In this letter,we comment on the article by Zhou et al that was published in the recent issue of the World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery.This article proposes a new clinical grading system based on a multidiscip...In this letter,we comment on the article by Zhou et al that was published in the recent issue of the World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery.This article proposes a new clinical grading system based on a multidisciplinary team,which prompts us to rethink the clinical management of hepatic hemangioma.Hepatic hemangioma is the most common benign solid liver tumor.In general,follow-up and obser-vation for the vast majority of hepatic hemangioma is reasonable.For those pa-tients with symptoms and severe complications,surgical intervention is ne-cessary.Specific surgical indications,however,are still not clear.An effective grading system is helpful in further guiding the clinical management of hepatic hemangioma.In this article,we review the recent literature,summarize the sur-gical indications and treatment of hepatic hemangioma,and evaluate the potential of this new clinical grading system.展开更多
In this editorial,we comment on the article“Analysis of the impact of immuno-therapy efficacy and safety in patients with gastric cancer and liver metastasis”by Liu et al that was published in the recent issue of th...In this editorial,we comment on the article“Analysis of the impact of immuno-therapy efficacy and safety in patients with gastric cancer and liver metastasis”by Liu et al that was published in the recent issue of the World Journal of Gastroin-testinal Surgery.It has prompted us to think and summarize some thoughts on immunotherapy for malignant tumor liver metastasis.Immunotherapy plays a crucial role in the treatment of malignant tumors;however,the presence of liver metastases in advanced tumors may impact its efficacy.Although patients with liver metastases can still benefit from immunotherapy,multiple clinical studies have indicated that,compared to other sites of metastasis,liver metastases may diminish the effectiveness of immunotherapy.The efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in patients with liver metastases often fails to reach the ideal level,primarily due to the liver metastases exploiting the host's peripheral immune to-lerance mechanisms to promote systemic CD8(+)T cell exhaustion,resulting in a systemic immune-tolerant environment.This article aims to summarize the reasons for the decreased efficacy of immunotherapy following liver metastasis in various malignant tumors and propose potential clinical strategies for manage-ment.展开更多
Background:Septic shock is a common systemic inflammatory response syndrome for critical patients in the intensive care unit.Ulinastatin is currently used for the treatment of septic shock.Our study sought to evaluate...Background:Septic shock is a common systemic inflammatory response syndrome for critical patients in the intensive care unit.Ulinastatin is currently used for the treatment of septic shock.Our study sought to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ulinastatin in the treatment of septic shock patients.Methods:Three English databases(Embase,Medline,and Cochrane Library)and four Chinese databases(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang data,SinoMed,and VIP)were searched for published randomized controlled trials.Stata 16.0 software was used to conduct the meta-analysis.Results:A total of 48 articles were included(Chinese article 47,1 in English).The results show that the treatment of ulinastatin could reduce mortality(risk ratio=0.63,95%confidence interval(CI)(0.55,0.72)),multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(risk ratio=0.6,95%CI(0.53,0.68)),length of intensive care unit stay(mean difference(MD)=-3.92,95%CI(-4.65,-3.18)),length of hospital stay(MD=-4.39,95%CI(-6.63,-2.15))and decrease Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II score(MD=-4.55,95%CI(-5.63,-3.47))and Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score(MD=-2.02,95%CI(-2.59,-1.44))with P<0.001.Moreover,it lowers TNF-α(standardized mean difference(SMD)=-1.78,95%CI(-2.24,-1.32)),Interleukin-6(SMD=-1.17,95%CI(-1.55,-0.8)),C reactive protein(SMD=-1.49,95%CI(-1.99,-0.99)),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(SMD=-1.9,95%CI(-2.87,-0.94))and procalcitonin(SMD=-0.89,95%CI(-1.12,-0.67))levels in the body.Conclusions:Available evidence shows that ulinastatin reduces case mortality rate,multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,length of intensive care unit stay,and length of hospital stay and decreases Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II score and Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score.Moreover,it also lowers TNF-α,Interleukin-6,C reactive protein,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,and procalcitonin levels in the body.展开更多
BACKGROUND Vaginal myomectomy is the most common form of radical treatment for prolapsed submucosal leiomyoma and is typically performed under general anesthesia.However,an alternative treatment approach is needed for...BACKGROUND Vaginal myomectomy is the most common form of radical treatment for prolapsed submucosal leiomyoma and is typically performed under general anesthesia.However,an alternative treatment approach is needed for patients who cannot tolerate general anesthesia.We describe a case with such a patient who was successfully treated via a minimally invasive method under local anesthesia.CASE SUMMARY A 46-year-old female suffered from abnormal uterine bleeding,severe anemia,and a reduced quality of life attributed to a massive prolapsed submucosal leiomyoma.She could not tolerate general anesthesia due to a congenital thoracic malformation and cardiopulmonary insufficiency.A new individualized combined treatment,consisting uterine artery embolization(UAE),percutaneous microwave ablation(PMWA)of the pedicle and the endometrium,and transvaginal removal of the leiomyoma by twisting,was performed.The lesion was completely removed successfully under local anesthesia without any major complications.The postoperative follow-up showed complete symptom relief and a significant improvement in the quality of life.CONCLUSION UAE combined with PMWA can be performed under local anesthesia and is a promising alternative treatment for patients who cannot tolerate general anesthesia.展开更多
BACKGROUND Gastric carcinoma(GC)is a common gastrointestinal malignancy worldwide.Based on the cancer-related mortality,the current prevention and treatment strategies for GC still show poor clinical results.Therefore...BACKGROUND Gastric carcinoma(GC)is a common gastrointestinal malignancy worldwide.Based on the cancer-related mortality,the current prevention and treatment strategies for GC still show poor clinical results.Therefore,it is important to find effective drug treatment targets.AIM To explore the mechanism by which 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid(18β-GRA)regulates mitochondrial ribosomal protein L35(MRPL35)related signal proteins to inhibit the proliferation of GC cells.METHODS Cell counting kit-8 assay was used to detect the effects of 18β-GRA on the survival rate of human normal gastric mucosal cell line GES-1 and the proliferation of GC cell lines MGC80-3 and BGC-823.The apoptosis and cell cycle were assessed by flow cytometry.Cell invasion and migration were evaluated by Transwell assay,and cell scratch test was used to detect cell migration.Furthermore,a tumor model was established by hypodermic injection of 2.5×106 BGC-823 cells at the selected positions of BALB/c nude mice to determine the effect of 18β-GRA on GC cell proliferation,and quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was used to detect MRPL35 expression in the engrafted tumors in mice.We used the term tandem mass tag(TMT)labeling combined with liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry to screen for differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)extracted from GC cells and control cells after 18β-GRA intervention.A detailed bioinformatics analysis of these DEPs was performed,including Gene Ontology annotation and enrichment analysis,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analysis,and so on.Moreover,STRING database(https://string-db.org/)was used to predict proteinprotein interaction(PPI)relationships and Western blot was used to detect the expression of proteins of interest in GC cells.RESULTS The results indicated that 18β-GRA could inhibit the proliferation of GC cells in a dose-and timedependent manner.It could induce GC cell apoptosis and arrest the cell cycle at G0/G1 phase.The proportion of cells arrested at S phase decreased with the increase of 18-GRA dose,and the migration and invasiveness of GC cells were inhibited.The results of animal experiments showed that 18β-GRA could inhibit tumor formation in BALB/c nude mice,and qRT-PCR results showed that MRPL35 expression level was significantly reduced in the engrafted tumors in mice.Using TMT technology,609 DEPs,among which 335 were up-regulated and 274 were down-regulated,were identified in 18β-GRA intervention compared with control.We found that the intervention of 18β-GRA in GC cells involved many important biological processes and signaling pathways,such as cellular processes,biological regulation,and TP53 signaling pathway.Notably,after the drug intervention,MRPL35 expression was significantly down-regulated(P=0.000247),TP53 expression was up-regulated(P=0.02676),and BCL2L1 was down-regulated(P=0.01699).Combined with the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/Proteins database,we analyzed the relationship between MRPL35,TP53,and BCL2L1 signaling proteins,and we found that COPS5,BAX,and BAD proteins can form a PPI network with MRPL35,TP53,and BCL2L1.Western blot analysis confirmed the intervention effect of 18β-GRA on GC cells,MRPL35,TP53,and BCL2L1 showed dose-dependent up/down-regulation,and the expression of COPS5,BAX,and BAD also increased/decreased with the change of 18β-GRA concentration.CONCLUSION 18β-GRA can inhibit the proliferation of GC cells by regulating MRPL35,COPS5,TP53,BCL2L1,BAX,and BAD.展开更多
BACKGROUND Gastric carcinoma(GC)is a digestive system disease with high morbidity and mortality.However,early clinical detection is difficult,and the therapeutic effect for advanced disease is not satisfactory.Thus,fi...BACKGROUND Gastric carcinoma(GC)is a digestive system disease with high morbidity and mortality.However,early clinical detection is difficult,and the therapeutic effect for advanced disease is not satisfactory.Thus,finding new tumor markers and therapeutic targets conducive to the treatment of GC is imperative.MRPL35 is a member of the large subunit family of mitochondrial ribosomal protein.MRPL35 shows the characteristic of oncogene in colorectal cancer and esophageal cancer,which promotes the exploration of the correlation between MRPL35 and GC.We proposed that the expression of MRPL35 might be critical in GC.AIM To study the effect of MRPL35 knockdown on GC cell proliferation.METHODS The expression of MRPL35 in GC was evaluated based on data from the publictumor database UALCAN(www.ualcan.path.uab.edu).The effect of theexpression of MRPL35 on the prognosis was evaluated with KMplot(www.kmplot.com).The expression of MRPL35 was assessed on the tissuemicroarray by immunohistochemistry and the level of MRPL35 mRNA in 25 pairsof clinical GC tissues and matched adjacent tissues was detected by quantitativereverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.Celigo cell count assay,colonyformation assay,and flow cytometry were used to assess the role of MRPL35 inGC cell proliferation and apoptosis in vitro.Additionally,tumor formationexperiment in BALB/c nude mice was utilized to determine the effect of MRPL35on GC cell proliferation.After knockdown of MRPL35,related proteins wereidentified by isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification analysis,andthe expression of related proteins was detected by Western blot.RESULTSThe expression of MRPL35 was up-regulated in GC(P=1.77×10^(-4)).The Kaplan-Meier plots of the overall survival indicated that high expression of MRPL35 wasassociated with a poor survival in GC.Compared with adjacent tissues,theexpression of MRPL35 in GC tissues was increased,which was related to age(P=0.03),lymph node metastasis(P=0.007),and pathological tumor-node-metastasisstage(P=0.024).Knockdown of MRPL35 inhibited GC cell proliferation andcolony formation and induced apoptosis.Animal experiment results showed thatknockdown of MRPL35 inhibited tumor formation in BALB/c nude mice.Westernblotting analysis showed that after knockdown of MRPL35,the expression ofPICK1 and BCL-XL proteins decreased,and that of AGR2 protein increased.CONCLUSIONCollectively,our findings demonstrate that knockdown of MRPL35 inhibits GCcell proliferation through related proteins including PICK1,BCL-XL,and AGR2.展开更多
Objective:Using neuromyelitis optica immunoglobulin G(NMO-IgG)to induced ex vivo mice spinal cord slice model.Methods:Vibratome-cut transverse spinal cord slices from 7-day-old C57BL/6Jmouse pups were cultured on tran...Objective:Using neuromyelitis optica immunoglobulin G(NMO-IgG)to induced ex vivo mice spinal cord slice model.Methods:Vibratome-cut transverse spinal cord slices from 7-day-old C57BL/6Jmouse pups were cultured on transwell porous supports for 7days,then randomly divided into the control group and NMO model group.Slices of the control group were further cultured with human serum complement,while slices from NMO model group were exposed to complement and NMO-IgG.After 24-hour incubation,slices of both groups were measured for aquaporin-4(AQP4),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),myelin basic protein(MBP)and neurofilament light chain(NFL)by immunofluorescence.Results:Slices exposed to NMO-IgG showed astrocyte swelling,and a significant loss of AQP4and GFAP staining.Ratios of the loss of AQP4and GFAP staining were 77.74%±6.75%and 75.62%±5.76%respectively in the model group,and NMO-like injury score was 3.11±0.60.But there were no obvious losses of AQP4and GFAP staining in the control group,and NMO-like lesion score was 0.00.There were significant differences between the two groups with regards to the above indexes(P<0.01).Ratios of the loss of MBP and NFL staining in the model group were 37.60%±4.88%and46.29%±4.98%respectively,while the corresponding figures in the control group were 9.10%±1.63%and 5.80%±0.81%,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:These results suggested that NMO-IgG-induced ex vivo spinal cord slice model possesses typical features of NMO,and this model might be useful for relevant fundamental studies.展开更多

The present study aimed to evaluate the prognostic impact of IL-26 on HCC patients undergoing liver resection. Methods: From 2003 to 2008, 122 patients with HCC who received surgical curative resection were enrolled. Patients were stratified into IL-26-upper and-lower groups according to the median expression level from immunohistochemical staining of resected specimens. Prognostic impact of IL-26 was estimated using Kaplan–Meier curves. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed to evaluate timedependent prognostic impact and independency of IL-26. Demographic and clinical factors that were associated with IL-26 were comprehensively identified. Results: Prognosis of the patients with high level of IL-26 revealed to be significantly unfavorable in both cumulative recurrence-free survival( P < 0.001) and overall survival( P = 0.002). Upper expression of IL-26(HR: 1.643;95% CI: 1.021 to 2.644;P = 0.041) and microvascular invasion(HR: 3.303;95% CI: 1.255 to 8.696;P = 0.016) were identified as significant independent prognostic factors for overall survival in the multivariable analysis. Conclusions: IL-26 is a novel prognostic factor for HCC after resection. Evaluation of IL-26 expression may be potentially valuable in clinical therapy when planning individualized follow-up schedule and evaluating candidates for prophylactic adjuvant treatment to prevent recurrence.展开更多
BACKGROUND The prognosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)patients following surgical resection remains poor.It is necessary to investigate effective biomarkers or prognostic models for ICC patients.AIM To inves...BACKGROUND The prognosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)patients following surgical resection remains poor.It is necessary to investigate effective biomarkers or prognostic models for ICC patients.AIM To investigate the prognostic effect of systemic immune-inflammation index(SII)to predict long-term outcomes in ICC patients with undergoing hepatic resection.METHODS Consecutive ICC patients who underwent initial hepatectomy with curative intent from January 2009 to September 2017 were retrospectively reviewed.Receiver-operating characteristic(ROC)curves were used to determine the optimal cut-off values of SII.Kaplan-Meier curves and Cox proportional hazards regression were performed to evaluate the discriminative ability of preoperative SII in predicting overall survival(OS)and recurrence-free survival(RFS).RESULTS A total of 530 patients were included and randomly divided into derivation(n=265)and validation cohort(n=265).The optimal cut-off value for SII was 450.Ata median follow-up of 18 mo(range,1-115.4 mo),317(59.8%)patients died and381(71.9%)patients experienced tumor relapse.Low SII level was associated with better OS and RFS(both P<0.05).Multivariate analyses identified multiple tumors,node invasion and high SII level as independent risk factors for OS,while multiple tumors,node invasion and high SII level were identified as independent risk factors for RFS.Validation cohort confirmed the findings of derivation cohort.CONCLUSION The present study demonstrated the feasibility of preoperative SII as a prognostic indicator for ICC.Patients with increased SII level were associated with worse OS and earlier tumor recurrence.Elevated SII level was an independent risk factor for OS and RFS in patients with ICC after hepatectomy.In the future,the SII could help stratifying patients with ICC,thus guiding therapeutic choices,especially in immunotherapy.展开更多
BACKGROUND Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)is a heterogeneous hepatobiliary cancer with limited treatment options.A number of studies have illuminated the relationship between inflammation-based prognostic scores ...BACKGROUND Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)is a heterogeneous hepatobiliary cancer with limited treatment options.A number of studies have illuminated the relationship between inflammation-based prognostic scores and outcomes in patients with ICC.However,the use of reliable and personalized prognostic algorithms in ICC after resection is pending.AIM To assess the prognostic value of the gamma-glutamyltransferase to lymphocyte ratio(GLR)in ICC patients following curative resection.METHODS ICC patients following curative resection(2009-2017)were divided into two cohorts:The derivation cohort and validation cohort.The derivation cohort was used to explore an optimal cut-off value,and the validation cohort was used to further evaluate the score.Overall survival(OS)and recurrence-free survival(RFS)were analyzed,and predictors of OS and RFS were determined.RESULTS A total of 527 ICC patients were included and randomly divided into the derivation cohort(264 patients)and the validation cohort(263 patients).The two patient cohorts had comparable baseline characteristics.The optimal cut-off value for the GLR was 33.7.Kaplan-Meier curves showed worse OS and RFS in the GLR>33.7 group compared with GLR≤33.7 group in both cohorts.After univariate and multivariate analysis,the results indicated that GLR was an independent prognostic factor of OS[derivation cohort:hazard ratio(HR)=1.620,95%confidence interval(CI):1.066-2.462,P=0.024;validation cohort:HR=1.466,95%CI:1.033-2.142,P=0.048]and RFS[derivation cohort:HR=1.471,95%CI:1.029-2.103,P=0.034;validation cohort:HR=1.480,95%CI:1.057-2.070,P=0.022].CONCLUSION The preoperative GLR is an independent prognostic factor for ICC patients following hepatectomy.A high preoperative GLR is associated with worse OS and RFS.展开更多

The reaction kinetics mechanisms between UPC and CO2 in an isothermal experiment in the temperature range 1000–1100°C were investigated. The combustion performance of unburned pulverized coal made from bituminous coal (BUPC) was better than that of unburned pulverized coal made from anthracite (AUPC). The combustion characteristic indexes (S) of BUPC and AUPC are 0.47 × 10^-6 and 0.34 × 10^-6 %2·min^-2·°C^-3, respectively, and the combustion reaction apparent activation energies are 91.94 and 102.63 kJ·mol^-1, respectively. The reaction mechanism of BUPC with CO2 is random nucleation and growth, and the apparent activation energy is 96.24 kJ·mol^-1. By contrast, the reaction mechanism of AUPC with CO2 follows the shrinkage spherical function model and the apparent activation energy is 133.55 kJ·mol^-1.展开更多

The critical current density for magnetic vortex gyration, eig...Micromagnetic simulation is employed to study the gyration motion of magnetic vortices in distinct permalloy nanodisks driven by a spin-polarized current. The critical current density for magnetic vortex gyration, eigenfrequency, trajectory, velocity and the time for a magnetic vortex to obtain the steady gyration are analyzed. Simulation results reveal that the magnetic vortices in larger and thinner nanodisks can achieve a lower-frequency gyration at a lower current density in a shorter time. However, the magnetic vortices in thicker nanodisks need a higher current density and longer time to attain steady gyration but with a higher eigenfrequency. We also find that the point-contact position exerts different influences on these parameters in different nanodisks, which contributes to the control of the magnetic vortex gyration. The conclusions of this paper can serve as a theoretical basis for designing nano-oscillators and microwave frequency modulators.展开更多
The feasibility of preparing Fe/Cu composite sheet was achieved by introducing submillimeter thickness Al sheet as an interlayer by rolling at room temperature.The shear test of the composite sheet supported that the ...The feasibility of preparing Fe/Cu composite sheet was achieved by introducing submillimeter thickness Al sheet as an interlayer by rolling at room temperature.The shear test of the composite sheet supported that the metallurgical bonding strength between Fe/(Al)/Cu interface was stronger than that of Cu sheet at the initial state.With further 300 or 600℃ annealing treatments,the interlayer subsequently exhibited brittle shear fracture,and the shear strength significantly dropped under the shear test.Furthermore,the tensile test pointed out that the tensile fracture mechanism changed from fracture as a whole structure to interlayer-to-layer delamination mode after annealing treatment.The microstructure and X-ray diffraction observations proved that the formation of Cu–Al intermetallic compounds(IMCs)along the interlayer resulted in brittle fracture,rather than that of Fe–Al IMCs after annealing,especially under 600℃ annealing treatment.The investigation of the effect of the rolling process and annealing treatment on the mechanical properties of the Fe/(Al)/Cu composite sheet shall provide instruction for high-quality composite metallic sheet fabrication.展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the protective effect of dexmedetomidine and its mechanism on the lung after myocardial ischemia reperfusion in diabetic mice.Methods:Adult diabetic db/db mice aged 15 weeks were selected.The sha...Objective:To evaluate the protective effect of dexmedetomidine and its mechanism on the lung after myocardial ischemia reperfusion in diabetic mice.Methods:Adult diabetic db/db mice aged 15 weeks were selected.The sham operation group(S group),ischemic reperfusion group(IR group),dexmedetomidine post-treatment group(POST-D)and dexmedetomidine pre-treatment group(PRE-D)were set respectively.The IR group of mice underwent ligation of anterior descending branch of left coronary artery for 30min and readministration for 120min.The post-D group and the pre-D group were intraperitoneally injected with 50 ug/kg DEX before surgery and during reperfusion,respectively.Orbital blood was extracted at 120min of reperfusion,serum levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme MB and inflammatory cytokines IL-6,IFN-γand IL-10 were detected,then mice were sacrificed and lung tissue was taken,the ratio of wet and dry weight(W/D)was determined,lung histopathological morphology was observed under light microscope,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents were determined,Western Blot was used to detect the expressions of Sirt1,GRP78 and CHOP in lung tissue.Results:Compared with the S group,the IR group rats had severe lung injury,including increased lung W/D value,increased serum CK-MB、IL-6 and IFN-γlevels,decreased serum IL-10,increased serum MDA content,decreased SOD activity,down-regulated Sirt1 expression,up-regulated GRP78 and CHOP expression.Compared with IR group,lung histopathological injury was reduced in post-D group and pre-D group,lung W/D value was decreased,serum CK-MB、IL-6 and IFN-γlevels were decreased,serum IL-10 was increased,serum MDA content was reduced,SOD activity was rised,the expression of Sirt1 was up-regulated,and GRP78 and CHOP were down-regulated.Compared with the post-D group,the degree of lung tissue injury in the pre-D group was reduced,but the differences in various indicators were not statistically significant.Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine can alleviate acute lung injury after myocardial ischemia reperfusion in diabetic mice,and the mechanism may be related to the up-regulation of Sirt1 and the inhibition of endoplasmic reticulum stress.展开更多

Great efforts have been devoted to the study of photo-responsive adsorption,but its current methodology largely depends on the well-defined photochromic units and their photo-driven molecular deformation.Here,a method...Great efforts have been devoted to the study of photo-responsive adsorption,but its current methodology largely depends on the well-defined photochromic units and their photo-driven molecular deformation.Here,a methodology to fabricate nondeforming photo-responsive sorbents is successfully exploited.With C_(60)-fullerene doping in metalloporphyrin metal-organic frameworks(PCN-M,M=Fe,Co,or Ni)and intensively interacting with the metalloporphyrin sites,effective charge-transfer can be achieved over the metalloporphyrin-C_(60) architectures once excited by the light at 350 to 780 nm.The electron density distribution and the resultant adsorption activity are thus changed by excited states,which are also stable enough to meet the timescale of microscopic adsorption equilibrium.The charge-transfer over Co(II)-porphyrin-C_(60) is proved to be more efficient than the Fe(II)-and Ni(II)-porphyrin-C_(60) sites,as well as than all the metalloporphyrin sites,so the CO_(2) adsorption capacity(CAC;at 0°C and 1 bar)over the C_(60)-doped PCN-Co can be largely improved from 2.05 mmol g^(−1) in the darkness to 2.69 mmol g−1 with light,increased by 31%,in contrast to photo-irresponsive CAC over all C_(60)-undoped PCN-M sorbents and only the photo-loss CAC over C_(60).展开更多

The microstructure of the Mg alloy was characterized by optical mic...A nanocrystalline layer (NL) was fabricated on the surface of AZ31 magnesium (Mg) alloy sheet by surface mechanical attrition treatment (SMAT). The microstructure of the Mg alloy was characterized by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction and microhardness test. The results showed that both the microstructure and microhardness of AZ31 Mg alloy sheet after SMAT revealed a gradient distribution along depth from surface to center. The thermal stability of the NL was investigated through characterizing the microstructure evolution during the post-isothermal annealing treatment within the temperature range from 150 to 250℃. The NL exhibits a certain degree of thermal stability below 150 ℃, while it disappears quickly when annealing at the temperature range of 200-250 ℃. The grain growth kinetics of the nanocrystalline of AZ31 Mg alloy induced by SMAT was investigated. The activation energy of nanocrystalline AZ31 Mg alloy was obtained with a value of 92.8 kJ/mol.展开更多

文摘In this letter,we comment on the article by Zhou et al that was published in the recent issue of the World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery.This article proposes a new clinical grading system based on a multidisciplinary team,which prompts us to rethink the clinical management of hepatic hemangioma.Hepatic hemangioma is the most common benign solid liver tumor.In general,follow-up and obser-vation for the vast majority of hepatic hemangioma is reasonable.For those pa-tients with symptoms and severe complications,surgical intervention is ne-cessary.Specific surgical indications,however,are still not clear.An effective grading system is helpful in further guiding the clinical management of hepatic hemangioma.In this article,we review the recent literature,summarize the sur-gical indications and treatment of hepatic hemangioma,and evaluate the potential of this new clinical grading system.

文摘In this editorial,we comment on the article“Analysis of the impact of immuno-therapy efficacy and safety in patients with gastric cancer and liver metastasis”by Liu et al that was published in the recent issue of the World Journal of Gastroin-testinal Surgery.It has prompted us to think and summarize some thoughts on immunotherapy for malignant tumor liver metastasis.Immunotherapy plays a crucial role in the treatment of malignant tumors;however,the presence of liver metastases in advanced tumors may impact its efficacy.Although patients with liver metastases can still benefit from immunotherapy,multiple clinical studies have indicated that,compared to other sites of metastasis,liver metastases may diminish the effectiveness of immunotherapy.The efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in patients with liver metastases often fails to reach the ideal level,primarily due to the liver metastases exploiting the host's peripheral immune to-lerance mechanisms to promote systemic CD8(+)T cell exhaustion,resulting in a systemic immune-tolerant environment.This article aims to summarize the reasons for the decreased efficacy of immunotherapy following liver metastasis in various malignant tumors and propose potential clinical strategies for manage-ment.

文摘Background:Septic shock is a common systemic inflammatory response syndrome for critical patients in the intensive care unit.Ulinastatin is currently used for the treatment of septic shock.Our study sought to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ulinastatin in the treatment of septic shock patients.Methods:Three English databases(Embase,Medline,and Cochrane Library)and four Chinese databases(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang data,SinoMed,and VIP)were searched for published randomized controlled trials.Stata 16.0 software was used to conduct the meta-analysis.Results:A total of 48 articles were included(Chinese article 47,1 in English).The results show that the treatment of ulinastatin could reduce mortality(risk ratio=0.63,95%confidence interval(CI)(0.55,0.72)),multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(risk ratio=0.6,95%CI(0.53,0.68)),length of intensive care unit stay(mean difference(MD)=-3.92,95%CI(-4.65,-3.18)),length of hospital stay(MD=-4.39,95%CI(-6.63,-2.15))and decrease Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II score(MD=-4.55,95%CI(-5.63,-3.47))and Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score(MD=-2.02,95%CI(-2.59,-1.44))with P<0.001.Moreover,it lowers TNF-α(standardized mean difference(SMD)=-1.78,95%CI(-2.24,-1.32)),Interleukin-6(SMD=-1.17,95%CI(-1.55,-0.8)),C reactive protein(SMD=-1.49,95%CI(-1.99,-0.99)),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(SMD=-1.9,95%CI(-2.87,-0.94))and procalcitonin(SMD=-0.89,95%CI(-1.12,-0.67))levels in the body.Conclusions:Available evidence shows that ulinastatin reduces case mortality rate,multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,length of intensive care unit stay,and length of hospital stay and decreases Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II score and Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score.Moreover,it also lowers TNF-α,Interleukin-6,C reactive protein,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,and procalcitonin levels in the body.

文摘BACKGROUND Vaginal myomectomy is the most common form of radical treatment for prolapsed submucosal leiomyoma and is typically performed under general anesthesia.However,an alternative treatment approach is needed for patients who cannot tolerate general anesthesia.We describe a case with such a patient who was successfully treated via a minimally invasive method under local anesthesia.CASE SUMMARY A 46-year-old female suffered from abnormal uterine bleeding,severe anemia,and a reduced quality of life attributed to a massive prolapsed submucosal leiomyoma.She could not tolerate general anesthesia due to a congenital thoracic malformation and cardiopulmonary insufficiency.A new individualized combined treatment,consisting uterine artery embolization(UAE),percutaneous microwave ablation(PMWA)of the pedicle and the endometrium,and transvaginal removal of the leiomyoma by twisting,was performed.The lesion was completely removed successfully under local anesthesia without any major complications.The postoperative follow-up showed complete symptom relief and a significant improvement in the quality of life.CONCLUSION UAE combined with PMWA can be performed under local anesthesia and is a promising alternative treatment for patients who cannot tolerate general anesthesia.

文摘BACKGROUND Gastric carcinoma(GC)is a common gastrointestinal malignancy worldwide.Based on the cancer-related mortality,the current prevention and treatment strategies for GC still show poor clinical results.Therefore,it is important to find effective drug treatment targets.AIM To explore the mechanism by which 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid(18β-GRA)regulates mitochondrial ribosomal protein L35(MRPL35)related signal proteins to inhibit the proliferation of GC cells.METHODS Cell counting kit-8 assay was used to detect the effects of 18β-GRA on the survival rate of human normal gastric mucosal cell line GES-1 and the proliferation of GC cell lines MGC80-3 and BGC-823.The apoptosis and cell cycle were assessed by flow cytometry.Cell invasion and migration were evaluated by Transwell assay,and cell scratch test was used to detect cell migration.Furthermore,a tumor model was established by hypodermic injection of 2.5×106 BGC-823 cells at the selected positions of BALB/c nude mice to determine the effect of 18β-GRA on GC cell proliferation,and quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was used to detect MRPL35 expression in the engrafted tumors in mice.We used the term tandem mass tag(TMT)labeling combined with liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry to screen for differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)extracted from GC cells and control cells after 18β-GRA intervention.A detailed bioinformatics analysis of these DEPs was performed,including Gene Ontology annotation and enrichment analysis,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analysis,and so on.Moreover,STRING database(https://string-db.org/)was used to predict proteinprotein interaction(PPI)relationships and Western blot was used to detect the expression of proteins of interest in GC cells.RESULTS The results indicated that 18β-GRA could inhibit the proliferation of GC cells in a dose-and timedependent manner.It could induce GC cell apoptosis and arrest the cell cycle at G0/G1 phase.The proportion of cells arrested at S phase decreased with the increase of 18-GRA dose,and the migration and invasiveness of GC cells were inhibited.The results of animal experiments showed that 18β-GRA could inhibit tumor formation in BALB/c nude mice,and qRT-PCR results showed that MRPL35 expression level was significantly reduced in the engrafted tumors in mice.Using TMT technology,609 DEPs,among which 335 were up-regulated and 274 were down-regulated,were identified in 18β-GRA intervention compared with control.We found that the intervention of 18β-GRA in GC cells involved many important biological processes and signaling pathways,such as cellular processes,biological regulation,and TP53 signaling pathway.Notably,after the drug intervention,MRPL35 expression was significantly down-regulated(P=0.000247),TP53 expression was up-regulated(P=0.02676),and BCL2L1 was down-regulated(P=0.01699).Combined with the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/Proteins database,we analyzed the relationship between MRPL35,TP53,and BCL2L1 signaling proteins,and we found that COPS5,BAX,and BAD proteins can form a PPI network with MRPL35,TP53,and BCL2L1.Western blot analysis confirmed the intervention effect of 18β-GRA on GC cells,MRPL35,TP53,and BCL2L1 showed dose-dependent up/down-regulation,and the expression of COPS5,BAX,and BAD also increased/decreased with the change of 18β-GRA concentration.CONCLUSION 18β-GRA can inhibit the proliferation of GC cells by regulating MRPL35,COPS5,TP53,BCL2L1,BAX,and BAD.
文摘BACKGROUND Gastric carcinoma(GC)is a digestive system disease with high morbidity and mortality.However,early clinical detection is difficult,and the therapeutic effect for advanced disease is not satisfactory.Thus,finding new tumor markers and therapeutic targets conducive to the treatment of GC is imperative.MRPL35 is a member of the large subunit family of mitochondrial ribosomal protein.MRPL35 shows the characteristic of oncogene in colorectal cancer and esophageal cancer,which promotes the exploration of the correlation between MRPL35 and GC.We proposed that the expression of MRPL35 might be critical in GC.AIM To study the effect of MRPL35 knockdown on GC cell proliferation.METHODS The expression of MRPL35 in GC was evaluated based on data from the publictumor database UALCAN(www.ualcan.path.uab.edu).The effect of theexpression of MRPL35 on the prognosis was evaluated with KMplot(www.kmplot.com).The expression of MRPL35 was assessed on the tissuemicroarray by immunohistochemistry and the level of MRPL35 mRNA in 25 pairsof clinical GC tissues and matched adjacent tissues was detected by quantitativereverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.Celigo cell count assay,colonyformation assay,and flow cytometry were used to assess the role of MRPL35 inGC cell proliferation and apoptosis in vitro.Additionally,tumor formationexperiment in BALB/c nude mice was utilized to determine the effect of MRPL35on GC cell proliferation.After knockdown of MRPL35,related proteins wereidentified by isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification analysis,andthe expression of related proteins was detected by Western blot.RESULTSThe expression of MRPL35 was up-regulated in GC(P=1.77×10^(-4)).The Kaplan-Meier plots of the overall survival indicated that high expression of MRPL35 wasassociated with a poor survival in GC.Compared with adjacent tissues,theexpression of MRPL35 in GC tissues was increased,which was related to age(P=0.03),lymph node metastasis(P=0.007),and pathological tumor-node-metastasisstage(P=0.024).Knockdown of MRPL35 inhibited GC cell proliferation andcolony formation and induced apoptosis.Animal experiment results showed thatknockdown of MRPL35 inhibited tumor formation in BALB/c nude mice.Westernblotting analysis showed that after knockdown of MRPL35,the expression ofPICK1 and BCL-XL proteins decreased,and that of AGR2 protein increased.CONCLUSIONCollectively,our findings demonstrate that knockdown of MRPL35 inhibits GCcell proliferation through related proteins including PICK1,BCL-XL,and AGR2.

文摘Objective:Using neuromyelitis optica immunoglobulin G(NMO-IgG)to induced ex vivo mice spinal cord slice model.Methods:Vibratome-cut transverse spinal cord slices from 7-day-old C57BL/6Jmouse pups were cultured on transwell porous supports for 7days,then randomly divided into the control group and NMO model group.Slices of the control group were further cultured with human serum complement,while slices from NMO model group were exposed to complement and NMO-IgG.After 24-hour incubation,slices of both groups were measured for aquaporin-4(AQP4),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),myelin basic protein(MBP)and neurofilament light chain(NFL)by immunofluorescence.Results:Slices exposed to NMO-IgG showed astrocyte swelling,and a significant loss of AQP4and GFAP staining.Ratios of the loss of AQP4and GFAP staining were 77.74%±6.75%and 75.62%±5.76%respectively in the model group,and NMO-like injury score was 3.11±0.60.But there were no obvious losses of AQP4and GFAP staining in the control group,and NMO-like lesion score was 0.00.There were significant differences between the two groups with regards to the above indexes(P<0.01).Ratios of the loss of MBP and NFL staining in the model group were 37.60%±4.88%and46.29%±4.98%respectively,while the corresponding figures in the control group were 9.10%±1.63%and 5.80%±0.81%,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:These results suggested that NMO-IgG-induced ex vivo spinal cord slice model possesses typical features of NMO,and this model might be useful for relevant fundamental studies.

文摘Background: There is no data regarding prognostic impact of interleukin(IL)-26 on outcomes of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). The present study aimed to evaluate the prognostic impact of IL-26 on HCC patients undergoing liver resection. Methods: From 2003 to 2008, 122 patients with HCC who received surgical curative resection were enrolled. Patients were stratified into IL-26-upper and-lower groups according to the median expression level from immunohistochemical staining of resected specimens. Prognostic impact of IL-26 was estimated using Kaplan–Meier curves. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed to evaluate timedependent prognostic impact and independency of IL-26. Demographic and clinical factors that were associated with IL-26 were comprehensively identified. Results: Prognosis of the patients with high level of IL-26 revealed to be significantly unfavorable in both cumulative recurrence-free survival( P < 0.001) and overall survival( P = 0.002). Upper expression of IL-26(HR: 1.643;95% CI: 1.021 to 2.644;P = 0.041) and microvascular invasion(HR: 3.303;95% CI: 1.255 to 8.696;P = 0.016) were identified as significant independent prognostic factors for overall survival in the multivariable analysis. Conclusions: IL-26 is a novel prognostic factor for HCC after resection. Evaluation of IL-26 expression may be potentially valuable in clinical therapy when planning individualized follow-up schedule and evaluating candidates for prophylactic adjuvant treatment to prevent recurrence.

文摘BACKGROUND The prognosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)patients following surgical resection remains poor.It is necessary to investigate effective biomarkers or prognostic models for ICC patients.AIM To investigate the prognostic effect of systemic immune-inflammation index(SII)to predict long-term outcomes in ICC patients with undergoing hepatic resection.METHODS Consecutive ICC patients who underwent initial hepatectomy with curative intent from January 2009 to September 2017 were retrospectively reviewed.Receiver-operating characteristic(ROC)curves were used to determine the optimal cut-off values of SII.Kaplan-Meier curves and Cox proportional hazards regression were performed to evaluate the discriminative ability of preoperative SII in predicting overall survival(OS)and recurrence-free survival(RFS).RESULTS A total of 530 patients were included and randomly divided into derivation(n=265)and validation cohort(n=265).The optimal cut-off value for SII was 450.Ata median follow-up of 18 mo(range,1-115.4 mo),317(59.8%)patients died and381(71.9%)patients experienced tumor relapse.Low SII level was associated with better OS and RFS(both P<0.05).Multivariate analyses identified multiple tumors,node invasion and high SII level as independent risk factors for OS,while multiple tumors,node invasion and high SII level were identified as independent risk factors for RFS.Validation cohort confirmed the findings of derivation cohort.CONCLUSION The present study demonstrated the feasibility of preoperative SII as a prognostic indicator for ICC.Patients with increased SII level were associated with worse OS and earlier tumor recurrence.Elevated SII level was an independent risk factor for OS and RFS in patients with ICC after hepatectomy.In the future,the SII could help stratifying patients with ICC,thus guiding therapeutic choices,especially in immunotherapy.

文摘BACKGROUND Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)is a heterogeneous hepatobiliary cancer with limited treatment options.A number of studies have illuminated the relationship between inflammation-based prognostic scores and outcomes in patients with ICC.However,the use of reliable and personalized prognostic algorithms in ICC after resection is pending.AIM To assess the prognostic value of the gamma-glutamyltransferase to lymphocyte ratio(GLR)in ICC patients following curative resection.METHODS ICC patients following curative resection(2009-2017)were divided into two cohorts:The derivation cohort and validation cohort.The derivation cohort was used to explore an optimal cut-off value,and the validation cohort was used to further evaluate the score.Overall survival(OS)and recurrence-free survival(RFS)were analyzed,and predictors of OS and RFS were determined.RESULTS A total of 527 ICC patients were included and randomly divided into the derivation cohort(264 patients)and the validation cohort(263 patients).The two patient cohorts had comparable baseline characteristics.The optimal cut-off value for the GLR was 33.7.Kaplan-Meier curves showed worse OS and RFS in the GLR>33.7 group compared with GLR≤33.7 group in both cohorts.After univariate and multivariate analysis,the results indicated that GLR was an independent prognostic factor of OS[derivation cohort:hazard ratio(HR)=1.620,95%confidence interval(CI):1.066-2.462,P=0.024;validation cohort:HR=1.466,95%CI:1.033-2.142,P=0.048]and RFS[derivation cohort:HR=1.471,95%CI:1.029-2.103,P=0.034;validation cohort:HR=1.480,95%CI:1.057-2.070,P=0.022].CONCLUSION The preoperative GLR is an independent prognostic factor for ICC patients following hepatectomy.A high preoperative GLR is associated with worse OS and RFS.

The reaction kinetics mechanisms between UPC and CO2 in an isothermal experiment in the temperature range 1000–1100°C were investigated. The combustion performance of unburned pulverized coal made from bituminous coal (BUPC) was better than that of unburned pulverized coal made from anthracite (AUPC). The combustion characteristic indexes (S) of BUPC and AUPC are 0.47 × 10^-6 and 0.34 × 10^-6 %2·min^-2·°C^-3, respectively, and the combustion reaction apparent activation energies are 91.94 and 102.63 kJ·mol^-1, respectively. The reaction mechanism of BUPC with CO2 is random nucleation and growth, and the apparent activation energy is 96.24 kJ·mol^-1. By contrast, the reaction mechanism of AUPC with CO2 follows the shrinkage spherical function model and the apparent activation energy is 133.55 kJ·mol^-1.

文摘g-C_(3)N_(4) coupled with high specific area TiO_(2)(HSA-TiO_(2))composite was prepared by a simple solvothermal method,which was easy to operate with low energy consumption.Degradation of methyl orange test results showed that HSA-TiO_(2) effectively improved the photocatalytic activity effectively.Photoelectrochemical test results indicated that the separation of photo-generated carriers and the charge carrier migration speed of TiO_(2) were improved after combination with g-C_(3)N_(4).g-C3N4/HSA-TiO_(2) showed strong photocatalytic ability.The degree of degradation of methyl orange by 6%-g-C_(3)N_(4)/HSA-TiO_(2) could reach up to 92.44%.Furthermore,it revealed good cycle performance.The photocatalytic mechanism of g-C_(3)N_(4)/HSA-TiO_(2) was proposed.

文摘Micromagnetic simulation is employed to study the gyration motion of magnetic vortices in distinct permalloy nanodisks driven by a spin-polarized current. The critical current density for magnetic vortex gyration, eigenfrequency, trajectory, velocity and the time for a magnetic vortex to obtain the steady gyration are analyzed. Simulation results reveal that the magnetic vortices in larger and thinner nanodisks can achieve a lower-frequency gyration at a lower current density in a shorter time. However, the magnetic vortices in thicker nanodisks need a higher current density and longer time to attain steady gyration but with a higher eigenfrequency. We also find that the point-contact position exerts different influences on these parameters in different nanodisks, which contributes to the control of the magnetic vortex gyration. The conclusions of this paper can serve as a theoretical basis for designing nano-oscillators and microwave frequency modulators.

文摘The feasibility of preparing Fe/Cu composite sheet was achieved by introducing submillimeter thickness Al sheet as an interlayer by rolling at room temperature.The shear test of the composite sheet supported that the metallurgical bonding strength between Fe/(Al)/Cu interface was stronger than that of Cu sheet at the initial state.With further 300 or 600℃ annealing treatments,the interlayer subsequently exhibited brittle shear fracture,and the shear strength significantly dropped under the shear test.Furthermore,the tensile test pointed out that the tensile fracture mechanism changed from fracture as a whole structure to interlayer-to-layer delamination mode after annealing treatment.The microstructure and X-ray diffraction observations proved that the formation of Cu–Al intermetallic compounds(IMCs)along the interlayer resulted in brittle fracture,rather than that of Fe–Al IMCs after annealing,especially under 600℃ annealing treatment.The investigation of the effect of the rolling process and annealing treatment on the mechanical properties of the Fe/(Al)/Cu composite sheet shall provide instruction for high-quality composite metallic sheet fabrication.

文摘DEAR EDITOR,Understanding the different immune responses of wild and domestic caprid species is critical for addressing certain zoonotic diseases.In this study,we generated blood transcriptomes of 13 Siberian ibex and domestic goat hybrids and performed allele-specific expression and splicing analyses.Results showed that genes exhibiting significant imbalance between the ibex and goat were highly related to the Toll-like receptor(TLR),antigen recognition,and immune activation pathways.Comparative genomic analysis of the species revealed that immune function-related genes were under strong selection pressure in the domestic goat.

文摘Objective:To evaluate the protective effect of dexmedetomidine and its mechanism on the lung after myocardial ischemia reperfusion in diabetic mice.Methods:Adult diabetic db/db mice aged 15 weeks were selected.The sham operation group(S group),ischemic reperfusion group(IR group),dexmedetomidine post-treatment group(POST-D)and dexmedetomidine pre-treatment group(PRE-D)were set respectively.The IR group of mice underwent ligation of anterior descending branch of left coronary artery for 30min and readministration for 120min.The post-D group and the pre-D group were intraperitoneally injected with 50 ug/kg DEX before surgery and during reperfusion,respectively.Orbital blood was extracted at 120min of reperfusion,serum levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme MB and inflammatory cytokines IL-6,IFN-γand IL-10 were detected,then mice were sacrificed and lung tissue was taken,the ratio of wet and dry weight(W/D)was determined,lung histopathological morphology was observed under light microscope,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents were determined,Western Blot was used to detect the expressions of Sirt1,GRP78 and CHOP in lung tissue.Results:Compared with the S group,the IR group rats had severe lung injury,including increased lung W/D value,increased serum CK-MB、IL-6 and IFN-γlevels,decreased serum IL-10,increased serum MDA content,decreased SOD activity,down-regulated Sirt1 expression,up-regulated GRP78 and CHOP expression.Compared with IR group,lung histopathological injury was reduced in post-D group and pre-D group,lung W/D value was decreased,serum CK-MB、IL-6 and IFN-γlevels were decreased,serum IL-10 was increased,serum MDA content was reduced,SOD activity was rised,the expression of Sirt1 was up-regulated,and GRP78 and CHOP were down-regulated.Compared with the post-D group,the degree of lung tissue injury in the pre-D group was reduced,but the differences in various indicators were not statistically significant.Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine can alleviate acute lung injury after myocardial ischemia reperfusion in diabetic mice,and the mechanism may be related to the up-regulation of Sirt1 and the inhibition of endoplasmic reticulum stress.

文摘Refill friction stir spot welding(RFSSW)provides a novel method to join similar and/or dissimilar metallic materials without a key-hole in the center of the joint.Having the key-hole free characterization,the similar/dissimilar RFSSW joint exhibits remarkable and endurable characteristics,including high shear strength,long fatigue life,and strong corrosion resistance.In the meanwhile,as the key-hole free joint has different microstructures compared with conventional friction stir spot welding,thus the RFSSW joint shall possess different shear and fatigue fracture mechanisms,which needs further investigation.To explore the underlying failure mechanism,the similar/dissimilar metallic material joining parameters and pre-treatment,mechanical properties,as well as fracture mechanisms under this novel technology will be discussed.In details,the welding tool design,welding parameters setting,and the influence of processing on the lap shear and fatigue properties,as well as the corrosion resistance will be mainly discussed.Moreover,the roadmap of RFFSW is also discussed.

文摘Great efforts have been devoted to the study of photo-responsive adsorption,but its current methodology largely depends on the well-defined photochromic units and their photo-driven molecular deformation.Here,a methodology to fabricate nondeforming photo-responsive sorbents is successfully exploited.With C_(60)-fullerene doping in metalloporphyrin metal-organic frameworks(PCN-M,M=Fe,Co,or Ni)and intensively interacting with the metalloporphyrin sites,effective charge-transfer can be achieved over the metalloporphyrin-C_(60) architectures once excited by the light at 350 to 780 nm.The electron density distribution and the resultant adsorption activity are thus changed by excited states,which are also stable enough to meet the timescale of microscopic adsorption equilibrium.The charge-transfer over Co(II)-porphyrin-C_(60) is proved to be more efficient than the Fe(II)-and Ni(II)-porphyrin-C_(60) sites,as well as than all the metalloporphyrin sites,so the CO_(2) adsorption capacity(CAC;at 0°C and 1 bar)over the C_(60)-doped PCN-Co can be largely improved from 2.05 mmol g^(−1) in the darkness to 2.69 mmol g−1 with light,increased by 31%,in contrast to photo-irresponsive CAC over all C_(60)-undoped PCN-M sorbents and only the photo-loss CAC over C_(60).

文摘A nanocrystalline layer (NL) was fabricated on the surface of AZ31 magnesium (Mg) alloy sheet by surface mechanical attrition treatment (SMAT). The microstructure of the Mg alloy was characterized by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction and microhardness test. The results showed that both the microstructure and microhardness of AZ31 Mg alloy sheet after SMAT revealed a gradient distribution along depth from surface to center. The thermal stability of the NL was investigated through characterizing the microstructure evolution during the post-isothermal annealing treatment within the temperature range from 150 to 250℃. The NL exhibits a certain degree of thermal stability below 150 ℃, while it disappears quickly when annealing at the temperature range of 200-250 ℃. The grain growth kinetics of the nanocrystalline of AZ31 Mg alloy induced by SMAT was investigated. The activation energy of nanocrystalline AZ31 Mg alloy was obtained with a value of 92.8 kJ/mol.
