User representation learning is crucial for capturing different user preferences,but it is also critical challenging because user intentions are latent and dispersed in complex and different patterns of user-generated...User representation learning is crucial for capturing different user preferences,but it is also critical challenging because user intentions are latent and dispersed in complex and different patterns of user-generated data,and thus cannot be measured directly.Text-based data models can learn user representations by mining latent semantics,which is beneficial to enhancing the semantic function of user representations.However,these technologies only extract common features in historical records and cannot represent changes in user intentions.However,sequential feature can express the user’s interests and intentions that change time by time.But the sequential recommendation results based on the user representation of the item lack the interpretability of preference factors.To address these issues,we propose in this paper a novel model with Dual-Layer User Representation,named DLUR,where the user’s intention is learned based on two different layer representations.Specifically,the latent semantic layer adds an interactive layer based on Transformer to extract keywords and key sentences in the text and serve as a basis for interpretation.The sequence layer uses the Transformer model to encode the user’s preference intention to clarify changes in the user’s intention.Therefore,this dual-layer user mode is more comprehensive than a single text mode or sequence mode and can effectually improve the performance of recommendations.Our extensive experiments on five benchmark datasets demonstrate DLUR’s performance over state-of-the-art recommendation models.In addition,DLUR’s ability to explain recommendation results is also demonstrated through some specific cases.展开更多
The occurrence and development of colorectal cancer involve multiple genes and pathways as a result of accumulated mutations at several sites that control growth and differentiation.Baicalin is a flavonoid extracted f...The occurrence and development of colorectal cancer involve multiple genes and pathways as a result of accumulated mutations at several sites that control growth and differentiation.Baicalin is a flavonoid extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi with antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and antiviral activities.Here,we discuss its possible clinical development and perspectives for future research.We also summarize the literature on colorectal cancer as well as the anticancer effect of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in the last 20 years.As research progresses,the therapeutic effect of baicalin in combating colorectal cancer has gradually been recognized.Its impact on colorectal cancer and anticancer mechanism,such as blocking the tumor cell cycle,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,preventing and treating tumor metastasis and anti-inflammatory activity,have become new hot topics in the study of antitumor agents in Chinese medicine.The present review surveys and summarizes studies of baicalin in anti-colorectal cancer treatment to enhance the understanding of its tumoricidal mechanism and to provide new therapeutic options for colorectal cancer.展开更多

Herein, the effect of various sulfur-containing components in SEI for stabilizing lithium metal anodes is disclosed in lithium–sulfur batteries. High-valence sulfur-containing species(Li_(2)SO_(3) and Li_(2)SO_(4)) in SEI are conducive to uniform lithium deposition and stabilizing lithium metal anodes. In contrast, low-valence sulfur-containing species(Li_(2)S_(3) and Li_(2)S_(4)) in SEI result in aggressive lithium dendrites and dead lithium. This work identifies the role of sulfurcontaining components in SEI for stabilizing lithium metal anodes and provides rational design principles of SEI for protecting lithium metal anodes in practical lithium–sulfur batteries.展开更多
The lithium(Li) metal anode is an integral component in an emerging high-energy-density rechargeable battery.A composite Li anode with a three-dimensional(3 D) host exhibits unique advantages in suppressing Li dendrit...The lithium(Li) metal anode is an integral component in an emerging high-energy-density rechargeable battery.A composite Li anode with a three-dimensional(3 D) host exhibits unique advantages in suppressing Li dendrites and maintaining dimensional stability.However,the fundamental understanding and regulation of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI),which directly dictates the behavior of Li plating/stripping,are rarely researched in composite Li metal anodes.Herein,the interaction between a polar polymer host and solvent molecules was proposed as an emerging but effective strategy to enable a stable SEI and a uniform Li deposition in a working battery.Fluoroethylene carbonate molecules in electrolytes are enriched in the vicinity of a polar polyacrylonitrile(PAN) host due to a strong dipole-dipole interaction,resulting in a LiF-rich SEI on Li metal to improve the uniformity of Li deposition.A composite Li anode with a PAN host delivers 145 cycles compared with 90 cycles when a non-polar host is employed.Moreover,60 cycles are demonstrated in a 1:0 Ah pouch cell without external pressure.This work provides a fresh guidance for designing practical composite Li anodes by unraveling the vital role of the synergy between a 3 D host and solvent molecules for regulating a robust SEI.展开更多
In this study, 27 pairs of EST-SSR primers were employed to analyze the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of 100 wild tea plant germplasm re- sources and 22 cultivars, according to the results, a total of 88 ...In this study, 27 pairs of EST-SSR primers were employed to analyze the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of 100 wild tea plant germplasm re- sources and 22 cultivars, according to the results, a total of 88 polymorphic bands were amplified with 27 pairs of primers; the variation of effective alleles accounted for 69.01% ; a total of 183 genotypes were detected, with a variation range of 4 -11 ; averagely 6.78 genotypes were amplified with each primer pair; Shannon index (I) of 27 primer pairs ranged from 0.32 to I. 35, with an average of 0.88 ; the observed heterozygosity (0.52) was basically consistent with the expected het- erozygosity (0.52) ; the average polymorphism heterozygosity was 0.48, which was very close to 0.50 ; the average Nei's index was 0.51, which was higher than 0. 50 ; the average polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.52, which was higher than 0.50, indicating high genetic diversity among wild tea germplasm resources in Yuunan Province. According to the clustering results, based on geographical origins and genetic backgrounds, 122 materials were clustered into 14 categories. Dendrogram based on Nei's genetic distance revealed complex genetic relationships among wild tea germplasm resources in Yunnan Province. With the continuous development of science and technology,electronic devices have begun to enter all aspects of human life,becoming increasingly closely related to human life.Users have higher quality requirements for...With the continuous development of science and technology,electronic devices have begun to enter all aspects of human life,becoming increasingly closely related to human life.Users have higher quality requirements for electronic devices.Electronic device testing has gradually become an irreplaceable engineering process in modern manufacturing enterprises to guarantee the quality of products while preventing inferior products from entering the market.Considering the large output of electronic devices,improving the testing efficiency while reducing the testing cost has become an urgent problem to be solved.This study investigates the electronic device testing machine allocation problem(EDTMAP),aiming to improve the production of electronic devices and reduce the scheduling distance among testing machines through reasonable machine allocation.First,a mathematical model was formulated for the EDTMAP to maximize both production and the scheduling distance among testing machines.Second,we developed a discrete multi-objective artificial bee colony(DMOABC)algorithm to solve EDTMAP.A crossover operator and local search operator were designed to improve the exploration and exploitation of the algorithm,respectively.Numerical experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm.The experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm compared with the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II)and strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm 2(SPEA2).Finally,the mathematical model and DMOABC algorithm were applied to a real-world factory that tests radio-frequency modules.The results verify that our method can significantly improve production and reduce the scheduling distance among testing machines.展开更多

[Objectives]To evaluate the effects of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture method on improving learning and memory function and hippocampal nerve regeneration and repair after stroke.[Methods]Animal models of cognitive impair...[Objectives]To evaluate the effects of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture method on improving learning and memory function and hippocampal nerve regeneration and repair after stroke.[Methods]Animal models of cognitive impairment in the recovery phase of cerebral infarction in rats were prepared,and rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,donepezil group,and acupuncture group.Morris water maze experiment was carried out to evaluate learning and memory ability.Nissl staining,BrdU and DCX immunofluorescence staining were used to observe the number and morphological structure of neuronal pyramidal and granular cells in the dentate gyrus(DG)area of the hippocampus,as well as the proliferation and differentiation of neural progenitor cells.TUNEL method was used to detect cell apoptosis.[Results]Before intervention,the scores and ELP of the model group,donepezil group and acupuncture group were significantly higher than those of the blank group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the neurological scores and ELP of the blank group and the model group were not significantly different from those before the intervention(P<0.05);the donepezil group and acupuncture group were significantly reduced,there was no difference between the donepezil group and acupuncture group(P>0.05),but it was still significantly higher than the blank group(P<0.05).The results of BrdU and DCX immunofluorescence staining showed that there were only a few BrdU positive cells and DCX protein in the hippocampal DG area of mice in the blank group,and the positive cells in the model group were significantly increased(P<0.05);donepezil group and acupuncture group showed significant increase compared with the model group(P<0.05);compared with the blank group,the number of neurons in the hippocampal DG area of each group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the neuronal apoptosis index was significantly increased(P<0.01);compared with the blank group,the number of neurons in the hippocampal DG area of each group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the neuronal apoptosis index was significantly increased(P<0.01).The number of neurons in the hippocampal DG area of rats in the acupuncture group and donepezil group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the neuronal apoptosis index was significantly decreased(P<0.01).[Conclusions]Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture method can improve the learning and memory function of stroke model rats by promoting the regeneration and repair of hippocampal nerve in rats with cerebral infarction.展开更多

We establish new numerical methods for solving systems of Volterra integral equations with cardinal splines. The unknown functions are expressed as a linear combination of horizontal translations of certain cardinal spline functions with small compact supports. Then a simple system of equations on the coefficients is acquired for the system of integral equations. It is relatively straight forward to solve the system of unknowns and an approximation of the original solution with high accuracy is achieved. Several cardinal splines are applied in the paper to enhance the accuracy. The sufficient condition for the existence of the inverse matrix is examined and the convergence rate is investigated. We demonstrated the value of the methods using several examples.展开更多

A wide range of structurally diverse alkyl trifluoromethyl sulfides are obtained. Furthermore, the use of two different photocatalysts can realize an unprecedented trifluoromethylthiolation and amidation cascade of different C(sp^(3))–H bonds. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2011, using a stratif...Objective: To examine the awareness, treatment and control rates of diabetes and identify their associated risk factors among Beijing residents. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2011, using a stratified multistage cluster random sampling method to select a representative sample of 20,242 residents in Beijing aged 18e79 years. Diabetes was defined as fasting blood glucose (FBG)≥7.0 mmol/L and/or history of diabetes and/or using insulin or hypoglycemic agents. All estimates of awareness, treatment and control rates were weighted by the 2010 Beijing Population Census data and the sampling scheme. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to identify factors associated with awareness, treatment and control rates. Results: A total of 2061 (10.3%) participants were diagnosed as diabetes. The overall awareness, treatment and control rate among patients were 60.9%, 51.3% and 22.4%, respectively, while overall control rate among treated patients was 33.8%. These rates differed across subgroups. Women were more likely to be aware of diabetes status, receive treatment and have better glucose controlled than men (69.5%vs. 54.7%for awareness, 61.0%vs. 44.3%for treatment, and 27.6%vs. 18.6%for control, respectively). In addition, only 22.2%of treated patients had both FBG and hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) controlled well. Multivariate Logistic regression suggested that old age, women, higher education and family history of diabetes were asso-ciated with higher awareness, treatment and control rates (All P<0.05). Treated individuals living in rural (OR ? 0.67(95%CI: 0.47e0.96)) or with dyslipidemia (OR ? 0.63 (95%CI: 0.44e0.91)) had a lower diabetic control rate. Conclusions: Awareness, treatment and control rates of diabetes in Beijing were still low. A comprehensive intervention strategy on diabetes management and control is warranted.展开更多
Protein-biomolecule interactions play pivotal roles in almost all biological processes.For a biomolecule of interest,the identification of the interacting protein(s)is essential.For this need,although many assays are ...Protein-biomolecule interactions play pivotal roles in almost all biological processes.For a biomolecule of interest,the identification of the interacting protein(s)is essential.For this need,although many assays are available,highly robust and reliable methods are always desired.By combining a substrate-based proximity labeling activity from the pupylation pathway of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the streptavidin(SA)-biotin system,we developed the Specific Pupylation as IDEntity Reporter(SPIDER)method for identifying protein-biomolecule interactions.Using SPIDER,we validated the interactions between the known binding proteins of protein,DNA,RNA,and small molecule.We successfully applied SPIDER to construct the global protein interactome for m^(6)A and m RNA,identified a variety of uncharacterized m^(6)A binding proteins,and validated SRSF7 as a potential m^(6)A reader.We globally identified the binding proteins for lenalidomide and Cob B.Moreover,we identified SARS-CoV-2-specific receptors on the cell membrane.Overall,SPIDER is powerful and highly accessible for the study of proteinbiomolecule interactions.展开更多
To achieve advanced nitrogen removal from actual municipal sewage,a novel multistage anoxic/aerobic process with sludge regeneration zone(R-MAO)was developed.The reactor was used to treat actual domestic sewage and th...To achieve advanced nitrogen removal from actual municipal sewage,a novel multistage anoxic/aerobic process with sludge regeneration zone(R-MAO)was developed.The reactor was used to treat actual domestic sewage and the nitrogen removal capacity of the sludge regeneration zone(R zone)was investigated during the long-term operation.The best performance was obtained at the R zone’s Oxidation-Reduction Potential(ORP)of-50±30 mV and hydraulic residence times(HRT)of 1.2 hr.The average effluent COD,TN,NH_(4)^(+)-N and NO_(3)^(−)-N of the R-MAO process were 18.0±2.3,7.5±0.6,1.0±0.5 and 4.6±0.4 mg/L,respectively,with the corresponding removal efficiency of COD,TN and NH_(4)^(+)-N were 92.9%±1.0%,84.1%±1.5% and 97.5%±1.1%.Compared to the sole MAO system,the TN removal efficiency of the R-MAO increased by 10.1%.Besides,under the optimal conditions,the contribution of the R zone in the R-MAO that removal COD,TN,NH_(4)^(+)-N and NO_(3)^(−)-N were 0.36,0.15,0.032 and 0.82 g/day.High-throughput sequencing results showed that uncultured_bacterium_f_Burkholderiaceae(5.20%),OLB8(1.04%)and Ottowia(1.03%)played an important role in denitrification in the R zone.This study provided effective guidance for the design and operation of the R-MAO process in domestic sewage treatment.展开更多
Background:Liver ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)injury is a complex and multifactorial pathophysiological process.It is well recognized that the membrane permeability transition pore(mPTP)opening of mitochondria plays a cru...Background:Liver ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)injury is a complex and multifactorial pathophysiological process.It is well recognized that the membrane permeability transition pore(mPTP)opening of mitochondria plays a crucial role in cell death after I/R injury.Cyclophilin D(CypD)is a critical positive regulator of mPTP.However,the effect of CypD on the pathogenesis of liver I/R injury and whether CypD is a potential therapeutic target are still unclear.Methods:We constructed liver-specific CypD knockout and AAV8-peptidyl prolyl isomerase F(PPIF)overexpression mice.Then,a 70%liver I/R injury model was established in mice,with 90 min of ischemia and 6 h of reperfusion.The liver function was detected by the level of serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase(alanine transaminase)and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(aspartate aminotransferase),the liver damage score and degree of necrosis were measured by hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining of liver tissues.Reactive oxygen species(ROS)staining,apoptosis,and autophagy-related molecules were used to detect apoptosis and autophagy during liver I/R.Results:The liver-specific knockout of CypD alleviated necrosis and dysfunction in liver I/R injury,by reducing the excessive production of ROS,and inhibiting cell apoptosis and autophagy.On the contrary,overexpression of CypD exacerbated I/R-induced liver damage.Conclusion:We found that the downregulation of CypD expression alleviated liver I/R injury by reducing apoptosis and autophagy through caspase-3/Beclin1 crosstalk;in contrast,the upregulation of CypD expression aggravated liver I/R injury.Therefore,interfering with the expression of CypD seems to be a promising treatment for liver I/R injury.展开更多
We propose a method to implement electromagnetically induced grating in a phaseonium medium that has been coherently generated via atomic mechanisms.Phaseonium atoms have aΛ-type structure and three distinct energy l...We propose a method to implement electromagnetically induced grating in a phaseonium medium that has been coherently generated via atomic mechanisms.Phaseonium atoms have aΛ-type structure and three distinct energy levels;such atoms are originally generated in a coherent superposition of two lower levels.The phaseonium system is comprised of three-level atoms with aΛ-type configuration,which are initially prepared in a coherent superposition of two lower levels.To accomplish this spatial modulation based on the susceptibility of phaseonium medium,a standingwave field is used.By looking at how an optical field diffracts at different relative phases,we find that the zeroth and first order diffraction intensities increase as the relative phase changes.We also investigate the impact of the Rabi frequency of the field on diffraction intensity and notice that an increasing strength of the Rabi frequency leads to amplification in the intensity of both central zeroth order and first-order diffraction.Furthermore,it has been observed that a significant rise in diffraction intensity occurs at longer interaction lengths between external fields and the atomic medium.展开更多

文摘The interfacial stability of lithium metal anodes dictated by solid electrolyte interphase(SEI) is essential for long-cycling high-energy-density lithium–sulfur batteries. Nevertheless, critical components of SEI for interfacial stabilization are particularly indistinct. Herein, the effect of various sulfur-containing components in SEI for stabilizing lithium metal anodes is disclosed in lithium–sulfur batteries. High-valence sulfur-containing species(Li_(2)SO_(3) and Li_(2)SO_(4)) in SEI are conducive to uniform lithium deposition and stabilizing lithium metal anodes. In contrast, low-valence sulfur-containing species(Li_(2)S_(3) and Li_(2)S_(4)) in SEI result in aggressive lithium dendrites and dead lithium. This work identifies the role of sulfurcontaining components in SEI for stabilizing lithium metal anodes and provides rational design principles of SEI for protecting lithium metal anodes in practical lithium–sulfur batteries.

文摘The lithium(Li) metal anode is an integral component in an emerging high-energy-density rechargeable battery.A composite Li anode with a three-dimensional(3 D) host exhibits unique advantages in suppressing Li dendrites and maintaining dimensional stability.However,the fundamental understanding and regulation of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI),which directly dictates the behavior of Li plating/stripping,are rarely researched in composite Li metal anodes.Herein,the interaction between a polar polymer host and solvent molecules was proposed as an emerging but effective strategy to enable a stable SEI and a uniform Li deposition in a working battery.Fluoroethylene carbonate molecules in electrolytes are enriched in the vicinity of a polar polyacrylonitrile(PAN) host due to a strong dipole-dipole interaction,resulting in a LiF-rich SEI on Li metal to improve the uniformity of Li deposition.A composite Li anode with a PAN host delivers 145 cycles compared with 90 cycles when a non-polar host is employed.Moreover,60 cycles are demonstrated in a 1:0 Ah pouch cell without external pressure.This work provides a fresh guidance for designing practical composite Li anodes by unraveling the vital role of the synergy between a 3 D host and solvent molecules for regulating a robust SEI.

文摘In this study, 27 pairs of EST-SSR primers were employed to analyze the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of 100 wild tea plant germplasm re- sources and 22 cultivars, according to the results, a total of 88 polymorphic bands were amplified with 27 pairs of primers; the variation of effective alleles accounted for 69.01% ; a total of 183 genotypes were detected, with a variation range of 4 -11 ; averagely 6.78 genotypes were amplified with each primer pair; Shannon index (I) of 27 primer pairs ranged from 0.32 to I. 35, with an average of 0.88 ; the observed heterozygosity (0.52) was basically consistent with the expected het- erozygosity (0.52) ; the average polymorphism heterozygosity was 0.48, which was very close to 0.50 ; the average Nei's index was 0.51, which was higher than 0. 50 ; the average polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.52, which was higher than 0.50, indicating high genetic diversity among wild tea germplasm resources in Yuunan Province. According to the clustering results, based on geographical origins and genetic backgrounds, 122 materials were clustered into 14 categories. Dendrogram based on Nei's genetic distance revealed complex genetic relationships among wild tea germplasm resources in Yunnan Province. This study provided certain reference for subsequent preservation, development and research of wild tea germplasm resources in China.

文摘With the continuous development of science and technology,electronic devices have begun to enter all aspects of human life,becoming increasingly closely related to human life.Users have higher quality requirements for electronic devices.Electronic device testing has gradually become an irreplaceable engineering process in modern manufacturing enterprises to guarantee the quality of products while preventing inferior products from entering the market.Considering the large output of electronic devices,improving the testing efficiency while reducing the testing cost has become an urgent problem to be solved.This study investigates the electronic device testing machine allocation problem(EDTMAP),aiming to improve the production of electronic devices and reduce the scheduling distance among testing machines through reasonable machine allocation.First,a mathematical model was formulated for the EDTMAP to maximize both production and the scheduling distance among testing machines.Second,we developed a discrete multi-objective artificial bee colony(DMOABC)algorithm to solve EDTMAP.A crossover operator and local search operator were designed to improve the exploration and exploitation of the algorithm,respectively.Numerical experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm.The experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm compared with the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II)and strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm 2(SPEA2).Finally,the mathematical model and DMOABC algorithm were applied to a real-world factory that tests radio-frequency modules.The results verify that our method can significantly improve production and reduce the scheduling distance among testing machines.

文摘A controllable crystallization is of practical importance to produce high-quality perovskite thin films with reduced structural defects.Lewis bases as electron-pair donor chemicals can strongly coordinate to lead ions and have been extensively employed to manipulate the growth of perovskite crystals.In this work,we demonstrate a series of Lewis-base amides,for morphological regulation of methylammonium lead triiodide(MAPbI3)thin films.The screened acetamide was demonstrated to decently improve the grain size,along with a spatial distribution at grain boundaries(GBs).The mesostructured solar cells of acetamide-modified absorbers yielded an optimized power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 20.04%with a mitigated open-circuit voltage(V_(OC))deficit of 0.39 V.This work provides a facile and cost-effective strategy toward controllable fabrication of high-performance MAPbI3 solar cells.

文摘In the field of query recommendation,the current techniques for semantic analysis technology can’t meet the demands of users.In order to meet diverse needs,we improved the LDA model and designed a new query recommendation model based on collaborative filtering-Semantic Factor Model(SFM),which combines text information,user interest information and web source.First,we improved the LDA model from bag-of-word to bag-of-phrase to understand the topics expressed by users’frequently used sentences.The phrase bag model treats phrases as a whole and can capture more accurate query intent.Second,we use collaborative filtering to build an evaluation matrix between user interests and personalized expressions.Third,we designed a new scoring function that can recommend the top n resources to users.Finally,we conduct experiments on the AOL data set.The experimental results show that compared with other latest query recommendation techniques,SFM has higher recommendation quality.

文摘[Objectives]To evaluate the effects of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture method on improving learning and memory function and hippocampal nerve regeneration and repair after stroke.[Methods]Animal models of cognitive impairment in the recovery phase of cerebral infarction in rats were prepared,and rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,donepezil group,and acupuncture group.Morris water maze experiment was carried out to evaluate learning and memory ability.Nissl staining,BrdU and DCX immunofluorescence staining were used to observe the number and morphological structure of neuronal pyramidal and granular cells in the dentate gyrus(DG)area of the hippocampus,as well as the proliferation and differentiation of neural progenitor cells.TUNEL method was used to detect cell apoptosis.[Results]Before intervention,the scores and ELP of the model group,donepezil group and acupuncture group were significantly higher than those of the blank group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the neurological scores and ELP of the blank group and the model group were not significantly different from those before the intervention(P<0.05);the donepezil group and acupuncture group were significantly reduced,there was no difference between the donepezil group and acupuncture group(P>0.05),but it was still significantly higher than the blank group(P<0.05).The results of BrdU and DCX immunofluorescence staining showed that there were only a few BrdU positive cells and DCX protein in the hippocampal DG area of mice in the blank group,and the positive cells in the model group were significantly increased(P<0.05);donepezil group and acupuncture group showed significant increase compared with the model group(P<0.05);compared with the blank group,the number of neurons in the hippocampal DG area of each group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the neuronal apoptosis index was significantly increased(P<0.01);compared with the blank group,the number of neurons in the hippocampal DG area of each group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the neuronal apoptosis index was significantly increased(P<0.01).The number of neurons in the hippocampal DG area of rats in the acupuncture group and donepezil group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the neuronal apoptosis index was significantly decreased(P<0.01).[Conclusions]Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture method can improve the learning and memory function of stroke model rats by promoting the regeneration and repair of hippocampal nerve in rats with cerebral infarction.
文摘This work is a continuation of the earlier article [1]. We establish new numerical methods for solving systems of Volterra integral equations with cardinal splines. The unknown functions are expressed as a linear combination of horizontal translations of certain cardinal spline functions with small compact supports. Then a simple system of equations on the coefficients is acquired for the system of integral equations. It is relatively straight forward to solve the system of unknowns and an approximation of the original solution with high accuracy is achieved. Several cardinal splines are applied in the paper to enhance the accuracy. The sufficient condition for the existence of the inverse matrix is examined and the convergence rate is investigated. We demonstrated the value of the methods using several examples.

文摘The most predominant sphingoilipids bases are phytosphingosine(phyto-sph) and phytosphingosine-1-phosphate(phyto-S1 P), followed by dihydrosphingosine(dh-sph) and dihydroshingosine-1-phosphate(dh-S1 P). In this study, a fast, sensitive and selective method for determining those four of sphingolipids by high performance liquid chromatography coupled to electrospray ionization ion trap mass spectrometry was introduced. Comparing two methods, method B’s recovery was better than method A. And the limit of detection(LOD) was between 0.003 to 0.013 μM for 20 μl injection.

文摘In this paper,we have developed a decarboxylative amination of carboxylic acids with nitroarenes for the synthesis of secondary amines.The protocol is performed at mild conditions without the use of noble metals as catalysts.A wide range of structurally diverse secondary amines could be obtained in good yields(up to 94%)with good functional group tolerance.This transformation shows good to excellent selectivity,avoiding the generation of over alkylated byproducts.

文摘Selective functionalization of C(sp^(3))–H bonds is a straightforward and practical method to construct complex molecule skeletons. In this field, direct transformation of unactivated C(sp^(3))–H bonds into C(sp^(3))–SCF_(3) architectures is still a great challenge.We report a highly selective trifluoromethylthiolation of unactivated aliphatic C(sp^(3))–H bonds by combination of proton-coupled electron transfer(PCET) and hydrogen atom transfer(HAT) strategy. A wide range of structurally diverse alkyl trifluoromethyl sulfides are obtained. Furthermore, the use of two different photocatalysts can realize an unprecedented trifluoromethylthiolation and amidation cascade of different C(sp^(3))–H bonds. It can afford a good access to bifunctionalized molecules in synthetically useful yields.
文摘Objective: To examine the awareness, treatment and control rates of diabetes and identify their associated risk factors among Beijing residents. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2011, using a stratified multistage cluster random sampling method to select a representative sample of 20,242 residents in Beijing aged 18e79 years. Diabetes was defined as fasting blood glucose (FBG)≥7.0 mmol/L and/or history of diabetes and/or using insulin or hypoglycemic agents. All estimates of awareness, treatment and control rates were weighted by the 2010 Beijing Population Census data and the sampling scheme. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to identify factors associated with awareness, treatment and control rates. Results: A total of 2061 (10.3%) participants were diagnosed as diabetes. The overall awareness, treatment and control rate among patients were 60.9%, 51.3% and 22.4%, respectively, while overall control rate among treated patients was 33.8%. These rates differed across subgroups. Women were more likely to be aware of diabetes status, receive treatment and have better glucose controlled than men (69.5%vs. 54.7%for awareness, 61.0%vs. 44.3%for treatment, and 27.6%vs. 18.6%for control, respectively). In addition, only 22.2%of treated patients had both FBG and hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) controlled well. Multivariate Logistic regression suggested that old age, women, higher education and family history of diabetes were asso-ciated with higher awareness, treatment and control rates (All P<0.05). Treated individuals living in rural (OR ? 0.67(95%CI: 0.47e0.96)) or with dyslipidemia (OR ? 0.63 (95%CI: 0.44e0.91)) had a lower diabetic control rate. Conclusions: Awareness, treatment and control rates of diabetes in Beijing were still low. A comprehensive intervention strategy on diabetes management and control is warranted.

文摘Protein-biomolecule interactions play pivotal roles in almost all biological processes.For a biomolecule of interest,the identification of the interacting protein(s)is essential.For this need,although many assays are available,highly robust and reliable methods are always desired.By combining a substrate-based proximity labeling activity from the pupylation pathway of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the streptavidin(SA)-biotin system,we developed the Specific Pupylation as IDEntity Reporter(SPIDER)method for identifying protein-biomolecule interactions.Using SPIDER,we validated the interactions between the known binding proteins of protein,DNA,RNA,and small molecule.We successfully applied SPIDER to construct the global protein interactome for m^(6)A and m RNA,identified a variety of uncharacterized m^(6)A binding proteins,and validated SRSF7 as a potential m^(6)A reader.We globally identified the binding proteins for lenalidomide and Cob B.Moreover,we identified SARS-CoV-2-specific receptors on the cell membrane.Overall,SPIDER is powerful and highly accessible for the study of proteinbiomolecule interactions.

文摘To achieve advanced nitrogen removal from actual municipal sewage,a novel multistage anoxic/aerobic process with sludge regeneration zone(R-MAO)was developed.The reactor was used to treat actual domestic sewage and the nitrogen removal capacity of the sludge regeneration zone(R zone)was investigated during the long-term operation.The best performance was obtained at the R zone’s Oxidation-Reduction Potential(ORP)of-50±30 mV and hydraulic residence times(HRT)of 1.2 hr.The average effluent COD,TN,NH_(4)^(+)-N and NO_(3)^(−)-N of the R-MAO process were 18.0±2.3,7.5±0.6,1.0±0.5 and 4.6±0.4 mg/L,respectively,with the corresponding removal efficiency of COD,TN and NH_(4)^(+)-N were 92.9%±1.0%,84.1%±1.5% and 97.5%±1.1%.Compared to the sole MAO system,the TN removal efficiency of the R-MAO increased by 10.1%.Besides,under the optimal conditions,the contribution of the R zone in the R-MAO that removal COD,TN,NH_(4)^(+)-N and NO_(3)^(−)-N were 0.36,0.15,0.032 and 0.82 g/day.High-throughput sequencing results showed that uncultured_bacterium_f_Burkholderiaceae(5.20%),OLB8(1.04%)and Ottowia(1.03%)played an important role in denitrification in the R zone.This study provided effective guidance for the design and operation of the R-MAO process in domestic sewage treatment.

文摘Background:Liver ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)injury is a complex and multifactorial pathophysiological process.It is well recognized that the membrane permeability transition pore(mPTP)opening of mitochondria plays a crucial role in cell death after I/R injury.Cyclophilin D(CypD)is a critical positive regulator of mPTP.However,the effect of CypD on the pathogenesis of liver I/R injury and whether CypD is a potential therapeutic target are still unclear.Methods:We constructed liver-specific CypD knockout and AAV8-peptidyl prolyl isomerase F(PPIF)overexpression mice.Then,a 70%liver I/R injury model was established in mice,with 90 min of ischemia and 6 h of reperfusion.The liver function was detected by the level of serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase(alanine transaminase)and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(aspartate aminotransferase),the liver damage score and degree of necrosis were measured by hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining of liver tissues.Reactive oxygen species(ROS)staining,apoptosis,and autophagy-related molecules were used to detect apoptosis and autophagy during liver I/R.Results:The liver-specific knockout of CypD alleviated necrosis and dysfunction in liver I/R injury,by reducing the excessive production of ROS,and inhibiting cell apoptosis and autophagy.On the contrary,overexpression of CypD exacerbated I/R-induced liver damage.Conclusion:We found that the downregulation of CypD expression alleviated liver I/R injury by reducing apoptosis and autophagy through caspase-3/Beclin1 crosstalk;in contrast,the upregulation of CypD expression aggravated liver I/R injury.Therefore,interfering with the expression of CypD seems to be a promising treatment for liver I/R injury.

文摘We propose a method to implement electromagnetically induced grating in a phaseonium medium that has been coherently generated via atomic mechanisms.Phaseonium atoms have aΛ-type structure and three distinct energy levels;such atoms are originally generated in a coherent superposition of two lower levels.The phaseonium system is comprised of three-level atoms with aΛ-type configuration,which are initially prepared in a coherent superposition of two lower levels.To accomplish this spatial modulation based on the susceptibility of phaseonium medium,a standingwave field is used.By looking at how an optical field diffracts at different relative phases,we find that the zeroth and first order diffraction intensities increase as the relative phase changes.We also investigate the impact of the Rabi frequency of the field on diffraction intensity and notice that an increasing strength of the Rabi frequency leads to amplification in the intensity of both central zeroth order and first-order diffraction.Furthermore,it has been observed that a significant rise in diffraction intensity occurs at longer interaction lengths between external fields and the atomic medium.
