mg/mg干重,但对蛋白质的生成都没有明显的作用。高浓度的CO2会抑制藻类的碳水化合物的生成,但GA和TA不能有效提高碳水化合物的含量。本研究初步揭示了小球藻和生长激素GA与TA在烟道气捕集和能源材料应用产业中的潜力。 展开更多

目的 探究制备小球藻磁性碳中空微球的最佳条件及其装载诺氟沙星后的最佳控释条件。方法 采用水热碳化法合成了以Fe3O4为内核的磁性中空碳微球,并利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)以及全自动比表面积和孔隙分析仪对微球进行表征测试。结果 FTI... 目的 探究制备小球藻磁性碳中空微球的最佳条件及其装载诺氟沙星后的最佳控释条件。方法 采用水热碳化法合成了以Fe3O4为内核的磁性中空碳微球,并利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)以及全自动比表面积和孔隙分析仪对微球进行表征测试。结果 FTIR结果显示微球的疏水性增加是藻壁纤维素亲水基团,如羧基、氨基均发生不同程度的减少造成的。通过全自动比表面积和孔隙度分析仪检测分析,有磁性碳化微球比表面积为0.596 m^(2)/g,微球孔径为3.054 nm。在对诺氟沙星的缓释研究中发现,在pH=7.0时220℃条件下合成的磁性碳中空微球每毫克可以装载诺氟沙星186.32μg,该磁性碳中空微球可以在pH=8.0的环境下实现最优的诺氟沙星控释,3.6 h的累积释药率可达到31%。结论 磁性碳中空微球在pH=8.0的环境下对药物的缓释作用使诺氟沙星可以在肠道中停留较长时间,对肠道中的致病菌起到应有的灭杀作用,并达到了一定程度的靶向给药目的。 展开更多

目的:检验主动控制感量表(Sense of Agency Scale,SoAS)中文版的信度和效度。方法:通过网络平台施测得到有效问卷1800份,随机分成两个独立样本后分别执行项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析、结构效度及信度的分析。结果:根据项... 目的:检验主动控制感量表(Sense of Agency Scale,SoAS)中文版的信度和效度。方法:通过网络平台施测得到有效问卷1800份,随机分成两个独立样本后分别执行项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析、结构效度及信度的分析。结果:根据项目分析的结果删除2道题目,得到一个9题量表。探索性因素分析得到一个两因子结构模型。验证性因素分析的结果表明模型区分度良好,拟合度指标为:χ^(2)/df=2.54,CFI=0.971,TLI=0.960,RMSEA=0.041,SRMR=0.036。内部一致性信度系数为0.819,分半信度系数为0.661,重测信度系数为0.713。主动控制感量表与一般自我效能感量表、控制感量表的相关系数分别为0.587、0.696(P<0.01)。结论:中文版主动控制感量表具有良好的信效度,可以作为有效的主动控制感测量工具。 展开更多
