窄播时代的政治传播:中国传统媒体的挑战及其应对策略

信息通信技术与新媒体的发展对中国传统媒体的政治传播造成了冲击。现有研究较少对传统媒体应对这一挑战的理论逻辑与政治意义做出统一的阐释。论文从传统媒体的政治传播职能及其现实困境出发,对上述议题进行了分析。本质上,互联网时代... 信息通信技术与新媒体的发展对中国传统媒体的政治传播造成了冲击。现有研究较少对传统媒体应对这一挑战的理论逻辑与政治意义做出统一的阐释。论文从传统媒体的政治传播职能及其现实困境出发,对上述议题进行了分析。本质上,互联网时代中国传统媒体所面临的挑战是当前传播模式“窄播化”与传统媒体政治传播“大众化”要求之间的矛盾所造成的。研究发现,中国传统媒体采取加强其在互联网平台布局的“多平台策略”,以及同时扮演宣传媒体与商业化内容生产者的“双重身份策略”,以应对上述冲击与挑战。通过运用这两种策略,传统媒体扩展了其受众接触的广度,加大了其受众影响的深度,有效促进了政治传播的“再大众化”。两种策略的成功运用,有助于传统媒体适应新的媒介环境并有效履行其政治传播职能。此外,对传统媒体转型的政治逻辑与积极意义的分析,也有利于丰富和拓展中国政治传播实践的理论诠释。 展开更多

长期观测主要大气成分的体积混合比(VMR)廓线和柱总量对掌握中国气候变化和碳收支具有重要意义。本文对我国首个TCCON高分辨率傅里叶变换光谱(FTS)地基观测站——合肥观测站开展了系统性研究,该观测站可观测30多种大气成分的柱总量和VM... 长期观测主要大气成分的体积混合比(VMR)廓线和柱总量对掌握中国气候变化和碳收支具有重要意义。本文对我国首个TCCON高分辨率傅里叶变换光谱(FTS)地基观测站——合肥观测站开展了系统性研究,该观测站可观测30多种大气成分的柱总量和VMR廓线。本文公布了2014年以来合肥观测站观测到的部分关键大气成分的时间序列,总结了迄今为止该站点取得的主要研究成果,包括光谱反演表征和归一化、关键大气成分的总体演变特征、排放估计、卫星和化学传输模式(CTM)校验以及对大气污染来源和传输的相关研究。同时,本文还对合肥观测站的观测、科学研究和未来研究计划进行了展望。中国明确提出2030年二氧化碳排放达到峰值,2060年实现碳中和。合肥观测站将为中国政府制定绿色经济政策、实现碳中和及《巴黎协定》目标提供科学支撑。 展开更多

Mobile Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)applications have achieved the explosive growth in recent years.The mobile IIoT has flourished and become the backbone of the industry,laying a solid foundation for the interconnection of all things.The variety of application scenarios has brought serious challenges to mobile IIoT networks,which face complex and changeable communication environments.Ensuring data secure transmission is critical for mobile IIoT networks.This paper investigates the data secure transmission performance prediction of mobile IIoT networks.To cut down computational complexity,we propose a data secure transmission scheme employing Transmit Antenna Selection(TAS).The novel secrecy performance expressions are first derived.Then,to realize real-time secrecy analysis,we design an improved Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)model,and propose an intelligent data secure transmission performance prediction algorithm.For mobile signals,the important features may be removed by the pooling layers.This will lead to negative effects on the secrecy performance prediction.A novel nine-layer improved CNN model is designed.Out of the input and output layers,it removes the pooling layer and contains six convolution layers.Elman,Back-Propagation(BP)and LeNet methods are employed to compare with the proposed algorithm.Through simulation analysis,good prediction accuracy is achieved by the CNN algorithm.The prediction accuracy obtains a 59%increase. 展开更多

Intellectualization has been an inevitable trend in the information network,allowing the network to achieve the capabilities of self-learning,self-optimization,and self-evolution in the dynamic environment.Due to the strong adaptability to the environment,the cognitive theory methods from psychology gradually become an excellent approach to construct the intelligent information network(IIN),making the traditional definition of the intelligent information network no longer appropriate.Moreover,the thinking capability of existing IINs is always limited.This paper redefines the intelligent information network and illustrates the required properties of the architecture,core theory,and critical technologies by analyzing the existing intelligent information network.Besides,we innovatively propose a novel network cognition model with the network knowledge to implement the intelligent information network.The proposed model can perceive the overall environment data of the network and extract the knowledge from the data.As the model’s core,the knowledge guides the model to generate the optimal decisions adapting to the environmental changes.At last,we present the critical technologies needed to accomplish the proposed network cognition model. 展开更多

In recent years,as giant satellite constellations grow rapidly worldwide,the co-existence between constellations has been widely concerned.In this paper,we overview the co-frequency interference(CFI)among the giant non-geostationary orbit(NGSO)constellations.Specifically,we first summarize the CFI scenario and evaluation index among different NGSO constellations.Based on statistics about NGSO constellation plans,we analyse the challenges in mitigation and analysis of CFI.Next,the CFI calculation methods and research progress are systematically sorted out from the aspects of interference risk analysis framework,numerical calculation and link construction.Then,the feasibility of interference mitigation technologies based on space,frequency domain isolation,power control,and interference alignment mitigation in the NGSO mega-constellation CFI scenario are further sorted out.Finally,we present promising directions for future research in CFI analysis and CFI avoidance. 展开更多

Due to increasing morbidity worldwide,fractures are becoming an emerging public health concern.This study aimed to investigate the effect of metformin on the healing of osteoporotic as well as normal fractures.Type H vessels have recently been identified as a bone-specific vascular subtype that supports osteogenesis.Here,we show that metformin accelerated fracture healing in both osteoporotic and normal mice.Moreover,metformin promoted angiogenesis in vitro under hypoxia as well as type H vessel formation throughout fracture healing.Mechanistically,metformin increased the expression of HIF-1α,an important positive regulator of type H vessel formation,by inhibiting the expression of YAP1/TAZ in calluses and hypoxia-cultured human microvascular endothelial cells(HMECs).The results of HIF-1αor YAP1/TAZ interference in hypoxia-cultured HMECs using si RNA further suggested that the enhancement of HIF-1αand its target genes by metformin is primarily through YAP1/TAZ inhibition.Finally,overexpression of YAP1/TAZ partially counteracted the effect of metformin in promoting type H vessel-induced angiogenesis-osteogenesis coupling during fracture repair.In summary,our findings suggest that metformin has the potential to be a therapeutic agent for fractures by promoting type H vessel formation through YAP1/TAZ inhibition. 展开更多

Pear ring rot,caused by the pathogenic fungi Botryosphaeria dothidea,seriously affects pear production.While the infection-induced reactive oxygen species(ROS)burst of infected plants limits the proliferation of B.dothidea during the early infection stage,high ROS levels can also contribute to their growth during the later necrotrophic infection stage.Therefore,it is important to understand how plants balance ROS levels and resistance to pathogenic B.dothidea during the later stage.In this study,we identified PbrChiA,a glycosyl hydrolases 18(GH18)chitinase-encoding gene with high infection-induced expression,through a comparative transcriptome analysis.Artificial substitution,stable overexpression,and virus induced gene silencing(VIGS)experiments demonstrated that PbrChiA can positively regulate pear resistance as a secreted chitinase to break down B.dothidea mycelium in vitro and that overexpression of PbrChiA suppressed infection-induced ROS accumulation.Further analysis revealed that PbrChiA can bind to the ectodomain of PbrLYK1b2,and this interaction suppressed PbrLYK1b2-mediated chitin-induced ROS accumulation.Collectively,we propose that the combination of higher antifungal activity from abundant PbrChiA and lower ROS levels during later necrotrophic infection stage confer resistance of pear against B.dothidea. 展开更多

目的建立六月雪-葎草(以下简称“雪葎”)药对共煎液HPLC指纹图谱,并进行多成分定量分析,用于评价“雪葎”药对的质量。方法采用Agilent EC-C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,4μm)进行检测;以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速... 目的建立六月雪-葎草(以下简称“雪葎”)药对共煎液HPLC指纹图谱,并进行多成分定量分析,用于评价“雪葎”药对的质量。方法采用Agilent EC-C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,4μm)进行检测;以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为0~30 min:1.0 mL·min^(-1),30~65 min:0.6 mL·min^(-1);检测波长为350,240 nm;柱温为30℃。采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(2012.1版)》对“雪葎”药对共煎液进行相似度评价,并对其中4个指标成分进行定量分析,并将配伍前指标性成分的含量与配伍后相比。结果在特征指纹图谱研究中,共标定12个共有峰,以4号峰为参照峰,10批“雪律”药对共煎液与共有模式对照图谱之间有良好的相似性,相似度均在0.9以上;在建立的色谱条件下,4个成分具有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率在98.7%~99.6%之间,RSD均小于3%(n=6)。10份“雪葎”药对共煎液中车叶草苷酸、木犀草苷、芦丁和大波斯菊苷含量范围分别为0.2494~0.4028 mg·g^(-1),0.1091~0.2389 mg·g^(-1),0.0459~0.0768 mg·g^(-1),0.0914~0.1737 mg·g^(-1)。雪葎药对配伍后,共煎液中木犀草苷、芦丁和大波斯菊苷含量均降低,降低幅度分别为296.40%,47.86%和25.02%,而车叶草苷酸的含量增加,增长幅度为8.81%,其中大波斯菊苷的含量降低具有统计学意义(P<0.05),木犀草苷和芦丁的含量降低具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)结论所建立的“雪葎”药对共煎液HPLC指纹图谱和含量测定方法灵敏度高、专属性强,可以用于该药对的质量控制,该方法也为其配伍机制和药理研究奠定了基础。 展开更多

The current High-Speed Railway(HSR)communications increasingly fail to satisfy the massive access services of numerous user equipment brought by the increasing number of people traveling by HSRs.To this end,this paper investigates millimeter-Wave(mmWave)extra-large scale(XL)-MIMO-based massive Internet-of-Things(loT)access in near-field HSR communications,and proposes a block simultaneous orthogonal matching pursuit(B-SOMP)-based Active User Detection(AUD)and Channel Estimation(CE)scheme by exploiting the spatial block sparsity of the XLMIMO-based massive access channels.Specifically,we first model the uplink mmWave XL-MIMO channels,which exhibit the near-field propagation characteristics of electromagnetic signals and the spatial non-stationarity of mmWave XL-MIMO arrays.By exploiting the spatial block sparsity and common frequency-domain sparsity pattern of massive access channels,the joint AUD and CE problem can be then formulated as a Multiple Measurement Vectors Compressive Sensing(MIMV-CS)problem.Based on the designed sensing matrix,a B-SOMP algorithm is proposed to achieve joint AUD and CE.Finally,simulation results show that the proposed solution can obtain a better AUD and CE performance than the conventional CS-based scheme for massive IoT access in near-field HSR communications. 展开更多

Recent research has shown that microRNA (miRNA), which is involved in almost every step of gastric carcinogenesis, has broad prospective application in diagnosis and therapy of gastric carcinoma. Eastern Asia (South Korea, Japan and China) has the highest incidence of gastric cancer in the world. There were 988 000 new cases of gastric cancer worldwide and 736 000 deaths in 2008. Approximately 60% of the cases of gastric cancer are found in East Asia (mainly China). We herein provide a brief review of the clinical applications of miRNA, which include the following aspects: (1) miRNA may serve as a potential new generation of tumor markers; (2) a complete miRNA expression profile is highly specific, can reflect the evolutionary lineage and differentiation of tumors, and be used to carry out diversity analysis; (3) detecting specific miRNA expression in peripheral blood will become a new method for diagnosis of gastric cancer; (4) miRNA can predict prognosis of gastric cancer; (5) miRNA has predictive value in determining chemotherapy and radiotherapy resistance; and (6) miRNA could be a type of innovative drug. Finally, we focus on assessing the value of miRNA from laboratory to clinical application and the challenges it faces in East Asia. 展开更多

Osteoporosis is a frequent complication of chronic inflammatory diseases and increases in the pro-inflammatory cytokines make an important contribution to bone loss by promoting bone resorption and impairing bone formation. Omentin-1 is a newly identified adipocytokine that has anti-inflammatory effects, but little is known about the role of omentin-1 in inflammatory osteoporosis. Here we generated global omentin-1 knockout(omentin-1^(-/-)) mice and demonstrated that depletion of omentin-1 induces inflammatory bone loss-like phenotypes in mice, as defined by abnormally elevated pro-inflammatory cytokines, increased osteoclast formation and bone tissue destruction, as well as impaired osteogenic activities. Using an inflammatory cell model induced by tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), we determined that recombinant omentin-1 reduces the production of proinflammatory factors in the TNF-α-activated macrophages, and suppresses their anti-osteoblastic and pro-osteoclastic abilities. In the magnesium silicate-induced inflammatory osteoporosis mouse model, the systemic administration of adenoviral-delivered omentin-1 significantly protects from osteoporotic bone loss and inflammation. Our study suggests that omentin-1 can be used as a promising therapeutic agent for the prevention or treatment of inflammatory bone diseases by downregulating the proinflammatory cytokines. 展开更多

Osteoporosis is a debilitating bone disease affecting millions of people. Here, we used human urine-derived stem cells(USCs),which were noninvasively harvested from unlimited and easily available urine, as a "factory" to obtain extracellular vesicles(USCEVs) and demonstrated that the systemic injection of USC-EVs effectively alleviates bone loss and maintains bone strength in osteoporotic mice by enhancing osteoblastic bone formation and suppressing osteoclastic bone resorption. More importantly, the anti-osteoporotic properties of USC-EVs are not notably disrupted by the age, gender, or health condition(with or without osteoporosis) of the USC donor. Mechanistic studies determined that collagen triple-helix repeat containing 1(CTHRC1) and osteoprotegerin(OPG) proteins are enriched in USC-EVs and required for USC-EV-induced pro-osteogenic and anti-osteoclastic effects. Our results suggest that autologous USC-EVs represent a promising novel therapeutic agent for osteoporosis by promoting osteogenesis and inhibiting osteoclastogenesis by transferring CTHRC1 and OPG. 展开更多

目的探讨鼻后神经切断术治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)合并哮喘的疗效,以及手术对鼻黏膜内嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)的影响。方法选取该院确诊的CRSwNP合并哮喘患者15例,行鼻后神经切断术。术后随访1年,采用视觉模拟法(VAS)评估疗效。有7例... 目的探讨鼻后神经切断术治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)合并哮喘的疗效,以及手术对鼻黏膜内嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)的影响。方法选取该院确诊的CRSwNP合并哮喘患者15例,行鼻后神经切断术。术后随访1年,采用视觉模拟法(VAS)评估疗效。有7例患者术前和术后1年采集了中鼻甲黏膜,比较手术前后鼻腔黏膜EOS浸润度的变化。结果所有患者术后症状明显减轻,术后1年VAS平均(2.87±0.74)分,与术前的(8.33±0.90)分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=16.99,P<0.05)。无鼻出血、眼干和腭部麻木感等并发症出现。7例患者鼻黏膜EOS浸润度较术前明显下降(t=8.26,P<0.05)。结论鼻后神经切断术治疗CRSwNP合并哮喘患者安全有效,可明显减少鼻腔黏膜内EOS浸润。 展开更多

In recent years,the damage caused by soil nematodes has become increasingly serious;however,the varieties and structures of the nematicides available on the market are deficient.Fluopyram,a succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor(SDHI)fungicide developed by Bayer AG in Germany,has been widely used in the prevention and control of soil nematodes due to its high efficiency and novel mechanism of action.In this paper,two series of novel target compounds were designed and synthesized with nematicidal and fungicidal fluopyram as the molecular skeleton in order to introduce sulfide and sulfone substructures.The structures were identified and characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),13C NMR,and high-resolution mass spectrometer(HRMS).The bioassays revealed that most of the compounds showed excellent nematicidal activities at 200 lgmL-1 in comparison with fluopyram,while the nematode mortality rate dropped sharply at 100μg·mL-1,except for compounds I-11 and II-6.In terms of fungicidal activity,compound I-9 was discovered to have an excellent inhibitory rate,and a molecular docking simulation was performed that can provide important guidance for the design and exploration of efficient fungicidal lead compounds. 展开更多

Since any single key system canno... Wireless sensor networks are open architectures, so any potential threat can easily intercept, wiretap and counterfeit the information. Therefore, the safety of WSN is very important. Since any single key system cannot guarantee the security of the wireless sensor network for communications, this paper introduces a hierarchical key management scheme based on the different abilities of different sensor nodes in the clustered wireless sensor network. In this scheme, the nodes are distributed into several clusters, and a cluster head must be elected for each cluster. Private communication between cluster heads is realized through the encryption system based on the identity of each head while private communication between cluster nodes in a same cluster head is achieved through the random key preliminary distribution system. Considering the characteristics of WSN, we adopt dynamic means called dynamic cluster key management scheme to deal with master key, so master key will be updated according to the changed dynamic network topology. For cluster head node plays a pivotal role in this scheme, a trust manage-ment system should be introduced into the election of the cluster head which will exclude the malicious node from outside the cluster, thus improve the whole network security. 展开更多

目的 对英文版Edmonton衰弱量表(Edmonton Frailty Scale,EFS)进行翻译、文化调适和信效度评价,探讨该量表在中国老年住院病人中的适用性。方法 获得EFS原作者授权后,对原量表进行翻译、回译及文化调适,建立中文版EFS。使用中文版EFS、... 目的 对英文版Edmonton衰弱量表(Edmonton Frailty Scale,EFS)进行翻译、文化调适和信效度评价,探讨该量表在中国老年住院病人中的适用性。方法 获得EFS原作者授权后,对原量表进行翻译、回译及文化调适,建立中文版EFS。使用中文版EFS、简明健康测量表(SF-36)对住院老年病人进行现场测评。分别运用Excel及SPSS 16.0软件进行数据录入及统计分析。采用Cronbach’sα系数、Spearman相关系数评价中文版EFS的内部一致性信度、结构效度及预测效度。结果 对64例老年住院病人进行测评,得到中文版EFS的Cronbach’sα系数为0.703,提示该量表内部一致性信度良好。在结构效度评价中,除第2条“去年住院次数”与总分无关外(P=0.360),其余条目及各维度与量表总分的Spearman相关系数为0.338~0.718(P<0.01),提示该量表的结构效度理想。中文版EFS总评分与SF-36总评分呈负相关(r=-0.622,P<0.01),提示中文版EFS的预测效度理想。结论 中文版EFS具有良好的信效度,可应用于我国老年住院病人的衰弱测评。 展开更多
