Efficient and durable oxygen evolution reaction(OER)requires the electrocatalyst to bear abundant active sites,optimized electronic structure as well as robust component and mechanical stability.Herein,a bimetallic lanthanum-nickel oxysulfide with rich oxygen vacancies based on the La_(2)O_(2)S prototype is fabricated as a binder-free precatalyst for alkaline OER.The combination of advanced in situ and ex situ characterizations with theoretical calculation uncovers the synergistic effect among La,Ni,O,and S species during OER,which assures the adsorption and stabilization of the oxyanion SO_(4)^(2-)onto the surface of the deeply reconstructed porous heterostructure composed of confining Ni OOH nanodomains by La(OH)_3 barrier.Such coupling,confinement,porosity and immobilization enable notable improvement in active site accessibility,phase stability,mass diffusion capability and the intrinsic Gibbs free energy of oxygen-containing intermediates.The optimized electrocatalyst delivers exceptional alkaline OER activity and durability,outperforming most of the Ni-based benchmark OER electrocatalysts. 展开更多

It is of great interest to develop the novel transition metal-based electrocatalysts with high selectivity and activity for two electron oxygen reduction reaction(2e^(-) ORR).Herein,the nickel ditelluride(NiTe_(2)) with layered structure was explored as the 2e^(-) ORR electrocatalyst,which not only showed the highest 2e^(-) selectivity more than 97%,but also delivered a slight activity decay after 5000 cycles in alkaline media.Moreover,when NiTe_(2) was assembled as the electrocatalyst in H-type electrolyzer,the on-site yield of H_(2)O_(2) could reach up to 672 mmol h^(-1)g^(-1) under 0.45 V vs.RHE.Further in situ Raman spectra,theoretical calculation and post microstructural analysis synergistically unveiled that such a good 2e^(-) ORR performance could be credited to the intrinsic layered crystal structure,the high compositional stability,as well as the electron modulation on the active site Ni atoms by neighboring Te atoms,leading to the exposure of active sites as well as the optimized adsorption free energy of Ni to –OOH.More inspiringly,such telluride electrocatalyst has also been demonstrated to exhibit high activity and selectivity towards 2e^(-) ORR in neutral media. 展开更多

先天性全身性脂肪萎缩(congenital generalized lipodystrophy,CGL)是一种极端罕见的常染色体隐性遗传病,表现为明显的全身脂肪极度缺失,肌肉感明显,并伴有一系列的代谢指标异常,包括严重的胰岛素抵抗,高血糖,高脂血症,脂肪肝以及黑棘... 先天性全身性脂肪萎缩(congenital generalized lipodystrophy,CGL)是一种极端罕见的常染色体隐性遗传病,表现为明显的全身脂肪极度缺失,肌肉感明显,并伴有一系列的代谢指标异常,包括严重的胰岛素抵抗,高血糖,高脂血症,脂肪肝以及黑棘皮等。本文针对1例CGL患者及其家系进行研究。先证者为19岁年轻女性,自幼皮下脂肪缺如,血清瘦素水平仅0.14μg/L。对患者及其亲属(父母、弟弟)进行全基因组检测,显示该患者BSCL2基因5号外显子存在复合杂合突变(c.560A>G和c.565G>T),c.560A>G突变导致对应编码的187位的氨基酸由酪氨酸突变为半胱氨酸(p.Y187C),从而引起BSCL2编码的SEIPIN蛋白发生错义突变;c.565 G>T突变引起对应编码的189位氨基酸转为终止密码子(p.E189X),产生蛋白截短突变。经Sanger测序验证,患者父亲携带c.565G>T杂合突变,患者母亲携带c.560A>G杂合突变,患者弟弟未携带BSCL2基因致病性突变。本研究通过转染突变p.Y187C质粒至HEK293细胞,观察到SEIPIN蛋白量及与甘油-3-磷酸酰基转移酶(glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase,GPAT3)互作减少;原代培养的患者皮肤成纤维细胞体外功能实验表明,患者的SEIPIN蛋白量明显低于正常健康人,加入组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂(histone deacetylase inhibitors,HDACis)可部分挽救SEIPIN蛋白表达。此外,油酸刺激下患者皮肤成纤维细胞脂滴小于正常健康人。本文同时综述国内外既往文献中报道的BSCL2基因突变位点,丰富了CGL的临床表型谱和致病基因突变谱,有助于提高临床医生对CGL的临床诊治和致病机制的理解。 展开更多

We report Ni/LaHA@ZrO2catalysts prepared by a facile modified successive adsorption and reaction method for CO methanation.N2adsorption,X‐ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,H2temperature‐programmed reduction,H2temperature‐programmed desorption,X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry were used to characterize the samples.The results indicated that the ZrO2nanoparticles were distributed over the surface of the Ni/LaHA@ZrO2catalyst and even partially covered some Ni particles,resulting in the coating exerting a confinement effect.The excess ZrO2had an adverse effect on the enhancement of CO conversion because of the coverage of the surface Ni particles;however,the Ni/LaHA@ZrO2catalyst displayed much higher CH4selectivity than Ni/LaHA because of the activation of the byproduct CO2molecules by ZrO2species.Therefore,even though20Ni/LaHA@ZrO2‐5exhibited similar CO conversion as20Ni/LaHA,the use of the former resulted in a higher CH4yield than the use of the latter.A107‐h‐lifetime test revealed that the Ni/LaHA@ZrO2catalyst was highly stable with superior anti‐sintering and anti‐coking properties because of its coating structure and the promoter effect of ZrO2. 展开更多

Intelligent HEV Fuzzy Logic Control Strategy Based on Identification and Prediction of Drive Cycle and Driving Trend 被引量:1

Real-time drive cycles and driving trends have a vital impact on fuel consumption and emissions in a vehicle. To address this issue, an original and alternative approach which incorporates the knowledge about real-time drive cycles and driving trends into fuzzy logic control strategy was proposed. A machine learning framework called MC_FRAME was established, which includes two neural networks for self-learning and making predictions. An intelligent fuzzy logic control strategy based on the MC_FRAME was then developed in a hybrid electric vehicle system, which is called FLCS_MODEL. Simulations were conducted to evaluate the FLCS_MODEL using ADVISOR. The simulation results indicated that comparing with the default controller on the drive cycle NEDC, the FLCS_MODEL saves 12.25% fuel per hundred kilometers, with the HC emissions increasing by 22.7%, the CO emissions reducing by 16.5%, the NOx emissions reducing by 37.5% and with the PM emissions reducing by 12.9%. A conclusion can be drawn that the proposed approach realizes fewer fuel consumption and less emissions. 展开更多

Seawater photoelectrolysis is showing huge potential in green energy conversion field,yet it is still a formidable challenge to develop one catalyst that can drive the electrolysis reaction stably,economically and efficiently.Motivated by this point,the inorganic–organic hybridization strategy is proposed to insitu construct one hierarchical electrode via concurrent electroless plating and polymerization,which assures the growth of boron-modulated nickel–cobalt oxyhydroxide nanoballs and photosensitive polyaniline nanochains on the self-supporting Ti-based foil(B-Co Ni OOH/PANI@TiO_(2)/Ti).Upon inducing photoelectric effect(PEE),the designed target electrode delivers overpotentials as low as 196 and 398 mV at 100 mA cm^(-2)for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER),respectively,corresponding to an activity enhancement by about 15%as compared to those without PEE.Inspiringly,when served as bifunctional electrocatalysts for overall seawater electrolysis,it can stably maintain at 200 mA cm^(-2)with negligible decay over 72 h.Further analysis reveals that the exceptional catalytic performance can be credit to the B-CoNiOOH,polyaniline(PANI)and TiO_(2)subunit coupling-induced physically and chemically synergistic catalysis effect such as admirable composition stability,photoelectric function and adhesion capability.The finding in this contribution may trigger much more broad interest to the novel hybrid catalysts consisting of photosensitive polymer and transition metal-based electrocatalysts. 展开更多

The temporal and spatial expression patterns of calmodulin mRNA in the developing tobacco anthers were investigated by in situ RNA hybridization, using digoxigening-labeled anti-RNA probe. Calmodulin mRNA was distributed in various developmental stages of tobacco anthers, but the expression level had temporal and spatial differences distinctly. During early stage of anther development, the expression level of calmodulin mRNA was significantly high, mainly distributed in epidermis, tapetum and transfusion parenchyma cells and so on. Especially, more mRNA was accumulated in the nuclei and chromosomes of microspore mother cells prior to and during meiosis. With the development of anther,mRNA was decreased gradually in the anther wall and pollen. By mature pollen stage, only a stronger positive reaction still existed in the epidermis of anther wall and transfusion parenchyma cells. The results suggest that the temporal and spatial expression of calmodulin mRNA is closely correlated with cell division, 展开更多

Brown adipose tissue (BAT) plays an essential role in non-shivering thermogenesis. The phosphatidylinositol transfer protein, cytoplasmic 1 (PITPNC1) is identified as a lipid transporter that reciprocally transfers phospholipids between intracellular membrane structures. However, the physiological significance of PITPNC1 and its regulatory mechanism remain unclear. Here, we demonstrate that PITPNC1 is a key player in thermogenesis of BAT. While Pitpnc1^(−/−) mice do not differ with wildtype mice in body weight and insulin sensitivity on either chow or high-fat diet, they develop hypothermia when subjected to acute cold exposure at 4℃. The Pitpnc1^(−/−) brown adipocytes exhibit defective β-oxidation and abnormal thermogenesis-related metabolism pathways in mitochondria. The deficiency of lipid mobilization in Pitpnc1^(−/−) brown adipocytes might be the result of excessive accumulation of phosphatidylcholine and a reduction of phosphatidic acid. Our findings have uncovered significant roles of PITPNC1 in mitochondrial phospholipid homeostasis and BAT thermogenesis. 展开更多

It is first reported that plant young proembryos expressed exogenous reporter genes by electroporation. Young proembryos with 8-32 cells and globular proembryos with 250-400 cells could be isolated by enzymatic maceration combined with microdissection. After electroporation with GUS or GFP genes, the proembryos were cultured for 1 -2 d in KM8p medium. At the field strength of electroporation 500-1 500 V/cm, blue reaction of GUS or green fluorescence of GFP could be observed in the proembryos. The highest transient expression frequency of young proembryos (2.2%) was obtained at the field strength of 750 V/cm, whereas the highest frequency of globular proembryos (5.9%) was obtained at the field strength of 1 250 V/cm. Taking the proportion of transformed cells in the whole cells of proembryos as efficient transformation frequency, the efficient transformation frequency of the young proembryos was 7 times that of the globular proembryos. 展开更多

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)encompasses a spectrum of pathologies,ranging from steatosis to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).The factors promoting the progression of steatosis to NASH are still unclear.Recent studies suggest that mitochondrial lipid composition is critical in NASH develop-ment.Here,we showed that CDP-DAG synthase 2(Cds2)was downregulated in genetic or diet-induced NAFLD mouse models.Liver-specific deficiency of Cds2 provoked hepatic steatosis,inflammation and fibrosis in five-week-old mice.CDS2 is enriched in mitochondria-associated membranes(MAMs),and hepatic Cds2 deficiency impaired mitochondrial function and decreased mitochondrial PE levels.Overexpression of phosphatidylserine decarboxylase(PISD)alleviated the NASH-like phenotype in Cds2^(f/f);AlbCre mice and abnormal mitochondrial morphology and function caused by CDS2 deficiency in hepatocytes.Additionally,dietary supplementation with an agonist of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha(PPARa)attenuated mitochondrial defects and ameliorated the NASH-like phe-notype in Cds2^(f/f);AlbCre mice.Finally,Cds2 overexpression protected against high-fat diet-induced hepatic steatosis and obesity.Thus,Cds2 modulates mitochondrial function and NASH development. 展开更多
