目的:探讨驻景丸加减方对形觉剥夺性近视小鼠视网膜色素上皮细胞线粒体结构及动力学相关蛋白的影响。方法:3周龄C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、中药组,各组均10只。模型组和中药组小鼠右眼采用形觉剥夺方法构建小鼠近视模型,形... 目的:探讨驻景丸加减方对形觉剥夺性近视小鼠视网膜色素上皮细胞线粒体结构及动力学相关蛋白的影响。方法:3周龄C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、中药组,各组均10只。模型组和中药组小鼠右眼采用形觉剥夺方法构建小鼠近视模型,形觉剥夺4wk后,中药组给予驻景丸加减方混悬液0.546g/(kg·d)(0.2mL/d)灌胃,共4wk,对照组、模型组给予等体积生理盐水灌胃。分别于实验开始时和实验结束时,应用A超检测小鼠右眼眼轴长度,带状光检影镜检测小鼠右眼屈光度。实验结束时,透射电镜观察视网膜色素上皮细胞线粒体超微结构,Western blot检测各组小鼠视网膜的线粒体融合蛋白1(MFN1)、视神经萎缩蛋白1(OPA1)、动力相关蛋白1(DRP1)表达,q-PCR检测MFN1、OPA1、DRP1基因表达。结果:实验前,对照组、模型组和中药组小鼠右眼屈光度和眼轴长度均无差异(P>0.05)。实验结束时,与对照组相比,模型组和中药组小鼠屈光度降低、伴眼轴持续延长(均P<0.05),而中药组小鼠眼轴长度明显低于模型组,而屈光度高于模型组(均P<0.05)。Western blot和q-PCR结果示,与对照组相比,模型组和中药组MFN1、OPA1相对表达量均减少、DRP1相对表达量增加(均P<0.05);与模型组相比,中药组MFN1、OPA1相对表达量增加(均P<0.05)。电镜结果示,中药组可见小鼠右眼视网膜线粒体仅轻度肿胀,而模型组可见线粒体明显肿胀、嵴紊乱变空。结论:驻景丸加减方可能通过调控线粒体动力学关键蛋白MFN1、OPA1、DRP1发挥保护视网膜线粒体的作用,对轴性近视小鼠视网膜起保护作用。 展开更多

目的探讨急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者手术前后低氧血症的相关危险因素及其预测价值。方法选取2014年9月—2017年10月河南省胸科医院收治的急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者128例。根据是否存在术前低氧血症将研究对象分为术前低氧血... 目的探讨急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者手术前后低氧血症的相关危险因素及其预测价值。方法选取2014年9月—2017年10月河南省胸科医院收治的急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者128例。根据是否存在术前低氧血症将研究对象分为术前低氧血症组和术前非低氧血症组;根据是否存在术后低氧血症将患者分为术后低氧血症组和术后非低氧血症组。采用回顾性分析的方法,收集患者一般资料及术前动脉血氧饱和度、术后24 h内氧合指数及血红蛋白浓度等临床资料。分析患者的临床资料与低氧血症的关系。结果术前低氧血症组和术前非低氧血症组患者术后24 h内患者氧合指数、体重指数、慢性阻塞性肺疾病史及术前超敏C反应蛋白比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后低氧血症组和术后非低氧血症组患者慢性阻塞性肺疾病史、术中输血总量、术中体外循环转流时间及术后24 h内患者氧合指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,体重指数[Ol^R=1.306(95%CI:1.038,1.643),P=0.024]、慢性阻塞性肺疾病史[Ol^R=1.278(95%CI:1.024,1.594),P=0.043]及超敏C反应蛋白[Ol^R=1.257(95%CI:1.116,1.417),P=0.039]是影响术前低氧血症的独立危险因素,术中输血总量[Ol^R=1.322(95%CI:1.068,1.637),P=0.008]、术中体外循环转流时间[Ol^R=1.458(95%CI:1.208,1.760),P=0.029]是影响术后低氧血症的独立危险因素。结论超敏C反应蛋白对于术前低氧血症发生有预测价值,而术中输血量、术中体外循环转流时间对于术后低氧血症的发生具有较好的预测价值。 展开更多

AIM: To study differences in the visceral sensitivity of the colonic mucosa between patients with diarrheapredominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D) and those with ulcerative colitis(UC) in remission and to relate these differences with changes in the 5-hydroxytryptophan(5-HT) signaling pathway. METHODS: Gastrointestinal symptoms were used to determine the clinical symptom scores and rectal visceral sensitivity of patients with IBS-D and patients with UC in remission. Blood levels of 5-HT and5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5-HIAA) were measured using an HPLC-electrochemical detection system. The levels of 5-HT 3 receptor(3R), 4R, and 7R m RNAs in colonic biopsy samples were detected using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. The protein expression of TPH1 was analyzed by Western blot and immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: Abdominal pain or discomfort, stool frequency, and the scores of these symptoms in combination with gastrointestinal symptoms were higher in the IBS-D and UC groups than in the control groups. However, no significant differences were observed between the IBS-D and UC remission groups. With respect to rectal visceral sensitivity, the UC remission and IBS-D groups showed a decrease in the initial perception threshold, defecating threshold and pain threshold. However, these groups exhibited significantly increased anorectal relaxation pressure. Tests examining the main indicators of the 5-HT signaling pathway showed that the plasma 5-HT levels, 5-HIAA concentrations, TPH1 expression in the colonic mucosa, and 5-HT3 R and 5-HT5 R expression were increased in both the IBS-D and the UC remission groups; no increases were observed with respect to 5-HT7 R expression.CONCLUSION: The IBS-D and UC groups showed similar clinical symptom scores, visceral sensitivity, and levels of serotonin signaling pathway indicators in the plasma and colonic mucosa. However, the pain threshold and 5-HT7 R expression in the colonic mucosa were significantly different between these groups. The results reveal that(1) IBS-D and UC are related to visceral sensitivity pathogenesis and the clinical manifestations of these conditions and(2) the observed differences in visceral hypersensitivity are possibly due to differences in levels of the 5-HT7 receptor, a component of the 5-HT signaling pathway. 展开更多

AIM:To evaluate the role of baicalin in ulcerative colitis(UC) with regard to the CD4+CD29+ T helper cell,its surface markers and serum inflammatory cytokines.METHODS:Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentage of CD4+CD29+ cells in patients with UC.Real time polymerase chain reaction was used to detect expression of GATA-3,forkhead box P3,T-box expressed in T cells(T-bet),and retinoic acid-related orphan nuclear hormone receptor C(RORC).Western blotting was used to analyze expression of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) p65,phosphorylation of NF-κB(p-NF-κB) p65,STAT4,p-STAT4,STAT6 and p-STAT6.The concentrations of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,IL-6,IL-10 and TGF-β in serum were determined by ELISA assay.RESULTS:The percentages of CD4+CD29+ T cells were lower in treatment with 40 and 20 μmol/L baicalin than in the treatment of no baicalin.Treatment with 40 or 20 μmol/L baicalin significantly upregulated expression of IL-4,TGF-β1 and IL-10,increased p-STAT6/STAT6 ratio,but downregulated expression of IFN-γ,IL-5,IL-6,RORC,Foxp3 and T-bet,and decreased ratios of T-bet/GATA-3,p-STAT4/STAT4 and p-NF-κB/NF-κB compared to the treatment of no baicalin.CONCLUSION:The results indicate that baicalin regulates immune balance and relieves the ulcerative colitis-induced inflammation reaction by promoting proliferation of CD4+CD29+ cells and modulating immunosuppressive pathways. 展开更多

Value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with elastography in evaluating cervical lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma 被引量:19

BACKGROUND Cervical lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) affects the treatment and prognosis of patients. Ultrasound is a common imaging method for detecting cervical lymph nodes in PTC patients; however, it is not accurate in determining lymph node metastasis.AIM To evaluate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with elastography in evaluating cervical lymph node metastasis in PTC.METHODS A total of 94 patients with PTC were recruited. According to pathological results,lymph nodes were divided into two groups: metastatic group(n = 50) and reactive group(n = 63). The routine ultrasound findings, contrast-enhanced ultrasound and elastography data were recorded and compared. Logistic regression was used to generate predictive probability distributions for the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis with different indicators. Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis was used to test the efficacy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with elastography based on routine ultrasound in evaluating PTC cervical lymph node metastasis.RESULTS The ratio of long diameter/short diameter(L/S) ≤ 2, irregular marginal morphology, missing lymphatic portal, peripheral or mixed blood flow distribution, peak intensity(PI), non-uniform contrast distribution and elasticity score in the metastatic group were significantly higher than those in the reactive group(P < 0.05). L/S ratio, missing lymphatic portal, PI and elasticity score had a significant influence on the occurrence of PTC cervical lymph node metastasis(P< 0.05). Furthermore, the area under the curve(AUC) for lymph node metastasis diagnosed using the combination of PI ratio, elasticity score, missing lymphatic portal and LS was 0.936, which was significantly higher than the AUC for PI ratio alone. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The fitting equation for the combined diagnosis was logit(P) =-12.341 + 1.482 × L/S ratio + 3.529 ×missing lymphatic portal + 0.392 × PI + 3.288 × elasticity score.CONCLUSION Based on the gray-scale ultrasound, the combination of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and elastography can accurately assess PTC cervical lymph node metastasis. 展开更多

Background: Previous research suggested that insulin-like growth factor binding protein related protein 1(IGFBPrP1), as a novel mediator, contributes to hepatic fibrogenesis. Matrix metalloproteinases(MMP) and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases(TIMP) play an essential role in hepatic fibrogenesis by regulating homeostasis and remodeling of the extracellular matrix(ECM). However, the interaction between IGFBPrP1 and MMP/TIMP is not clear. The present study was to knockdown IGFBPrP1 to investigate the correlation between IGFBPrP1 and MMP/TIMP in hepatic fibrosis. Methods: Hepatic fibrosis was induced by thioacetamide(TAA) in mice. Knockdown of IGFBPrP1 expression by ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction-mediated CMB-shRNA-IGFBPrP1 delivery, or inhibition of the Hedgehog(Hh) pathway by cyclopamine treatment, was performed in TAA-induced liver fibrosis mice. Hepatic fibrosis was determined by hematoxylin and eosin and Sirius red staining. Hepatic expression of IGFBPrP1, α-smooth muscle actin( α-SMA), transforming growth factor β 1(TGF β1), collagen I, MMPs/TIMPs, Sonic Hedgehog(Shh), and glioblastoma family transcription factors(Gli1) were investigated by immunohistochemical staining and Western blotting analysis. Results: We found that hepatic expression of IGFBPrP1, TGF β1, α-SMA, and collagen I were increased longitudinally in mice with TAA-induced hepatic fibrosis, concomitant with MMP2/TIMP2 and MMP9/TIMP1 imbalance and Hh pathway activation. Knockdown of IGFBPrP1 expression, or inhibition of the Hh pathway, reduced the hepatic expression of IGFBPrP1, TGF β1, α-SMA, and collagen I and re-established MMP2/TIMP2 and MMP9/TIMP1 balance. Conclusions: Our findings suggest that IGFBPrP1 knockdown attenuates liver fibrosis by re-establishing MMP2/TIMP2 and MMP9/TIMP1 balance, concomitant with the inhibition of hepatic stellate cell activation, down-regulation of TGF β1 expression, and degradation of the ECM. Furthermore, the Hh pathway mediates IGFBPrP1 knockdown-induced attenuation of hepatic fibrosis through the regulation of MMPs/TIMPs balance. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the efficacy and molecularmechanisms of induced heme oxygenase(HO)-1 in protecting liver from warm ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)injury.METHODS:Partial warm ischemia was produced in the left and middle hepatic lobes of SD rats for 75min,followed by 6 h of reperfusion.Rats were treated with saline,cobalt protoporphyrin(Co PP)or zinc protoporphyrin(Zn PP)at 24 h prior to the ischemia insult.Blood and samples of ischemic lobes subjected to ischemia were collected at 6 h after reperfusion.Serum transaminases level,plasma lactate dehydrogenase and myeloperoxidase activity in liver were measured.Liver histological injury and inflammatory cell infiltration were evaluated by tissue section and liver immunohistochemical analysis.We used quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction to analyze liver expression of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines.The cell lysates were subjected to immunoprecipitation with anti-Toll-IL-1R-containing adaptor inducing interferon-β(TRIF)and anti-myeloid differentiation factor 88(My D88),and then the immunoprecipitates were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies.RESULTS:HO-1 protected livers from I/R injury,as evidenced by diminished liver enzymes and wellpreserved tissue architecture.In comparison with Zn PP livers 6 h after surgery,Co PP treatment livers showed a significant increase inflammatory cell infiltration of lymphocytes,plasma cells,neutrophils and macrophages.The Toll-like receptor(TLR)-4 and TANK binding kinase1 protein levels of rats treated with Co PP significantly reduced in TRIF-immunoprecipitated complex,as compared with Zn PP treatment.In addition,pretreatment with Co PP reduced the expression levels of TLR2,TLR4,IL-1R-associated kinase(IRAK)-1 and tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6 in My D88-immunoprecipitated complex.The inflammatory cytokines and chemokines m RNA expression rapidly decreased inCo PP-pretreated liver,compared with the Zn PP-treated group.However,the expression of negative regulators Tollinteracting protein,suppressor of cytokine signaling-1,IRAK-M and Src homology 2 domain-containing inositol-5-phosphatase-1 in Co PP treatment rats were markedly up-regulated as compared with Zn PP-treated rats.CONCLUSION:HO-1 protects liver against I/R injury by inhibiting TLR2/TLR4-triggered My D88-and TRIFdependent signaling pathways and increasing expression of negative regulators of TLR signaling in rats. 展开更多

The superplastic deformation diffusion bonding of 00Cr25Ni7Mo3N duplex stainless steel was performed on a hot simulator. The microstructure of the bonding interface was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). The mechanical properties of the specimen were investigated by a shear strength test. The results indicated that the shear strength was improved with the increase of superplastic deformation reduction. When the deformation reduction was up to 50%, the shear strength of the specimen achieved 417 Mpa, approaching to that of the base metal. In addtion, the superplastic diffusion bonding technique was not very sensitive to surface roughness levels. When the surface roughness of the bonding specimen surpassed 0.416 μm (level G2), the shear strength achieved at least 381 MPa. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the role and mechanism of insulinlike growth factor binding protein-related protein 1(IGFBPrP1)in the development of liver fibrosis.METHODS:An in vitro model using hepatic stellate cell(HSC)-T6 cells and an in vivo model of rat liver overexpressing IGFBPrP1 were established using an IGFBPrP1-expressing recombinant adenovirus.The expression of IGFBPrP1 was examined by immunofluorescence,and the expression of collagen?Ⅰ?and fibronectin was mea-sured by real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and Western blot analysis.The expression of Smad2/3 and p-Smad2/3 was examined by Western blot and immunohistochemistry.A shSmad3-expressing recombinant adenovirus(AdshSmad3)was designed and used to knockdown the Smad3 gene in HSC-T6 cells and rat liver fibrosis transfected with IGFBPrP1.The expression of collagen?Ⅰ,fibronectin,andα-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)was determined by Western blot analysis and immunohistochemistry.Hepatocyte apoptosis was assessed using TUNEL assay.RESULTS:IGFBPrP1 overexpression induced collagen deposition and up-regulated the expression ofα-SMA and p-Smad2/3,and AdshSmad3 inhibited IGFBPrP1-stimulated p-Smad2/3 activation and the expression ofα-SMA,collagen?Ⅰ?and fibronectin in HSC-T6 cells.Similarly,increased hepatocyte apoptosis(38.56%±3.42%vs 0.24%±0.03%,P<0.05),α-SMA positive stained cells(29.84%±1.36%vs 5.83%±1.47%,P<0.05),and increased numbers of Smad3(35.88%±2.15%vs10.24%±1.31%,P<0.05)and p-Smad2/3 positive cells(28.87%±2.73%vs 8.23%±0.98%,P<0.05)were detected in the livers of IGFBPrP1-overexpressing rats compared with the control group.Moreover,AdshSmad3 reduced IGFBPrP1-stimulated Smad3 expression and attenuatedα-SMA expression(29.84%±1.36%vs 8.23%±1.28%,P<0.05),hepatocyte apoptosis(38.56%±3.42%vs 6.75%±0.52%,P<0.05),and both collagen?Ⅰ?and fibronectin deposition in the livers of AdIGFBPrP1-treated rats.CONCLUSION:IGFBPrP1 induces liver fibrosis by mediating the activation of hepatic stellate cells and hepatocyte apoptosis in a Smad3-dependent mechanism. 展开更多

BACKGROUND:We previously showed that insulin-like growth factor binding protein-related protein 1(IGFBPrP1) is a novel mediator in liver fibrosis.Transforming growth factor beta 1(TGFβ1) is known as the strongest effector of liver fibrosis.Therefore,we aimed to investigate the detailed interaction between IGFBPrP1 and TGFβ1 in primary hepatic stellate cells(HSCs).METHODS:We overexpressed TGFβ1 or IGFBPrP1 and inhibited TGFβ1 expression in primary HSCs for 6,12,24,48,72,and 96 hours to investigate their interaction and observe the accompanying expressions of α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),collagen I,fibronectin,and phosphorylated-mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 2/3(p-Smad2/3).RESULTS:We found that the adenovirus vector encoding the TGFβ1 gene(Ad TGFβ1) induced IGFBPrP1 expression while that of α-SMA,collagen I,fibronectin,and TGFβ1 increased gradually.Concomitantly,Ad IGFBPrP1 upregulated TGFβ1,α-SMA,collagen I,fibronectin,and p-Smad2/3 in a time-dependent manner while IGFBPrP1 expression was decreased at 96 hours.Inhibition of TGFβ1 expression reduced the IGFBPrP1-stimulated expression of α-SMA,collagen I,fibronectin,and p-Smad2/3.CONCLUSIONS:These findings for the first time suggest the existence of a possible mutually regulation between IGFBPrP1 and TGFβ1,which likely accelerates liver fibrosis progression.Furthermore,IGFBPrP1 likely participates in liver fibrosis in a TGFβ1-depedent manner,and may act as an upstream regulatory factor of TGFβ1 in the Smad pathway. 展开更多

As the most sensitive single-dish radio telescope,the Five-hundred Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST)is very susceptive to radio frequency interference(RFI)from active radio services.Moreover,due to the rapid development of space applications and research,satellite interference has become one of the main RFI sources for FAST,particularly at the L band.Therefore,we have developed several measures to mitigate satellite RFI.On the one hand,an antenna with 4.5-meter diameter has been constructed and installed at the FAST site to detect the satellite interference in the frequency band between 1 to 5 GHz.Meanwhile,we have developed a satellite RFI database based on the FAST sky coverage,the observing frequency bands,and known satellite systems.By combining the satellite RFI monitoring antenna and the database,we have established a satellite RFI mitigation system.With this system,we can not only track satellites to collect their characteristics and update the database but also help the observer to program the observing plan by predicting satellite interference.During the practical observation of FAST at the L band,the feasibility of this system to mitigate satellite RFI has been proved.In particular,the system effectively avoids strong satellite interference from entering the main beam of the telescope and causing receiver saturation. 展开更多

Radio Frequency Interference(RFI)mitigation is essential for supporting the science output of Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST)due to its high sensitivity.In order to protect FAST from RFI,an Electromagnetic Compatibility(EMC)study has been carried out and the operation of a Radio Quiet Zone(RQZ)is ongoing.RFI measurements of the telescope instruments and monitoring of the active radio services outside the site have revealed the radiation properties of the RFI sources.Based on the measurement results and theoretical analysis,various EMC methods have been implemented for the telescope to decrease the RFIs.Meanwhile,the main RFI sources in the FAST RQZ,such as mobile stations,broadcast stations and navigation instruments,have been identified,and the technical measures have been adopted to protect the quiet radio environment around the site.The early science outputs of FAST have demonstrated the efficiency of RFI mitigation methods. 展开更多

A method of combining Green’s function retrieval theory and ultrasonic array imaging using Lamb waves is presented to solve near filed defects in thin aluminum plates.The defects are close to the ultrasonic phased array and satisfy the near field calculation formula.Near field acoustic information of defects is obscured by the nonlinear effects of initial wave signal in a directly acquired response using the full matrix capture mode.A reconstructed full matrix of inter-element responses is produced from cross-correlation of directly received ultrasonic signals between sensor pairs.This new matrix eliminates the nonlinear interference and restores the near-field defect information.The topological imaging method that was developed in recent ultrasonic inspection is used for displaying the scatterers.The experiments are conducted on both thin aluminum plates containing two and four defects, respectively.The results show that these defects are clearly identified when using a reconstructed full matrix.The spatial resolution is equal to about one wavelength of the selectively excited mode and the identifiable defect is about one fifth of the wavelength.However, in a conventional directly captured image,the images of defects overlap together and cannot be distinguished.The proposed method reduces the background noise and allows for effective topological imaging of near field defects. 展开更多

BACKGROUND:Hyperglycemia has been detected in many critically ill patients in the department of emergency medicine.But its mechanism and prognosis have not been well elucidated.In this study,we measured the serum level of glycated hemoglobin A1C(HbA1c) in critically ill patients to evaluate the effects of hyperglycemia on the prognosis of the patients.METHODS:A total of 826 critically ill patients,who had been treated at the Department of Emergency Medicine of Chaoyang Hospital during October 2006 and November 2007,were divided into a diabetes mellitus group(n=184) and a non-diabetes mellitus group(642) according to whether they had diabetes mellitus.Fasting glucose and HbA1 c were measured in all patients.Those in the diabetes mellitus group were further assigned to a drug therapy subgroup and a non-drug therapy subgroup;the serum level of HbA1 c and its relationship with short-term outcome were evaluated.RESULTS:Fasting glucose increased in 78.8% of the patients(88.6%in the diabetes mellitus group,and 75.9%in the non-diabetes mellitus group,P<0.05),and HbA1 c was elevated in 45.5% of the patients(78.3% in the diabetes mellitus group,and 36.1%in the non-diabetes mellitus group,P<0.01).Fasting glucose,HbA1 c and 28-day mortality were improved more significantly(P<0.01) in the drug therapy subgroup than in the non-drug therapy subgroup.The 28-day mortality was more significantly different in patients with fasting blood glucose >8.33 mmol/L than in those with fasting blood glucose <8.33 mmol/L.CONCLUSIONS:Hyperglycemia of critically ill patients could not totally attribute to stress response,especially in those who have no history of diabetes mellitus.Prognosis of hyperglycemia may vary among critically ill patients. 展开更多

An active reflector is one of the three main innovations incorporated in the Five-hundredmeter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST).The deformation of such a huge spherically shaped reflector into different transient parabolic shapes is achieved by using 2225 hydraulic actuators which change the position of the 2225 nodes through the connected down tied cables.For each different tracking process of the telescope,more than 1/3 of these 2225 actuators must be in operation to tune the parabolic aperture accurately and meet the surface error restriction.This means that some of these actuators are inevitably located within the main beam of the receiver,and Electromagnetic Interference(EMI)from the actuators must be mitigated to ensure the scientific output of the telescope.Based on the threshold level of interference detrimental to radio astronomy described in ITU-R Recommendation RA.769 and EMI measurements,the shielding efficiency(SE)requirement for each actuator is set to be 80 d B in the frequency range from 70 MHz to 3 GHz.Therefore,Electromagnetic Compatibility(EMC)was taken into account in the actuator design by measures such as power line filters,optical fibers,shielding enclosures and other structural measures.In 2015,all the actuators had been installed at the FAST site.Till now,no apparent EMI from the actuators has been detected by the receiver,which demonstrates the effectiveness of these EMC measures. 展开更多

BACKGROUND In China,it has been well recognized that some female patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)have different overall survival(OS)time,even with the same tumor-node-metastasis(TNM)stage,challenging the prognostic value of the TNM system alone.An effective predictive model is needed to accurately evaluate the prognosis of female ESCC patients.AIM To construct a novel prognostic model with clinical and reproductive data for Chinese female patients with ESCC,and to assess the incremental prognostic value of the full model compared with the clinical model and TNM stage.METHODS A new prognostic nomogram incorporating clinical and reproductive features was constructed based on univariatie and Cox proportional hazards survival analysis from a training cohort(n=175).The results were recognized using the internal(n=111)and independent external(n=85)validation cohorts.The capability of the clinical–reproductive model was evaluated by Harrell’s concordance index(C-index),Kaplan–Meier curve,time-dependent receiver operating characteristic(ROC),calibration curve and decision curve analysis.The correlations between estrogen response and immune-related pathways and some gene markers of immune cells were analyzed using the TIMER 2.0 database.RESULTS A clinical–reproductive model including incidence area,age,tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis(N)stage,estrogen receptor alpha(ESR1)and beta(ESR2)expression,menopausal age,and pregnancy number was constructed to predict OS in female ESCC patients.Compared to the clinical model and TNM stage,the time-dependent ROC and C-index of the clinical–reproductive model showed a good discriminative ability for predicting 1-,3-,and 5-years OS in the primary training,internal and external validation sets.Based on the optimal cut-off value of total prognostic scores,patients were classified into high-and low-risk groups with significantly different OS.The estrogen response was significantly associated with p53 and apoptosis pathways in esophageal cancer.CONCLUSION The clinical–reproductive prognostic nomogram has an incremental prognostic value compared with the clinical model and TNM stage in predicting OS in Chinese female ESCC patients. 展开更多

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of Xuesaitong injection combined with edaravone injection on hemorheology indexes in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Search CNKI,WanFang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Cochrane Library and other databases,collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Xuesaitong combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction from the establishment of the database to November 2020,using RevMan 5.3 software Perform Meta analysis.Results:10 RCTs were included,with a total of 834 patients,417 in the experimental group and 417 in the control group.The results of Meta analysis showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the whole plasma viscosity(MD=-0.73,95%CI[-0.83,-0.63],P<0.00001);in terms of improving the thrombosis coefficient,the test group is better than the control group(MD=-0.19,95%CI[-0.22,-0.15],P<0.00001);In terms of platelet aggregation rate,the test group was better than the control group(MD=-0.21,95%CI[-0.25,-0.17],P<0.00001).GRADE systematically evaluates whole plasma viscosity,thrombosis coefficient,and platelet aggregation rate,showing that the level of evidence is low or very low,and the strength of the recommendation is weak.Conclusion:Xuesaitong injection combined with edaravone injection has relatively satisfactory results in improving hemorheology indexes in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and there is no obvious safety problem.However,due to the small number of included studies and the total sample size,and the limitation of the quality of the included original studies,the results of this study need to be designed with strict,high-quality,large-sample,multi-center,and more internationally recognized clinical outcome indicators and efficacy experiments to verify,in order to obtain stronger evidence-based medicine. 展开更多
